Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a slope device that is foldable with legs for supporting a slope member for forming a slope surface in an inclined state.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a slope device that rotates a leg portion in an upright state from the back surface side of a slope surface during use in order to stabilize the slope surface in an inclined state.
However, the leg structure disclosed in the publication is likely to be large, and there is a possibility that the leg part becomes an obstacle when the plurality of slope members are stored in a stacked manner.
An object of the present invention is to provide a slope device that has a strong support strength of a slope member by a leg portion and can be stored so as to stack a plurality of slope devices.
A slope device according to the present invention includes a slope member and a leg portion that can be folded at a rear end portion of the slope member, and the slope member has an attachment portion at a rear end portion, and an attachment bracket is provided at the attachment portion. It is fixed, and the left and right ends of the mounting bracket are pivotally attached to a support bracket provided on the leg, and when in use, the leg is raised on the back side of the slope member, and when stored, the The leg portion extends behind the slope member.
In this specification, when an inclined slope surface is formed, the lower side, for example, the side that contacts the road surface, the ground, or the like is expressed as the front.
When the slope device is used in the present invention, the leg portion is erected on the back surface side of the slope member to support the upper side of the slope surface.
When storing, the leg part of the slope device is folded so as to extend substantially horizontally along the slope surface on the rear side of the slope member.
Therefore, at the time of storage, for example, as shown in FIG. 1C, the slope member and the leg are substantially flat.
In the present invention, the mounting bracket may be fixed to the front side of the mounting portion of the slope member, and the mounting portion of the slope member may be positioned between the mounting bracket and the support bracket when in use.
In this way, when used, the slope member mounting portion is sandwiched between the mounting bracket and the support bracket so that the strength and rigidity of the connecting portion between the slope member and the leg portion can be improved. .
In the present invention, the slope member has a panel body and a rail portion provided along an end in the passage direction of the panel body, and the upper surface of the support bracket wraps around the lower portion of the rail portion when in use. Good.
Here, the panel body is formed with a slope surface and is not limited to a single panel material, and a slope surface may be formed by connecting a plurality of members.
A rail part is a member for improving the rigidity of a slope surface by fixing to this panel body along the side of the passage direction of a panel body.
The rail portion may have a rising portion from a slope surface for the purpose of preventing wheel removal and the like.
Thus, the support bracket that supports the back surface of the attachment portion of the slope member simultaneously supports the rear end of the rail portion from the lower side when the slope device is used, and the support rigidity of the slope member is improved.
In this case, it is preferable that the pivoting center rotation center of the mounting bracket and the support bracket is offset backward with respect to the standing center line in the front-rear direction of the leg portion.
If it does in this way, the clearance gap between the lower surface of the panel body which forms a slope surface, and a support bracket can be made small, and the load added to a slope surface can be transmitted to a leg part directly.
In the present invention, the load applied to the slope surface is supported by the leg portion via the support bracket. Therefore, the slope of the slope member can be reduced by setting the mounting bracket and the support bracket stronger than the strength of the attachment portion of the slope member. It can also be made of resin or resin.
In the slope device according to the present invention, the mounting bracket is fixed to the mounting portion of the slope member, and both end portions of the mounting bracket are rotatably mounted by the support bracket. As shown in the figure, when using the slope device, the leg part is turned to the back side of the slope member, and when it is in the standing state, it becomes a sandwich structure in which the attachment part of the slope member is sandwiched between the attachment bracket and the support bracket. The strength of the part is high.
Moreover, at the time of accommodation, as shown in FIG.1 (c), a leg part can be folded substantially horizontally toward the back of a slope member.
A structural example of the slope device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a use state and a storage (folding) state of the slope device. FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of the vicinity of the leg portion, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are exploded views.
