Abstract
Description
The present invention is a mobile suspension used when performing various operations on structures such as crude oil storage tanks, offshore storage tanks, duct lower support steel frames, elevated road beams, and elevating stairs provided in the tanks. The present invention relates to a scaffold device, and particularly belongs to the technical field of a structure that can be installed according to a curved surface.
For example, when performing various operations such as inspection and painting of structures such as crude oil storage tanks, offshore storage tanks, duct lower support steel frames, elevated road girders, elevating staircases provided in the tanks, etc. Often. In such a high place work, a gondola-type scaffolding device that is suspended by a wire and moves up and down and horizontally may be used (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3).
In the scaffold device of Patent Document 1, a left and right moving device is installed at the top of a building via a suspension means, and a lifting winch is connected to the bottom of the left and right moving device. The working floor to get on is connected. The left-right moving device has a rack rail connected to the suspension means, a pinion wheel that meshes with the rack rail, and a motor that drives the pinion wheel. By operating the motor and rotating the pinion wheel, the lifting winch and the working floor move in the left and right direction, and by operating the lifting winch, the working floor moves up and down. Various operations can be performed.
In addition, the scaffold device of Patent Document 2 is used for work inside the excavation hole in the case of constructing an underground tank, and includes two inner and outer rails extending along the inner peripheral surface of the excavation hole; , A trolley for traveling, and a motor for driving the trolley for traveling. When the motor is operated, the traveling trolley can be moved in the circumferential direction of the excavation hole.
Moreover, the scaffold apparatus of patent document 3 has comprised the rail by connecting several truss rails, and it is comprised so that a movable suspension machine may move along this rail. That is, the rack gear which cut the steel plate into the tooth shape is being fixed to the lower surface of a truss rail, and it attaches so that the gear of a movable suspension machine may mesh with a rack gear. And it is comprised so that a movable suspension machine can be moved by rotating the gear of a movable suspension machine. In Patent Document 3, it is possible to follow a curved surface of a tank or the like by curving the truss rail.
Moreover, the scaffold apparatus of patent document 4 also connects the some truss rail and comprises the rail. A large-diameter cylindrical member extending in the vertical direction is fixed to the end of the truss rail, and a small-diameter cylinder inserted and connected to the large-diameter cylindrical member is connected to the end of another truss rail connected to the truss rail. The member is fixed. The angle formed by both truss rails can be adjusted by relatively rotating the large-diameter cylindrical member and the small-diameter cylindrical member, so that the truss can be adjusted along the curved surface of the tank or the like. A rail can be provided.
By the way, assuming the case where the mobile suspension scaffolding device as in Patent Documents 1 and 2 is used for a structure such as a crude oil storage tank or an offshore storage tank, the following problems are considered. That is, since the various tanks are generally formed in a cylindrical shape, the side plates thereof are curved so as to draw an arc. In order to perform some work on the curved side plate, it is necessary to move the work floor along the side plate.
However, in Patent Document 1, since each rail extends linearly as shown in FIG. 2 and the rails are linearly connected, work along the side plate curved so as to draw an arc. The floor cannot be moved. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 3 of Patent Document 2, since the rails extend linearly in a connected state, moving the work floor along the curved side plate so as to draw an arc is not possible. Can not.
Therefore, it is conceivable that the truss rail is curved as shown in Patent Document 3 along the side plate of the tank or the like. However, since the curvature of the side plate differs depending on the tank and the strength of the truss rail is high, it is difficult to say that bending the truss rail along the side plate at the work site is good workability. In addition, since the horizontal plate portion on which the roller of the movable suspension machine rolls is fixed to the truss rail, the horizontal plate portion acts like a rib of the truss rail, and the horizontal plate portion is the truss rail. There has also been a problem that it is likely to become an obstruction factor when the rail is bent.
