Description

The present invention relates to a joinery including a frame and a shoji.

In joinery installed in an opening of a building, joinery (for example, sliding window) having a shoji that opens and closes by sliding is widely used. In this joinery, the shoji has a recess provided in the door toe and the frame has a protrusion inserted into the recess of the door toe. When the shoji is closed, the projecting portion of the frame is inserted into the recess of the door toe, and the door toe is attracted to the projecting portion of the frame by the attracting member in the recess. Moreover, in order to improve the fireproof performance of joinery, a heating foam material may be attached in the recessed part of a door-end fence.

When the heating foam material is attached in the recess of the door toe, the heating foam material is disposed in the recess so as to avoid the pulling member. Alternatively, the drawing member is disposed in the recess so as to avoid the heating foam material, such as by forming the drawing member in a shape that avoids the heating foam material. Therefore, there is a possibility that the heating foam material and the drawing member cannot be easily disposed in the recess. Further, the heated foam material is not fixed in the recess, and the heated foam material may come off due to aging.

On the other hand, conventionally, there is known an opening device that regulates the movement of the heating foam material in the vertical direction by means of an upper steady member and a lower steady member (see Patent Document 1).
However, in the conventional opening device described in Patent Document 1, the heated foam material is not fixed between the upper steady member and the lower steady member, and the position of the heated foam material may shift due to aging. is there.

The joinery of this embodiment is an opening / closing window that opens and closes the shoji with respect to the frame, and opens or closes part or all of the opening of the frame with the shoji. In the following, the joinery will be described by taking as an example the case where the joinery is a sliding-type opening / closing window (drawing window).

1 and 2 are cross-sectional views of the joinery 1 of the present embodiment, and show a schematic configuration of the joinery 1. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the joinery 1 cut in the vertical direction, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the joinery 1 cut in the horizontal direction.
As shown in the figure, the joinery 1 is installed in an opening of a building and is disposed between the indoor and outdoor of the building. The joinery 1 includes a pair of shojis 2 that are sliding shojis and a frame 3 that surrounds the pair of shojis 2. The frame 3 is attached to an edge portion surrounding the opening of the building by a plurality of attachment members 10 (here, screws). By the movement (sliding) of the shoji 2, the opening 3A of the frame 3 is opened and closed.

The pair of shojis 2 is a rectangular movable body and includes an outdoor shoji 2A and an indoor shoji 2B. The pair of shojis 2 are disposed in the opening 3A of the frame 3 so as to be openable and closable, and slide and move in the horizontal direction within the opening 3A. When the pair of shojis 2 is closed, the opening 3 </ b> A of the frame 3 is closed by the pair of shojis 2. In this state, the pair of shojis 2 are locked by the crescent lock 11. The crescent lock 11 has a crescent portion 11A attached to the inner impingement 2B and a crescent receiver 11B attached to the outer imperial 2A. When each shoji 2 is opened, each shoji 2 comes into contact with the stopper 12 attached to the frame 3 and stops.

The shoji 2 has a rectangular housing 2C and a panel body 2D attached to the housing 2C. The panel body 2D is a multi-layer glass having a plurality of glass plates 2E, and is fitted inside the housing 2C. The frame 2C has four framed frames 20, 30, 40, and 50 (upper frame 20, lower frame 30, summoned frame 40, and door toe frame 50). The four ridges 20, 30, 40, and 50 are long ridge members constituting the skeleton 2C, and are respectively disposed along the edge of the panel body 2D.

The casing 2C of the shoji 2 is a composite casing made of a metal and a resin, and the four casings 20, 30, 40, 50 are made of metal metal casings 21, 31, 41, 51 and a synthetic resin. Resin covers 22, 32, 42, 52 are provided. The metal collar portions 21, 31, 41, 51 are formed by extrusion molding of a metal (here, an aluminum alloy) and combined in a square shape. The resin covers 22, 32, 42, 52 are formed by extrusion molding of a synthetic resin and are attached to the metal flange portions 21, 31, 41, 51, respectively. The resin covers 22, 32, 42, and 52 are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the flanges 20, 30, 40, and 50, respectively, and cover the exposed portions of the metal flange portions 21, 31, 41, and 51.

With the pair of shojis 2 closed, the pair of shoji 2's summons 40 are placed opposite to each other, and the hand shoji 2B's summons 40 are arranged on the indoor side of the shoji 2A's summons 40. The For this reason, in the shoji 2A, the summoning bowl 40 does not have a resin cover, and the metal frame portion 41 of the summoning bowl 40 is not covered with the resin cover. The four frames 4 to 6 are long frame members constituting the frame body 3. The ends of the four frames 4 to 6 are connected to each other, and the opening 3 </ b> A is formed inside the frame 3. The frame 3 is a composite frame (composite sash) made of a metal and a resin, and includes four metal frames 4A, 5A, 6A and synthetic resin resin covers 4B, 5B. , 6B.

