Abstract

互いに離間した入力軸及び出力軸と、
前記入力軸の前記出力軸側の先端に固定された第1の回転部材と、
前記出力軸の前記入力軸側の先端に固定され、前記第1の回転部材と対向配置された第2の回転部材と、を備えた回転動力伝達機構であって、
前記第1及び第2の回転部材の一方の回転軸周りに形成された凹部に対して、前記第1及び第2の回転部材の他方の回転軸周りに形成された凸部が挿入され、前記第1の回転部材と前記第2の回転部材とが相対回動可能に連結されており、
相対回動によって前記凹部と前記凸部とが接触する一対の接触面において、前記凹部と前記凸部とが互いに反発し合うように、前記凹部及び前記凸部における前記一対の接触面のそれぞれに永久磁石が設けられているものである。
まず、図1を参照して、第1の実施形態に係る回転動力伝達機構について説明する。
図1は、第1の実施形態に係る回転動力伝達機構の斜視図である。図1に示すように、本実施形態に係る回転動力伝達機構1は、入力軸11、入力側回転部材12、出力軸21、出力側回転部材22を備えている。なお、図面に示した右手系xyz座標は、構成要素の位置関係を説明するための便宜的なものである。例えば、z軸プラス向きが鉛直上向き、xy平面が水平面である。
これに対し、第1の実施形態に係る回転動力伝達機構を適用した熱処理炉では、ファン40の駆動軸が入力軸11と出力軸21とに分割されている。そして、入力軸11の先端に固定された入力側回転部材12から出力軸21の先端に固定された出力側回転部材22に非接触で回転動力を伝達することができる。そのため、炉本体50からの出力軸21を介した伝熱を、出力側回転部材22と入力側回転部材12との間で遮断することができる。このように、第1の実施形態に係る回転動力伝達機構を用いることにより、断熱性に優れた熱処理炉を提供することができる。
例えば、入力側回転部材12及び出力側回転部材22の形状は互いに反対であってもよい。

- 互いに離間した入力軸及び出力軸と、
前記入力軸の前記出力軸側の先端に固定された第1の回転部材と、
前記出力軸の前記入力軸側の先端に固定され、前記第1の回転部材と対向配置された第2の回転部材と、を備えた回転動力伝達機構であって、
前記第1及び第2の回転部材の一方の回転軸周りに形成された凹部に対して、前記第1及び第2の回転部材の他方の回転軸周りに形成された凸部が挿入され、前記第1の回転部材と前記第2の回転部材とが相対回動可能に連結されており、
相対回動によって前記凹部と前記凸部とが接触する一対の接触面において、前記凹部と前記凸部とが互いに反発し合うように、前記凹部及び前記凸部における前記一対の接触面のそれぞれに永久磁石が設けられている、
回転動力伝達機構。 - 前記凸部において、前記一対の接触面のそれぞれにおける前記永久磁石の極性が互いに異なる、
