Abstract
Description
本発明は、水処理装置に関する。 The present invention relates to a water treatment apparatus.
In recent years, water treatment apparatuses equipped with membrane treatment such as MF, UF, and RO have become widespread as advanced water treatment techniques (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In this membrane treatment, fouling caused by organic substances contained in water has become a problem. When water containing organic matter is filtered through a membrane, the growth of microorganisms produces its metabolite slime, i.e., bioslime, which adheres to the membrane surface and increases filtration resistance and causes a significant decrease in filtration rate. It becomes. In addition to organic substances, there are various inorganic components that contaminate the membrane surface. Inorganic components can be removed by acid / alkali cleaning, but organic contamination can be decomposed by alkali cleaning or oxidizing agents. Attempts have been made, but none have been fully processed. As a method for preventing bioslime, it is usual to perform sterilization as a pretreatment. Examples thereof include a sterilization method using chemicals and a sterilization method using ozone (for example, see Patent Document 2).
The chemical sterilization method is typified by sodium hypochlorite, and is the most common, but in many cases only the antibacterial action. Since sterilization is not achieved, it is known that bacteria are activated when a medicinal component disappears. Although the sterilization method using ozone is capable of complete sterilization, a large amount of ozone is required when the organic substance concentration is high, which is problematic in terms of cost. Furthermore, these methods are expected to have a certain effect from the viewpoint of inactivating microorganisms and suppressing the production of bioslime, but are less effective when the target water already contains organic matter or bioslime. .
本発明の目的は、濾過膜における濾過抵抗の上昇を少なくし、且つバイオスライムの生成を抑制できる水処理装置を提供することである。 The objective of this invention is providing the water treatment apparatus which can suppress the raise of the filtration resistance in a filtration membrane, and can suppress the production | generation of a bioslime.
(1) A water treatment apparatus according to the present invention is a pretreatment for pretreatment of water before treating with water using a filtration means for treating water containing organic matter before the treatment with the filtration means. The pretreatment means includes a reaction tank into which water is injected, a jacket provided in the reaction tank, and an ultraviolet ray having a wavelength provided in the jacket and generating ozone by reacting with at least air. An ultraviolet light emitting section that emits light, an air supply pipe that supplies air into the jacket, and ozonized air containing ozone generated by contact between the ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet light emitting section and air in the jacket. And an ozonized air pipe that is discharged from the lower part of the reaction tank into the reaction tank. Water containing an organic substance is injected into the reaction tank of the pretreatment means. A jacket is provided in the reaction tank, and an ultraviolet light emitting part is provided in the jacket. Since the organic substance contained in the water is oxidatively decomposed by the ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet light emitting part, it is possible to promote the lowering of the molecular weight or the mineralization (decomposition to H 2 O and CO 2 ) of the organic molecule. As a result, in the subsequent filtration means, the adhesiveness can be lowered, adsorption and retention on the filtration membrane surface and pores can be reduced, and the increase in filtration resistance can be reduced, so that water can easily pass through the filtration membrane. . On the other hand, when air is supplied from the air supply pipe into the jacket, ozone is generated in the jacket by contacting the ultraviolet light emitted from the ultraviolet light emitting portion with the air. The inside of the jacket may be partitioned from the inside of the reaction tank. Ozonated air containing ozone is discharged from the lower part of the reaction tank into the reaction tank by the ozonized air tube. Since OH radicals are generated by the reaction between ozone and ultraviolet rays, it is possible to further promote the oxidation of organic substances. In addition, since the microorganisms in the water are sterilized by ozone, the growth of microorganisms does not occur in the subsequent route, so that the production of secondary bioslime can be suppressed. The pretreatment means may further include backwashing means for backwashing the filtration membrane of the filtering means. As described above, the organic matter contained in the water is oxidatively decomposed to reduce the adsorption of the organic matter to the coexisting fine particles, thereby reducing the adhesion of the fine particles themselves, facilitating separation by running water, and filtration by backwashing means. The cleaning effect of the backwashing of the membrane can be enhanced.
(2) The filtration means may treat water with a filtration membrane of microfiltration and ultrafiltration. Thereby, the organic substance in water can be filtered effectively. The material of the filtration membrane is preferably one having strong chemical resistance, and for example, PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride), cellulose, polysulfone, or the like can be used. When the membrane resistance increases due to continuous filtration, the filtration performance can be improved by, for example, chemical cleaning with acid and alkali.
(3) The filtration means treats water with a reverse osmosis membrane, and removes the oxidant remaining in the water with activated carbon when pretreated with the pretreatment means before treating with the filtration means. An oxidant removing means may be provided. By using a reverse osmosis membrane, organic substances in water are effectively filtered and desalted. Thereby, it can divide into the permeated water from which salt content was isolate | separated with the reverse osmosis membrane, and concentrated water. Since activated carbon decomposes and removes oxidants such as ozone generated by the pretreatment means, the reverse osmosis membrane can be protected.
(4)第一態様は、前記前処理手段で前記前処理を行う前に、次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを水に添加する次亜塩素酸ナトリウム添加手段を備えるとよい。これにより、有機物の酸化、及び微生物の殺菌を促進させることができる。 (4) A 1st aspect is good to provide the sodium hypochlorite addition means which adds sodium hypochlorite to water, before performing the said pretreatment by the said pretreatment means. Thereby, oxidation of organic matter and sterilization of microorganisms can be promoted.
(5)第一態様は、前記前処理手段で前記前処理を行う前に、水に含まれる鉄とマンガンを除去する鉄・マンガン除去手段を備えるとよい。これにより、紫外線発光部から発光される紫外線を有効に利用できる。 (5) A 1st aspect is good to provide the iron and manganese removal means which removes the iron and manganese which are contained in water, before performing the said pretreatment by the said pretreatment means. Thereby, the ultraviolet rays emitted from the ultraviolet light emitting part can be effectively used.
(6)第一態様の空気と反応してオゾンを生成する波長の紫外線とは、少なくとも185nmの波長を有する紫外線であるとよい。185nmの紫外線により空気中の酸素が励起されるので、オゾン化空気を容易に生成できる。 (6) The ultraviolet ray having a wavelength that reacts with the air of the first aspect to generate ozone is preferably an ultraviolet ray having a wavelength of at least 185 nm. Oxygen in the air is excited by the ultraviolet rays of 185 nm, so that ozonized air can be easily generated.
上述した(1)から(6)の発明は、任意に組み合わせることができる。例えば(1)の全部または一部を備えずに他の(2)から(6)の少なくともいずれか1つの構成を備えたものとしても良い。但し特に、(1)の構成を備えて、(2)から(6)の少なくともいずれか1つの構成と組み合わせを備えると良い。また(1)から(6)の任意の構成要素を抽出し、組み合わせても良い。本願出願人はこれらのような構成についても特許権を取得する意思を有する。 The above inventions (1) to (6) can be arbitrarily combined. For example, not all or a part of (1) may be provided but at least one of the other configurations (2) to (6) may be provided. However, in particular, the configuration (1) may be provided, and at least one of the configurations (2) to (6) may be provided. Further, any constituent elements (1) to (6) may be extracted and combined. The applicant of the present application intends to obtain a patent right for such a configuration.

