Claims (8)
- 第1の電極と、前記第1の電極の上方に設けられた発光層を含む有機膜と、前記有機膜の上方に設けられた、前記発光層からの光を透過する第2の電極と、を備える発光ユニットと、
前記発光ユニットを覆う光学調整層と、
を備え、
前記光学調整層は、前記発光ユニットと平面視で重なる第1の領域と、前記第1の領域と隣り合う第2の領域とで、層数、膜厚及び屈折率の少なくとも1つが互いに異なる、
有機EL表示装置。 - 前記光学調整層は、
前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域の一方において、第1の膜と、前記第1の膜と重なる第2の膜とを含み、
前記第1の領域と前記第2の領域の他方において、前記第1の膜を含み、前記第2の膜を含まない、
請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 前記第1の電極が底に露出する開口が形成され、前記開口の内側に前記有機膜が設けられるバンクをさらに備え、
前記光学調整層の前記第2の膜は、前記バンクの上面を覆い、平面視で前記開口の全体を含む開口が形成される、
請求項2に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 前記第1の膜と前記第2の膜のうち、下側の膜の屈折率が上側の膜よりも大きい、
請求項2に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 前記光学調整層の屈折率は、前記第2の電極よりも大きい、
請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 前記第2の電極は、前記バンクの上面を覆い、
前記光学調整層の前記第2の膜は、導電性材料からなり、前記第2の電極に接触するように設けられる、
請求項3に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 互いに異なる色の光を発する複数の前記発光ユニットを備え、
複数の前記発光ユニットのそれぞれに対応する前記第2の領域は、層数、膜厚及び屈折率の少なくとも1つが互いに異なる、
請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。 - 前記光学調整層を覆う封止膜をさらに備える、
請求項1に記載の有機EL表示装置。