On the other hand, as in Patent Document 4, the large-diameter cylinder member and the small-diameter cylinder member are relatively rotated while the small-diameter cylinder member of the other truss rail is inserted into the large-diameter cylinder member of one truss rail. By adjusting the angle formed by the two truss rails, it is not necessary to bend the truss rail itself. However, since the large-diameter cylindrical member and the small-diameter cylindrical member must be provided on the truss rail, the truss rail becomes large. In particular, it is necessary for the large-diameter cylindrical member to secure at least a diameter in which the small-diameter cylindrical member can be inserted, which is also a cause of the large truss rail.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object of the present invention is to prevent the rail member from becoming a large-scale rail when the movement locus of the work floor is made to follow the curved surface. The object is to improve the installation workability of the members.
In order to achieve the above object, the first invention includes a suspension means fixed to a structure, a plurality of rail members attached to the suspension means and coupled to each other, and attached to the rail members. A movable part that moves in a direction along the rail member; and a work floor that is suspended from the movable part via a suspension member and that is used when an operator performs various operations on the structure. In the movable suspension scaffolding device configured to move the work floor relative to the structure by moving the rail along the rail member, a width of the rail member is disposed on one side in the longitudinal direction of the rail member. A connecting pin that protrudes in the direction is provided, and a connecting plate in which an insertion portion into which the connecting pin is inserted is formed is provided on the other side in the longitudinal direction of the rail member. The rail member is connected by being inserted into an insertion portion of another rail member that is connected to the rail member, and the protruding dimension of the connecting pin is set longer than the thickness dimension of the connecting plate. To do.
According to this configuration, when connecting the rail member, the rail member connecting pin only needs to be inserted into the insertion portion formed on the connecting plate of another adjacent rail member. The property is good. And in the state which inserted the connection pin in the insertion part, since the protrusion dimension of a connection pin is longer than the thickness dimension of a connection plate, it becomes possible to change the angle with respect to the connection pin of a connection plate. Thereby, the angle which the rail member adjacent in planar view makes changes.
Therefore, for example, when the structure is a tank, even if a linear rail member is used by setting an angle between adjacent rail members so that the rail member follows the curved side plate of the tank, The trajectory of the work floor is a trajectory corresponding to the curved shape of the side plate.
In the case of a tank having a large diameter, the rail member is connected in a shape approximating a large arc by adjusting the angle so that the angle formed by both rail members is increased at the connecting portion of the rail member. On the other hand, in the case of a tank having a small diameter, the rail member is connected in a shape approximating a small arc by adjusting the angle so that the angle formed by both rail members becomes smaller at the connecting portion of the rail member. . That is, it is possible to move the work floor by connecting the rail members so as to correspond to the shapes of the plurality of structures, while reducing the types of materials by making the rail members common.
Further, for example, when the moving suspension scaffolding device is installed on the ascending / descending stairs provided in the tank, the rail member can be installed so as to have a gradient. Thereby, when a work floor moves along a rail member, it will also move to a height direction.
The second invention is a suspension means fixed to a structure, a plurality of rail members attached to the suspension means and coupled to each other, attached to the rail members, and moved in a direction along the rail members. And a work floor that is suspended when the operator performs various operations on the structure, and moves the movable part along the rail member. In the mobile suspension scaffolding device configured to move the work floor relative to the structure by causing the movable floor to have a roller supported rotatably around a horizontal axis, the rail member Has a base plate extending in the vertical direction and extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail member, and a guide plate on which the roller rolls. The guide plate protrudes horizontally from the side surface of the base plate. Provided so as to extend in the longitudinal direction of the rail member and said guide plate is characterized in that intermittently in the longitudinal direction.
According to this configuration, since the guide plate of the rail member is intermittent in the longitudinal direction, the guide plate is less likely to become an obstacle when the rail member is bent in the horizontal direction. The workability of installing the rail member so that the locus follows the curved surface is improved.
Therefore, when the structure is a tank, the rail member is curved so as to follow the curved side plate of the tank, so that the movement locus of the work floor corresponds to the curved shape of the side plate.
In the case of a tank with a large diameter and a tank with a small diameter, the rail member has a shape that approximates the arc of the tank by adjusting the degree of curvature of the rail member. Thereby, it is possible to move the work floor by connecting the rail members so as to correspond to the shapes of the plurality of structures while making the rail members common and reducing the types of materials.