The structure of the ultraviolet oxidation tower 4 will be described with reference to FIG. The ultraviolet oxidation tower 4 includes a cylindrical sealed
紫外線酸化塔4の内側には、円筒形の石英ジャケット51が設けられている。石英ジャケット51の内側には、放電管53と空気供給管52が設けられている。放電管53には電源50が接続されている。空気供給管52の上端部52Aには、図示外のエアコンプレッサが配管を介して接続されている。それ故、空気供給管52は、放電管53の下方から空気を放出する。
A
As the
With reference to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, the water treatment process by the water treatment apparatus 1 is demonstrated. During water treatment, the
In the
In the ultraviolet oxidation tower 4, the first treated water flows from the
When the
Next, the back washing process of the membrane filtration module 6 will be described. The back washing process of the membrane filtration module 6 is performed periodically. First, the
As described above, in the first embodiment, before the treatment with the membrane filtration module 6, the organic matter and fine particles, which are impurities contained in the primary treated water, are irradiated with ultraviolet rays in the ultraviolet oxidation tower 4 to oxidatively decompose the organic matter. By doing so, it is possible to promote the reduction of the molecular weight of the organic matter. As a result, the organic matter adsorption to the coexisting fine particles is reduced, the adhesiveness of the fine particles themselves is reduced, peeling by flowing water is facilitated, and the so-called backwashing cleaning effect described later can be enhanced. Furthermore, since complete sterilization with ultraviolet rays is performed, the growth of microorganisms can be suppressed by the following route. Thereby, the production | generation of a secondary bioslime can be suppressed in the filtration membrane surface.
次に、第1実施形態の効果を確認する為、水処理装置1で原水を処理した試験1について説明する。試験1の処理条件は以下のとおりである。
・原水の性状:pH7.3、導電率21.0mS/m、濁度5度、色度25度、鉄1.7mg/L、マンガン0.43mg/L、全有機炭素(TOC)3.3mg/L
・処理水量:2m3/h

