Abstract
Description
発病土に対し散水して加水する工程と、その後、混和発病土にpH5〜6.5の1000以上6000ppm、好ましくは1500以上4500ppmの次亜塩素酸水溶液を散布し、1〜2週間遮光フィルムで覆い殺菌する工程と、その後播種することを特徴とする育種方法にある。
因みに、本発明方法で育苗すると、健全苗率が向上する。コマツナ立ち枯れ病汚染土壌ではpH6の3000ppm次亜塩素酸水溶液は散布前に加水しておくと、50〜100ppmの希釈液処理の場合より3倍ほど健全苗率が向上することが見出された。散布前の加水の及ぼすその後の次亜塩素酸水溶液の殺菌メカニズムについては定かでないが、高濃度次亜塩素酸水溶液を直接散布するより大きな健全苗率が向上することはその後施肥して育苗する必要のある植物の育成方法としては利用価値が高い。

Claims (4)
- 連作障害の汚染発病土での育種方法であって、
発病土に対し予め散水して加水する工程と、その後、混和発病土にpH5〜6.5の1000以上6000ppmの次亜塩素酸水溶液を散布し、浸透させる工程と、1〜2週間遮光フィルムで覆い殺菌する工程と、その後播種することを特徴とする育種方法。 - 次亜塩素酸水溶液濃度が1500以上4500ppmである請求項1記載の育種方法。
- 発病土容量の2分の1から2倍容量の次亜塩素酸水溶液を散布する請求項1又は2記載の育種方法。
- 予め散水して加水する工程でpH5〜6.5の50以上100mlの希釈次亜塩素酸水溶液を用いる請求項1記載の育種方法。
