Claims (6)
- ワークの熱処理を行う熱処理炉であって、
炉内に設けられる第1の断熱材と、
前記ワークを支持する支持部材とを備え、
前記支持部材の炉殻側端部が前記第1の断熱材を貫通せずに該第1の断熱材に支持されている、熱処理炉。 - 第2の断熱材が前記第1の断熱材に重ねて配置されている、請求項1に記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記支持部材は前記ワークを下方から支持するように設けられ、
前記支持部材の下端部に、前記第1の断熱材に面接触する端部プレートが設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の熱処理炉。 - 前記第1の断熱材に重ねて配置される第2の断熱材が前記端部プレートの上面を覆うように設けられている、請求項3に記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記第1の断熱材の上面において、前記第2の断熱材が設けられていない部分に第3の断熱材が設けられている、請求項4に記載の熱処理炉。
- 前記ワークが収容される断熱材ケースを備え、
前記第1の断熱材は前記断熱材ケースの内側に設けられている、請求項1〜5のいすれか一項に記載の熱処理炉。