Next, in order to confirm the effect of 1st Embodiment, the test 1 which processed raw | natural water with the water treatment apparatus 1 is demonstrated. The processing conditions of Test 1 are as follows.
Properties of raw water: pH 7.3, conductivity 21.0 mS / m, turbidity 5 degrees,
・ Amount of treated water: 2 m 3 / h

・ Ultraviolet oxidation tower 4: dimension φ350 × 1200H, low pressure ultraviolet lamp (low pressure mercury lamp) 110W × 1 loaded ・ Membrane filtration module 6: dimension φ210 × 1200H
なお、砂濾過塔3には、除鉄・除マンガン濾過剤を充填した。それ故、砂濾過塔3では、原水に含まれる鉄・マンガン等が除去される。除鉄・除マンガンは、紫外線を有効に利用する為の必要な処理である。鉄・マンガンが除去された後、膜濾過の阻害要因となるのは有機物(TOC)である。それ故、本実施形態は、この影響を無くす為に紫外線酸化塔4による紫外線酸化を組み入れている。
The
The membrane area of the membrane filtration module 6 was 30 m 2 , and the membrane material was PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) having strong chemical resistance. In the backwashing process, the
The result of Test 1 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a graph showing the relationship between filtration time and filtration resistance when raw water is treated under the above treatment conditions. A line 3 (a) in FIG. 3 is a result of processing by the water treatment apparatus 1 of the present embodiment. Line 3 (b) is the result of treatment with a conventional water treatment apparatus in which the ultraviolet oxidation tower 4 is omitted from the water treatment apparatus 1. In both cases of line 3 (a) and line 3 (b), chemical cleaning was performed when the filtration resistance increased. As shown in the graph of FIG. 3, it was found that the increase in filtration resistance was clearly smaller in the line 3 (a) than in the line 3 (b). Further, the recovery after the chemical cleaning was more remarkable in the line 3 (a) than in the line 3 (b). From the above result, it was proved that the water treatment apparatus 1 of 1st Embodiment can improve a water treatment capacity markedly compared with the conventional water treatment apparatus.
As described above, the water treatment apparatus 1 according to the first embodiment contains an organic substance as a membrane filtration module 6 that treats water containing an organic substance with a filtration membrane and a pretreatment that treats the water with the membrane filtration module 6. And an ultraviolet oxidation tower 4 for performing ultraviolet oxidation of water. The ultraviolet oxidation tower 4 includes a

-Second Embodiment-
The water treatment apparatus 1 (see FIG. 1) of the first embodiment is a combination of an ultraviolet oxidation tower 4 and a membrane filtration module 6 using MF or UF. On the other hand, the water treatment apparatus 100 (refer FIG. 4) of 2nd Embodiment combines the ultraviolet oxidation tower 4 and the RO module 17 using a reverse osmosis membrane (RO). In addition, since the structure of the

A filtration pump 8 is provided in the middle of the
With reference to FIG. 4, the water treatment process by the

The result of the