A third invention is a suspension means fixed to a structure, a plurality of rail members attached to the suspension means and connected to each other, attached to the rail members, and moved in a direction along the rail members. And a work floor that is suspended when the operator performs various operations on the structure, and moves the movable part along the rail member. In the mobile suspension scaffolding device configured to move the work floor relative to the structure by causing the movable floor to have a roller supported rotatably around a horizontal axis, the rail member Has a base plate extending in the vertical direction and extending in the longitudinal direction of the rail member, and a plurality of guide plates on which the roller rolls, and the guide plates are arranged in the longitudinal direction of the base plate. Are arranged with a predetermined gap, characterized in that it is fixed so as to project horizontally from the side face to the side face of the base plate.
According to this configuration, since the plurality of guide plates of the rail member are disposed with a gap therebetween in the longitudinal direction, the guide plate is unlikely to be an obstruction factor when attempting to bend the rail member in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the workability of installing the rail member so that the movement locus of the work floor follows the curved surface is improved.
In a fourth aspect based on the first aspect, the movable portion has a roller supported so as to be rotatable around a horizontal axis, and the rail member extends in the vertical direction and extends in the longitudinal direction of the rail member. An extending base plate and a guide plate on which the roller rolls, the guide plate extending along a side surface of the base plate and having a vertical plate portion fixed to the base plate. Features.
According to a fifth invention, in the second or third invention, the guide plate has a vertical plate portion that extends along a side surface of the base plate and is fixed to the base plate.
According to the configuration of the fourth and fifth inventions, the load on the work floor acts on the guide plate via the roller. At this time, since the vertical plate portion of the guide plate is fixed to the base plate and the guide plate is reinforced by the base plate, the guide plate on which the load on the work floor is applied is displaced so as to be twisted downward. It is suppressed.
According to a sixth invention, in any one of the second to fifth inventions, a plurality of teeth formed by notching the base plate are arranged below the base plate in the longitudinal direction of the rail member. The movable part has a meshing wheel that meshes with the teeth and a motor that drives the meshing wheel.
According to this configuration, since the tooth width is substantially equal to the thickness of the base material, the tooth width can be reduced, and the contact area with the meshing wheel is reduced. Thereby, when the angle is set to the connected rail member, the meshing wheel smoothly moves from the rail member to the rail member.
According to 1st invention, both rails can be easily connected by inserting the connecting pin of a rail member in the insertion part currently formed in the connecting plate of another rail member. And since the protrusion dimension of the connection pin was made longer than the thickness dimension of a connection board, the movement locus | trajectory of a work floor can be made to follow a curved surface, preventing a rail member from becoming large.
According to the second invention, since the guide plate provided on the rail member is intermittent in the longitudinal direction, the rail member does not become large when the movement locus of the work floor is made to follow the curved surface. Thus, the installation workability of the rail member can be improved.
According to the third invention, since the gap is provided between the plurality of guide plates provided on the rail member, the rail member does not become large when the movement locus of the work floor is made to follow the curved surface. Thus, the installation workability of the rail member can be improved.
According to the fourth and fifth inventions, since the vertical plate portion of the guide plate on which the roller rolls is fixed to the base plate, the guide plate on which the work floor load is applied is displaced so as to be twisted downward. Can be suppressed.
According to the sixth invention, since the teeth provided on the rail member are configured by cutting out the base plate, when the angle is set to the connected rail member, the meshing wheel is separated from the rail member. The rail member can be smoothly transferred and the work floor can be moved smoothly.

(Configuration of suspension member)

A
An
The upper engaging
Similar to the
A lower end portion of the
The
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11, when the vertical dimension of the

(Configuration of rail member)
The
Since the plurality of
On the upper side of the longitudinal center portion of the
As shown in FIG. 4 and the like, the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, when another rail member 20 (only a part is indicated by a virtual line) is connected to the left side of a rail member 20 (only a part is indicated by a solid line), the
In the state where the

(Composition of the truck)
The
The
The
The two
(Gondola configuration)
As shown in FIG. 1, the
(Operation of mobile suspension scaffold device)
When driving the
When the
Further, since the width of the
(Effect of embodiment)
According to the first embodiment, when connecting the
For example, when the
Further, in the case of a tank having a large diameter, the
