Abstract
Description
In various factories and facilities that use steam as a heat source via a heat exchanger, the present invention provides drainage (condensate with condensed steam) generated in steam-using equipment and a steam transport piping system between these equipments. The present invention relates to a nozzle-type steam trap capable of automatically and continuously discharging outside the system, and a nozzle-type steam trap having a hole diameter adjusting mechanism having a nozzle hole diameter adjusting function and a cleaning function and / or a fluid leakage preventing mechanism.
In various factories and facilities that use steam as a heat source via a heat exchanger, it is necessary to automatically discharge the drain generated in the steam-using equipment and the steam transport piping system between these equipments.
This is to ensure proper temperature conditions in the steam transport piping that connects the steam using equipment such as the heat exchanger section of the dryer and heating kiln, and to ensure stable and safe operation of the factory. is there. For example, if drain stays in steam-using facilities or steam transport piping systems, the heating efficiency is reduced, and the productivity of the equipment is remarkably reduced, and heating unevenness due to drain droplets can cause poor product quality. This will interfere with the stable operation of the factory. In addition, the drain accumulated in the steam piping system creates a large lump while being swept away by steam, collides with the bent part of the piping and the valve, or condenses all at once when it comes into contact with the steam and the steam volume becomes zero. This can cause a steam hammer in which a drain is pushed and collides with a place where a vacuum is created locally. If this steam hammer occurs, the pressure and pressure in the pipe will suddenly change, leading to damage to the gaskets and flanges of the connection part, as well as the valve itself. There is sex.
Therefore, a large amount of steam straps are installed in the above factories and facilities. Conventionally, mechanical mechanical mechanical steam traps (bucket type / float type), thermostatic steam traps (bimetal type / bellows type), and Thermodynamic steam traps (disc type) have been used.
However, these mechanical steam traps have the following problems. The mechanical steam trap is a drain valve mechanism having a movable part. When a certain amount of drain is stored, the drain is opened by opening the drain valve, and then the drain valve is closed immediately thereafter. Therefore, due to this mechanism, it is not possible to avoid a large amount of steam leakage due to operation delay or repetitive operation, and intermittent drainage of the mechanical steam trap tends to cause damage to moving parts, and stable operation of steam-using equipment. Is not guaranteed. Nonetheless, the problem of energy loss due to a large amount of steam leakage from a mechanical steam trap has tended to be overlooked because of the strong awareness of the need for drainage drainage. It has been reviewed from the viewpoint of global environmental conservation such as energy saving and CO 2 reduction.
Under such circumstances, there is an increasing interest in various nozzle type steam traps such as orifice nozzle type, venturi nozzle type, and tunnel structure resistance pipe type steam traps. These are called fluidic steam traps, which use a drainage mechanism in which water has a lower kinematic viscosity when passing through fine passages than steam and water flows about 30 times that of steam. The structure has no moving parts. Therefore, unlike the conventional steam trap having a movable part, continuous drainage with less steam leakage is realized, and the fuel consumption of the boiler is greatly reduced. In addition, the structure without moving parts is excellent in durability and can be easily maintained and inspected. Furthermore, it is resistant to steam hammers and freezing, and has excellent stability and safety.
As specific examples, for example,
In order to prevent the clogging of the orifice nozzle due to rust, dust, etc. in the drain, adjustment of the drainage amount of the orifice nozzle can be made in
As shown in FIG. 2,
Therefore, in
On the other hand,
As described above, regardless of whether the steam trap using the nozzle is a fluid engineering nozzle type steam trap, the nozzle hole diameter can be easily processed and adjusted, and the nozzle can be prevented from clogging and vapor leakage. An inexpensive and small nozzle-type steam trap has not yet been found.
As mentioned above, various conventional nozzle type steam traps require drilling and electric discharge machining to adjust the nozzle hole diameter in order to control the amount of drainage, and labor is required to form fine nozzles. In addition to being expensive, there is a problem that the flatness of the shape in the hole is deteriorated in electric discharge machining. In addition, since the nozzle hole diameter is small, there is a problem of nozzle clogging due to rust, dust, etc. that are not captured by the screen. Furthermore, in the case of a nozzle type steam trap having a mechanism in which the nozzle is not blocked by the drain, it is also necessary for the nozzle type steam trap having a mechanism in which the nozzle is blocked by the drain to leak steam if the drain water storage amount is small. The prevention function may be insufficient.
The present invention has a nozzle that can easily remove the nozzle clogging due to rust, dust, etc. in the drain, is easy to process the hole diameter of the nozzle and adjusts the hole diameter, and has a steam leakage prevention function and is inexpensive. It aims to provide a small nozzle type steam trap. In particular, the present invention provides a steam trap that solves the problems of hole diameter processing and hole diameter adjustment, clogging, and steam leakage related to a venturi nozzle type steam trap.
