Embodiments according to the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.
(Embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows a development view of a cardboard package according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows an assembled state of the cardboard package according to the embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
By adhering the
As shown in FIG. 1, in the present embodiment, the
Next, the structure of the 1st
As shown in FIG. 2, the
Specifically, the front-end-side center portions facing each other at the
Furthermore, the 2nd fracture |
A method for performing a packaging operation using the
Next, the
Next, a method for opening the
Next, the detailed configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
FIG. 4 shows a breaking state of the
In the breaking mode of the
FIG. 5 shows a breaking state of one breaking line formed by a conventional linear slit. As shown in FIG. 5, the opening force F acting upward in the MD direction from the end portion of the opening portion cuts from the end portion of the opening portion to the start end of the first linear slit T1, and the fracture follows a straight line. To the end of the first linear slit T1. At the end of the first linear slit T1, the tangential slit cutting force f21 and the opening force F acting upward in the figure generate an obliquely upward breaking force F21 with respect to the opening, thereby causing the second break. The straight slit T2 is separated from the straight slit T2 and does not travel along the breaking line, and free breaking occurs.
4 and 5, the breaking forces F11, F12... F1n at the end of the arc-shaped slit according to the present invention are closer to the breaking direction than the breaking force F21 at the end of the conventional linear slit. Since it is generated in the direction, an effect of easily opening along the breaking line can be achieved.
In addition, when the package is subjected to an impact when dropped or the like, and the local fracture line is destroyed by the impact, in the adjacent arc-shaped slit in the first fracture line of the present invention, the front arc-shaped slit and the rear arc-shaped slit Due to the gap between the arc-shaped slit and the cutting of the front arc-shaped slit, it is possible to avoid the slit cutting force reaching the end along the arc from reaching the rear arc-shaped slit. Even if the local arc-shaped slit is broken, the occurrence of continuous breakage in the rear arc-shaped slit is suppressed, and damage to the package can be prevented. On the other hand, in the case of the conventional straight slit breaking line, the slit cutting force that reaches the end along the cut line of the front straight slit can easily reach the rear slit, and the slit can be broken continuously. High nature. That is, the corrugated cardboard package of the present invention avoids free breakage at the time of opening work, and can reliably cut the break line along the break line, and the case where the package body is subjected to an impact when dropped. However, it is possible to achieve both the improvement of the resistance to impact of the package by suppressing the breakage of the broken line continuously.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, similarly to the
Note that the present invention does not limit the shape of the first break line. That is, in the first break line, the plurality of arc-shaped slits may be arranged in a straight line, or may be arranged in another arbitrary shape, for example, a curved line or a folded line.
Furthermore, the design relating to the elements such as the shape and size of each arc-shaped slit included in the breaking line provided in the corrugated board package of the present invention, the interval between adjacent arc-shaped slits, and the processing position in the cardboard package, It relates to the material, dimensions, and usage conditions. Therefore, these elements are not limited to the present specification, and those of ordinary skill in the art should be determined according to the specific usage situation with reference to the description of the present specification. In addition, the 1st breaking line of this invention may also contain the slit from which the shape, or / and a dimension, or / and the space | interval of adjacent arc-shaped slits differ.
