【効果】本発明のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物を用いてタイヤを製造することにより、優れた制動性能、耐摩耗性能及び耐久老化性能を示すことができる。

Description
Claims (10)
- 原料ゴム100重量部と、
補強性充填剤70〜120重量部と、
リノール酸:オレイン酸の比率が1:0.5〜1:5である天然油10〜60重量部と
を含む、タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。 - 前記原料ゴムは、天然ゴム5〜10重量部、溶液重合スチレン−ブタジエンゴム40〜70重量部、及びネオジムブタジエンゴム20〜50重量部を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記溶液重合スチレン−ブタジエンゴムは、スチレン含量が20〜50重量%、ビニル含量が10〜40重量%であり、Tgが−50〜−20℃であり、SRAEオイルを20〜40重量部含む、請求項2に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記ネオジムブタジエンゴムは、シス−1,4−ブタジエン含量が95重量%以上であり、Tgが−100〜−120℃である、請求項2に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記補強性充填剤は、高分散性シリカ65〜100重量部及びカーボンブラック5〜20重量部を含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記高分散性シリカは、窒素吸着価が160〜180m2/gであり、CTAB吸着価が150〜170m2/gであり、DBP吸油量が180〜200cc/100gである、請求項5に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記天然油は、大豆油、ヒマワリ油、綿実油、コーン油、カノーラ油、パーム油、ブドウ種子油、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つの天然油から、リノール酸とオレイン酸を抽出、分離した後、混合したものを含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記天然油は、前記リノール酸及びオレイン酸を含む不飽和脂肪酸の含量が60〜90重量%である、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 前記タイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物は、ビス−(トリアルコキシシリルプロピル)ポリスルフィド(TESPD)、ビス−3−トリエトキシシリルプロピルテトラスルフィド(TESPT)、及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるいずれか1つのシランカップリング剤を、前記原料ゴム100重量部に対して5〜20重量部の分さらに含む、請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のタイヤトレッド用ゴム組成物を用いて製造された、タイヤ。