The present inventors have found that the above problem can be solved by inserting a nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism through the nozzle hole of the nozzle-type steam trap, and the present invention has been completed.
That is, the present invention is a nozzle-type steam trap characterized in that a steam trap provided with a nozzle is provided with a nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism inserted into the hole of the nozzle. The nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism is not particularly limited as long as it can be inserted into the nozzle, but in consideration of the nozzle form and the manufacture of the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism, it may be a linear structure. preferable. Accordingly, the linear structure includes not only a cylindrical structure but also a structure having a spiral structure having a diameter passing through the nozzle hole, a zigzag structure, a topological structure, or the like.
Conventionally, the nozzle hole diameter of the nozzle-type steam trap (Figs. 1 and 2) is due to fluctuations in the working pressure difference between the inlet and outlet, external factors depending on the season, fluctuations in the amount of steam used due to the operating conditions of the steaming equipment, etc. In order to cope with the change in the drainage amount, one having a diameter of about 0.1 to 4.4 mm has been used. Generally, each of these holes is formed by drilling or electric discharge machining, and a nozzle having a hole diameter suitable for the situation is replaced and used. In particular, in the case of a fine hole diameter of about 0.4 mm or less, drilling is difficult and formed by electric discharge machining, which requires labor, is expensive, and the inner surface of the hole becomes irregular, There was a problem that the flow of the water became irregular and was not preferable in terms of drainage and steam leakage.
Therefore, if the nozzle is provided with a mechanism that can adjust the hole diameter of the nozzle to a desired hole diameter, nozzles corresponding to various hole diameters can be provided if the nozzles with a certain hole diameter are manufactured. In particular, when a nozzle with a hole diameter that requires electric discharge machining is required, if a nozzle with a hole diameter that can be formed by drilling is manufactured and equipped with a nozzle hole diameter adjustment mechanism, the hole diameter that requires electric discharge machining, for example, the diameter The nozzle has a hole diameter corresponding to about 0.4 mm or less. Therefore, it is possible to solve the problems relating to the nozzle hole processing described above.
The linear structure of the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism is designed in various forms such as a cylindrical structure, a spiral structure, a zigzag structure, and a topological structure so that it can be inserted into the nozzle hole according to the hole diameter of the nozzle. However, it is reasonable to use a linear structure with a cylindrical structure in consideration of the form of the nozzle and the manufacture of the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism. Further, since the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism is manufactured according to the nozzle having a diameter of about 0.1 to 4.4 mm, the form, the diameter, and the like need to be designed appropriately.
On the other hand, the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism can be fixed, but if it is installed so that it can be swung, the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism that swings along with the drainage will swing, and rust and dust that cannot be captured by the screen. A clogging prevention function that can prevent the nozzles from covering the nozzle holes can also be exhibited.
As described above, the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism provided in the nozzle-type steam trap of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it is a linear structure inserted through the nozzle hole. In order to be applied to the nozzle-type steam trap, the nozzle hole diameter adjusting function and the clogging preventing function cannot be exhibited unless the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism holds the linear structure in the nozzle hole. Therefore, the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism provided in the nozzle-type steam trap of the present invention is characterized in that it has the following configuration.
When the nozzle hole diameter adjustment mechanism is composed only of a linear structure, it is possible to hold the linear structure in the nozzle hole if it has a length corresponding to the size and shape of the steam trap. It is. In this case, since the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism can be fixed and can be swung, the nozzle hole diameter adjusting function and the clogging preventing function can be exhibited.
However, in order for the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism to be securely held in the nozzle hole, the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism is used as the locking structure for holding the linear structure body in the nozzle hole. It is preferable to attach to at least one end of the body, and when attached to both ends, the linear structure of the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism can be more reliably held in the nozzle hole. However, when this locking structure is attached only to one end of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism, the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism is determined depending on the configuration of the nozzle-type steam trap. The position is selected so that it is held in the nozzle hole. Further, depending on the structure of the locking structure, a nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism having various functions can be provided.
The locking structure attached to the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism of the present invention is not limited in terms of material and shape as long as it can hold the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism in the nozzle hole. Absent. However, it is preferable that the material is not corroded by the drain, is not easily broken by swinging, and can be processed into various shapes, and stainless steel, plastic, ceramic, or the like is used. On the other hand, the shape is characterized by various locking structures as shown below.
First, the locking structure according to the present invention is an L-shaped, T-shaped, circular, polygonal, star-shaped, spiral-shaped or the like folded structure obtained by processing a linear object thinner than the nozzle hole. It is a feature. The bent structure is not particularly limited as long as the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism is processed so as not to pass through the nozzle hole. It is sufficient that it is attached to at least one end of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism, but attaching to both ends ensures that the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism is attached to the nozzle hole. It is preferable from the viewpoint of holding. Further, it can be fixed or swingable by adjusting the length of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism.