The metal frame portions 4A, 5A, and 6A are formed by extrusion molding of a metal (here, an aluminum alloy) and combined in a square shape. The resin covers 4B, 5B, and 6B are molded by synthetic resin extrusion and attached to the metal frame portions 4A, 5A, and 6A, respectively. The resin covers 4B, 5B, 6B are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the frames 4-6, respectively, and cover the surfaces of the metal frame portions 4A, 5A, 6A. The frame 3 is configured by framing the frames 4 to 6.

The upper frame 4 has a convex outer rail 4C and an inner rail 4D, and the lower frame 5 has a convex outer rail 5C and an inner rail 5D. The outer shoji 2A slides and moves along the outer rails 4C and 5C, and the inner shoji 2B slides and moves along the inner rails 4D and 5D. When closing the pair of shojis 2, the door toe fences 50 of the pair of shojis 2 move toward the vertical frame 6 and come into contact with the vertical frame 6. In this state, the pair of vertical frames 6 are respectively disposed to face the door toe fence 50 of the shoji 2.

The joinery 1 includes a plurality of heating foam materials 7 (7 </ b> A to 7 </ b> P) arranged at predetermined arrangement portions of the shoji 2 and the frame 3. The heated foam material 7 is a belt-like thermally expanded refractory material, and expands by being foamed when heated. The plurality of heating foam materials 7 are arranged along the longitudinal directions of the ridges 20, 30, 40, 50 and the frames 4-6, respectively, and are attached to the ridges 20, 30, 40, 50 and the frames 4-6, It is attached to the shoji 2 and the frame 3. In this state, the pulling member 60 does not contact the support portions 55 and 56 and is disposed at a position away from the support portions 55 and 56.

The pulling member 60 includes a protruding first locked portion 61 that is locked to the first locking portion 58, and a plate-shaped second locked portion 62 that is locked to the second locking portion 59. And a base portion 63 disposed between the pair of wall portions 71 and 72, and a guide portion 64 projecting from the base portion 63 toward the vertical frame 6. The first locked portion 61 and the second locked portion 62 are formed on the base portion 63. Further, in the longitudinal direction of the door rod 50 (see FIG. 3), the second locked portions 62 are formed at two positions on both ends of the base portion 63 and are positioned on both sides of the guide portion 64.

The first locking portion 58 (see FIG. 4) is a locking recess provided in the first wall portion 71, and accommodates the first locked portion 61 of the pulling member 60, and the first locked portion 61 is locked. Here, the 1st latching | locking part 58 is a concave insertion part formed of two protrusion pieces (attachment piece 53B, receiving part 57). The first locked portion 61 is inserted into the first locking portion 58 and is sandwiched between the two protruding pieces. Therefore, the 1st latching | locking part 58 is a clamping part which clamps the attracting member 60, and latches the attracting member 60 by clamping.

The second locking portion 59 is a protruding piece (locking piece) that protrudes from the second wall portion 72 toward the inside of the recess 70. The second locked portion 62 of the pulling member 60 is disposed between the second locking portion 59 and the heating foam material 7 </ b> K and is hooked on the second locking portion 59. The movement of the second locked portion 62 is restricted by the second locking portion 59, and the second locked portion 62 is locked. The second locking portion 59 is disposed in a groove formed on the indoor side surface of the guide portion 64, and the guide portion 64 contacts the second wall portion 72. Within the recess 70, the guide portion 64 and the buffer member 15 are disposed to face each other.

When the shoji 2 is closed, the protrusion 6C of the vertical frame 6 is inserted into the recess 70 of the door toe 50. At that time, the protruding portion 6 </ b> C is inserted between the guide portion 64 and the buffer member 15 and comes into contact with the guide surface 65 of the guide portion 64. The guide surface 65 is an inclined surface that is inclined with respect to the insertion direction of the protruding portion 6C, and is inclined inward from the inside of the recess 70 toward the outside (toward the vertical frame 6). The distal end portion of the protruding portion 6C slides on the guide surface 65, and the guide portion 64 of the attracting member 60 moves to the indoor side with respect to the protruding portion 6C. The pulling member 60 guides the door toe 50 by the guide portion 64 and moves the door toe 50 to the indoor side with respect to the protruding portion 6C.

The pulling member 60 draws one side of the prospective direction of the door rod 50 to the protruding portion 6 </ b> C of the vertical frame 6 by the guide of the guide portion 64. Due to the pulling member 60, the door toe 50 is attracted and moved to the other side in the prospective direction. Here, the door-end fence 50 moves to the indoor side, and the portion of the door-end fence 50 on the outdoor side is attracted to the protruding portion 6C. Thereby, the 1st wall part 71 and the buffer member 15 of the recessed part 70 are drawn near to the protrusion part 6C. Further, the sealing piece 15A of the buffer member 15 comes into contact with the protruding portion 6C and comes into close contact with the protruding portion 6C while being elastically deformed. By the sealing piece 15 </ b> A of the buffer member 15, a portion between the door toe 50 of the shoji 2 and the protruding portion 6 </ b> C of the vertical frame 6 is sealed.

