Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a liquid analysis system and a liquid analysis method.
Water quality analysis such as river water, lake water, seawater, or factory effluent is performed by various methods. In particular, in order to analyze a substance dissolved in water, it is necessary to remove suspended or floating foreign substances before analysis. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a method of analyzing a sample solution after removing suspended or floating foreign substances using a filter.
In the liquid analysis as disclosed in Patent Document 1, it is necessary to collect a liquid as a sample from the sea or a lake and to input the collected liquid into an analyzer. Therefore, the liquid cannot be automatically analyzed. In addition, in the liquid analysis as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a very fine filter may be used. However, the liquid to be analyzed contains foreign substances of various sizes, such as solids (sand particles, etc.), dead leaves, or seaweeds. Cause clogging. Therefore, it is necessary to replace the filter for each analysis, and the liquid cannot be analyzed continuously.
An object of the present invention is to provide a liquid analysis system that can automatically and continuously analyze a liquid.
The liquid analysis system according to the present invention is installed in a liquid, and is a fluid collecting pump that pumps up the liquid, and is fluidly connected to the liquid collecting pump. The liquid pumped up by the liquid collecting pump is converted into a foreign substance by centrifugal force. A centrifuge that separates the sample liquid, and an analyzer main body that is fluidly connected to the centrifuge and that analyzes the sample water sent from the centrifuge.
According to this configuration, each component is fluidly connected from a liquid source such as river water, lake water, seawater, or factory effluent to the analyzer main body, that is, configured inline. Therefore, it is possible to automate a series of flows of collecting the liquid from the liquid source, removing the foreign matter from the liquid, and analyzing the liquid from which the foreign matter has been removed, that is, automatically analyzing the liquid. In addition, since the centrifuge is used without removing the filter for removing foreign substances, the liquid can be continuously analyzed without requiring replacement of the filter.
The centrifuge is capable of storing the pumped liquid and is rotatable around a central axis, and is disposed concentrically with the central axis in the rotary container and has a symmetrical shape with respect to the central axis And a structure having a sampling port for collecting the sample water to be sent to the main body of the analyzer.
According to this configuration, by providing the structure concentrically with the central axis in the rotating container, it is possible to prevent the generation of vortices including bubbles that should normally be formed near the central axis in the rotating container. If a vortex containing bubbles is generated near the central axis, the analysis may be hindered by entraining the bubbles during water sampling. Therefore, it is effective to prevent this. Further, when the foreign matter is separated by centrifugal force, the position where the foreign matter gathers differs depending on the specific gravity of the foreign matter. Specifically, foreign matter having a relatively large specific gravity collects in a region near the inner wall of the rotating container, and a foreign matter having a relatively small specific gravity collects in a lower region of the structure at the center of the rotating container. Therefore, by providing a sampling port on the side of the structure, avoid the area near the inner wall of the rotating container and the lower area of the structure at the center of the rotating container, that is, the liquid in the portion where no foreign matter is collected. Can be collected as water.
The lower end position of the structure may be 10 to 90% of the liquid depth when the rotating container is filled with a predetermined amount of the liquid. The maximum diameter of the structure may be 10 to 90% of the inner diameter of the rotating container.
According to this configuration, in the axial direction of the central axis, a position where foreign matter floating on the liquid surface in the rotating container and foreign matter having a relatively small specific gravity collected in a lower region in the center of the rotating container is avoided. Since the sampling port is provided, sample water from which foreign matter has been removed can be obtained. Further, in the radial direction of the central axis, foreign matter having a relatively large specific gravity collected in the region near the inner wall of the rotating container and foreign matter having a relatively small specific gravity collected in the lower region of the central structure of the rotating vessel. Since the sampling port is provided at a position that avoids the above, sample water from which foreign matter has been removed can be obtained.
A drain port may be provided in the lower part of the rotating container. A liquid injection port may be provided in the lower part of the rotating container.
