Abstract
【解決手段】検査の信頼性を改善した流体分析カートリッジおよびこれを含む流体分析カートリッジアセンブリーを開示する。流体分析カートリッジアセンブリーは、サンプル採取室を有するサンプル採取部材、およびサンプル採取部材に結合されるように構成された流体分析カートリッジを含む。流体分析カートリッジは、サンプル採取部材によって採取されたサンプルが収容されるように構成されたサンプル収容室、およびサンプル収容室の一面に位置し、流体分析カートリッジに対するサンプル採取部材が少なくとも一つのホールに結合されることによって開放される少なくとも一つのホールを含む。サンプル収容室にはサンプルと混合されるバッファー液が貯蔵される。

流体分析カートリッジは、少なくとも一つのホールを覆うようにサンプル収容室に付着される少なくとも一つのパッチ(patch)をさらに含む。

Claims (11)
- サンプル採取室を含むサンプル採取部材;および
前記サンプル採取部材に結合されるように構成された流体分析カートリッジ;を含み、
前記流体分析カートリッジは、
前記サンプル採取室によって採取されたサンプルが収容されるように構成されたサンプル収容室;および
前記サンプル収容室の一面に位置し、前記サンプル採取部材の結合によって開放されるホール(hole);
を含み、
前記サンプル収容室には前記サンプルと混合されるバッファー(buffer)液が貯蔵されている、流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。 - 前記流体分析カートリッジは前記ホールを覆うように前記サンプル収容室に付着する第1パッチ(patch)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。
- 前記ホールは前記サンプル採取室が挿入される第1ホールであり、
前記第1パッチは、前記第1ホールに挿入されたサンプル採取室によって貫通する、請求項2に記載の流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。 - 前記流体分析カートリッジは、
前記サンプル収容室および前記ホールが内部に配置されるハウジング;および
前記サンプル収容室に流入したサンプルと反応する試薬が収容され、前記ハウジングに結合される検査室
をさらに含み、
前記ホールは第1ホールであり、前記サンプル収容室は、前記サンプルが前記検査室に流動できるように前記サンプル収容室の底面に形成される第2ホールをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。 - 前記サンプル収容室は前記第2ホールを覆うように前記サンプル収容室の底面に付着する第2パッチをさらに含み、
前記第2パッチが前記第1ホールに挿入されたサンプル採取部材によって加圧されて移動すると前記第2ホールが開放される、請求項4に記載の流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。 - 前記サンプル収容室は第2パッチをさらに含み、
前記第2パッチは、
前記第2ホールを覆うように前記サンプル収容室の底面に付着する付着部;および
前記サンプル採取部材によって加圧されるように前記付着部から延長形成される被加圧部;
を含む、請求項4に記載の流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。 - 前記被加圧部は前記付着部に対して傾斜するように前記付着部から延長形成される、請求項6に記載の流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。
- 前記流体分析カートリッジは、
前記サンプル収容室および前記ホールが内部に配置されるハウジング;および
前記サンプル収容室の開放された一面を覆うように前記ハウジングに結合されるシーリング部材;
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。 - 前記シーリング部材を加圧できるように配置される加圧部材をさらに含み、
前記シーリング部材は柔軟な材質を有する、請求項8に記載の流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。 - 前記流体分析カートリッジは、前記サンプル収容室に流入したサンプルと反応する試薬を収容するように前記ハウジングに結合される検査室をさらに含み、
前記サンプル収容室のサンプルとバッファー液は、前記加圧部材が前記シーリング部材を加圧することによって発生する前記サンプル収容室及び前記検査室間の圧力差によって前記検査室に流動する、請求項9に記載の流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。 - 前記流体分析カートリッジは、
前記サンプル収容室および前記ホールが内部に配置されるハウジング;および
前記ハウジングと一体形成され、空気が連通するように複数の開口を有するハウジングカバー;
をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の流体分析カートリッジアセンブリー。