The pulling member 60 is attached to the recess 70 of the door toe 50 and draws one side of the prospective direction of the door toe 50 to the protruding portion 6C of the vertical frame 6, and the heating foam 7K to the inside of the recess 70. It fixes to the arrangement | positioning part 54 of. Therefore, the drawing member 60 is also a fixing member that can fix the heating foam material 7K, and has a contact portion 66 that contacts the heating foam material 7K. The contact portion 66 is disposed between the two support portions 55 and 56 and contacts the heating foam material 7 </ b> K in the housing portion 74. The pulling member 60 presses the heating foam material 7 </ b> K by the contact portion 66 and fixes the heating foam material 7 </ b> K to the arrangement portion 54.

After the heating foam material 7K is arranged in the arrangement part 54, the drawing member 60 is locked by the pair of locking parts 58 and 59, and the contact part 66 of the drawing member 60 is pressed against the heating foam material 7K. The pulling member 60 presses the heating foam material 7 </ b> K against the placement portion 54 by the contact portion 66, and fixes the heating foam material 7 </ b> K between the contact portion 66 and the placement portion 54. The heating foam material 7 </ b> K is sandwiched between the contact portion 66 and the arrangement portion 54 and is held by the arrangement portion 54 by the drawing member 60. The pulling member 60 has a plurality of protrusions 67 on the contact portion 66. The plurality of protrusions 67 of the contact portion 66 are formed in a hemispherical shape and are distributed and arranged throughout the contact portion 66. The plurality of protrusions 67 are pressed against the heating foam material 7 </ b> K together with the contact portion 66 and bite into the heating foam material 7 </ b> K.

In the fitting 1 described above, the heating foam material 7 </ b> K is fixed by the drawing member 60 provided on the door-end rod 50 in the recess 70 of the door-end rod 50. Therefore, the heating foam material 7K and the drawing member 60 can be easily disposed in the recess 70, and the increase in the number of parts of the door-end fence 50 can be suppressed, and the heating foam material 7K can be easily fixed. In addition, the heated foam material 7K can be reliably held in the recess 70 by the pulling member 60. As a result, it is possible to prevent the heating foam material 7K from coming off due to deterioration over time. Since it is not necessary to arrange the heating foam material 7K so as to avoid the pulling member 60, it is possible to easily arrange the heating foam material 7K while ensuring the arrangement area of the heating foam material 7K.

The heating foam 7K can be easily fixed to the arrangement portion 54 by the contact portion 66 of the pulling member 60. Further, rattling of the attracting member 60 can be prevented by contact between the attracting member 60 and the heating foam material 7K. By pressing the heating foam material 7K against the arrangement portion 54 by the contact portion 66, the heating foam material 7K can be firmly fixed to the arrangement portion 54. The heating foam 7K can be reliably pressed by the plurality of protrusions 67 of the contact portion 66. The pulling member 60 can be easily mounted in the recess 70 by locking the pulling member 60 to the locking portions 58 and 59 of the pair of wall portions 71 and 72.

At least one drawing member 60 is attached in the recess 70 of the door toe 50. When the plurality of pulling members 60 are attached in the recess 70, the plurality of pulling members 60 are arranged at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the door-end rod 50. On the other hand, when one pulling member 60 is attached in the recess 70, the pulling member 60 is disposed at the center in the longitudinal direction of the door toe 50.

One band-shaped heating foam material 7K is continuously arranged along the longitudinal direction of the door-end fence 50. On the other hand, a plurality of strip-shaped heating foam materials 7K may be sequentially arranged along the longitudinal direction of the door toe wall 50. In this case, the plurality of heating foam materials 7K are arranged with gaps at a plurality of locations in the longitudinal direction of the door rod 50, or the plurality of heating foam materials 7K are arranged in series without gaps. A boundary portion of the heating foam material 7K is provided at a boundary portion between the adjacent heating foam materials 7K. In this state, the heating foam material 7 </ b> K is arranged in the arrangement portion 54 in the recess 70 along the longitudinal direction of the door-end fence 50. The boundary part of the heating foam material 7K is disposed at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the door-end fence 50.

When the heating foam 7K has a boundary portion, it is preferable to attach the pulling member 60 to a portion where the boundary portion is located in the recess 70. The drawing member 60 is disposed at a position facing the boundary portion of the heating foam material 7K, and contacts the boundary portion of the heating foam material 7K and the peripheral portion of the boundary portion. Further, the drawing member 60 presses the heating foam material 7K including the boundary portion, and fixes the heating foam material 7K including the boundary portion to the arrangement portion 54 in the recess 70. Thereby, the boundary part of the heating foam material 7K can be hold | maintained at the arrangement | positioning part 54, and it can suppress that the boundary part of the heating foam material 7K remove | deviates from the arrangement | positioning part 54.

Note that the pulling member 60 may be attached in the recess 70 by attachment means other than the locking portions 58 and 59. For example, the pulling member 60 may be disposed so as to stretch between the pair of wall portions 71 and 72 and attached to the pair of wall portions 71 and 72. Further, the drawing member 60 may be attached to the pair of wall portions 71 and 72 by being arranged so as to be stretched by the attachment piece 53B. The heating foam material 7K may be arranged in the arrangement part 54 without forming the support parts 55 and 56 in the recess 70.