Secondly, the locking structure of the present invention has a spherical body, a columnar body, and a cone that prevent the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism from passing through the nozzle hole without closing the nozzle hole. It is characterized by being a massive structure larger than the hole of a nozzle such as a solid body or a polyhedron. It is sufficient for this block structure to be attached to at least one end of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism, as in the case of the bent structure, but the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism more reliably. May be attached to both ends, a block structure may be attached to one end, and a bent structure may be attached to the other end. Further, it can be fixed or swingable by adjusting the length of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism. However, in the case of a massive structure, it is necessary to attach it to the end of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism as a locking structure at a position where the nozzle hole is not blocked.
Thirdly, the locking structure of the present invention is an elastic structure. In the case of this elastic structure, it is preferably a coiled compression spring or tension spring made of stainless steel or plastic so that drainage can be discharged. This elastic structure uses the inner wall of the steam trap body or a stopper disposed there, and the linear structure that forms the nozzle hole diameter adjustment mechanism by the action of the expansion force of the compressed spring or the contraction force of the extended spring At least one end of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism is attached so that the body is held in the nozzle hole. Depending on the strength of the restoring force of the spring, the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism can be fixed and can be swung. In order to hold the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism more reliably in the nozzle hole, an elastic structure may be provided at both ends, but the elastic structure is bent at one end and bent at the other end. A structure or a massive structure may be provided.
Fourth, the locking structure of the present invention is a massive weight structure. This block weight structure is attached to one end on the drain outlet side of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism so as to close the nozzle hole, and in addition to the nozzle hole diameter adjusting function and the clogging preventing function. In addition, it is possible to provide a nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism provided with a steam leakage preventing function. In the nozzle-type steam trap shown in FIG. 1, this massive weight structure blocks the nozzle, thereby preventing vapor leakage. In the nozzle-type steam trap shown in FIG. 2, since the nozzle is sealed by the drain and the massive weight structure, the steam leakage preventing ability can be further improved. Accordingly, the massive weight structure may be made of the same material and shape as the massive structure, but the drainage amount is adjusted according to the operating environment and operating conditions of the steam-using equipment, and the variation of the steam usage amount, etc. It is necessary to set the weight. This massive weight structure may be attached to at least one end of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism, but the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism can be more reliably used as the nozzle hole. In order to hold, it is preferable to use a cylindrical rockable mass structure that fits the flange of the nozzle. Further, the bent structure, the massive structure, and the elastic structure may be attached to the other end of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism, but the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism may be provided. The length of the structure is adjusted, and each of these structures needs to be attached so that the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism can swing.
Fifth, the locking structure of the present invention has the block weight structure attached to one end on the drain outlet side of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism, and further to the block weight structure. It is a structure formed by adding the elastic structure. The massive weight structure and the elastic structure can use any of the structures described above in terms of shape, material, function, etc., and the bent structure, on the other end of the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism, The massive structure and the elastic structure may be attached so as to be able to swing. Such a locking structure formed by sequentially connecting the massive weight structure and the elastic structure can further enhance the function of preventing the vapor leakage of the massive weight structure. However, in this case, a torsion spring can be used as the elastic structure. In this case, the torsion spring is moved to an appropriate position on the inner wall of the steam trap body, that is, the block weight structure is moved up and down by the torsion spring, and the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism is moved to the nozzle. It is characterized in that the hole is provided at a position to swing.
According to the present invention, since the nozzle hole diameter can be adjusted without requiring fine processing of the nozzle hole diameter, it is easy to process the nozzle, and an inexpensive nozzle-type steam trap can be manufactured. Furthermore, the linear structure constituting the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism swings, so that nozzle clogging due to rust, dust, etc. in the drain can be automatically removed, and a steam leakage prevention function is provided. A small nozzle-type steam trap can be provided. In particular, the present invention provides a steam trap that solves the problems of hole diameter processing and hole diameter adjustment, clogging, and steam leakage related to a venturi nozzle type steam trap.

However, it may be made of plastic or ceramic.
The present invention is a nozzle-type steam trap provided with a nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism. A nozzle is a pipe-like mechanical part used to determine the flow direction of a fluid such as a gas or a liquid. Widely used to control fluid properties such as flow rate, flow velocity, direction, and pressure. In general, the structure is such that the circular cross-sectional area is reduced and fluid is ejected at high speed. Specifically, the water outlet of the fire hose, the outlet of the Pelton turbine, the steam jet of the steam turbine. Used for outlets, fuel injection ports of compression ignition engines, etc. Therefore, the nozzle hole diameter adjusting mechanism provided in the nozzle-type steam trap of the present invention can be widely used for devices in which such nozzles are used.