According to these configurations, since the liquid injection port is provided in the lower part of the rotating container, the liquid does not flow down vigorously when the liquid is injected into the rotating container, and the liquid in the rotating container is prevented from being stirred. it can. Therefore, mixing of sample water and foreign matter can be prevented. Moreover, since the drainage port is provided in the lower part of the rotating container, the inner surface of the rotating container can be cleaned when the liquid is discharged from the rotating container, and further, foreign matter can be prevented from remaining in the rotating container.
A cleaning liquid injection port may be provided at an upper center of the rotating container, and an upper portion of the structure may have a conical shape.
According to this configuration, since the cleaning liquid injection port is provided in the upper center of the rotating container, the cleaning liquid can be injected from above. Furthermore, since the upper part of the structure has a conical shape, the cleaning liquid injected from the injection port hits the conical shape of the upper part of the structure and scatters toward the inner wall of the rotating container. Therefore, it can wash | clean with the washing | cleaning liquid which splashes the inner wall of a rotation container.
The liquid analysis system may further include a filter for filtering the sample water interposed between the rotating container and the analyzer main body.
According to this configuration, foreign substances that could not be separated by the centrifuge can be removed by the filter. Moreover, since the filter is provided downstream of the centrifuge and foreign substances that cause the filter to be clogged are removed in advance, the filter can be prevented from being clogged. That is, compared to the case where only the filter is installed, the period until the filter is replaced can be extended, and the continuous operation time can be extended.
The liquid analysis system sucks the sample water from the rotating container and sends it to the analyzer main body, and the liquid feed pump so as to intermittently reverse the filtrate that has passed through the filter. And a control device having a filter cleaning control unit for controlling the control.
According to this configuration, since the filter can be washed with the filtrate that has passed through the filter, clogging of the filter can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to lengthen the period until the filter is replaced as compared with the case where nothing is done, and to extend the continuous operation time.
The liquid analysis system further includes a controller having a rotating liquid feeding control unit that drives the liquid feeding pump while the rotating container is rotating, sucks the sample water from the rotating container, and sends the sample water toward the analyzer main body. Prepare.
Even if the suspension is separated by centrifugation, the separated foreign matter will be diffused again if the rotation of the rotating container is stopped, but according to this configuration, the liquid can be fed during the rotation of the rotating container. Only the sample water from which the foreign matter has been separated can be sent to the analyzer main body.
In the liquid analysis method of the present invention, a liquid is directly pumped from a liquid source, the liquid is sent to a centrifuge, the liquid is separated into a foreign substance and sample water by the centrifuge, and the sample water is analyzed by an analyzer main body. And the sample water is analyzed automatically and continuously by the analyzer main body.
In the liquid analysis method, when the liquid is separated into the foreign matter and the sample water in the centrifuge, as the sample water, an area near the inner wall of the centrifuge and a vicinity of the rotation center of the centrifuge It may further include collecting the liquid in the region excluding the region as the sample water.
The liquid analysis method may further include injecting and discharging the liquid from a lower part and injecting a cleaning liquid from an upper part in the centrifuge.
In the liquid analysis method, a filter disposed between the centrifuge and the analyzer main body is further prepared, and the sample water interposed between the centrifuge and the analyzer main body is supplied by the filter. It may further comprise filtering.
The liquid analysis method may further include washing the filter by intermittently backflowing the filtered sample water.
According to the present invention, since each component is configured in-line in the liquid analysis system, a liquid analysis system that can automatically and continuously analyze a liquid can be provided.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the liquid analysis system 1 of the present embodiment includes a
The
As shown in FIG. 2, the
The
The
The outer shape of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
The analyzer main body 400 (see FIG. 1) analyzes the sample water from which the suspended or floating foreign substances are removed by the
As shown in FIG. 5, seawater from which suspended or floating foreign substances have not been removed, sample water that has passed through only the primary filter unit 200 (only the primary filter), the
According to the present embodiment, each component is fluidly connected from a liquid source such as seawater to the analyzer
In addition, by providing the
In addition, since a liquid injection port (drainage port) 221c is provided at the lower portion of the
In addition, since the cleaning
In addition, foreign matters that could not be separated by the
Further, because of the control by the filter
