The body part 2 is knitted by feeding a parallelling yarn made by parallelling a monofilament yarn and a crimp multifilament yarn to a yarn feeding port of the cylindrical knitting machine, and at this time, knitting is performed by feeding only a monofilament yarn to the other yarn feeding port. When knitting 1 course with a parallelling yarn, 3 course is knitted only by a multifilament yarn. With this, a draining garbage bag which includes the course constituted by a parallelling yarn and the course constituted of only a monofilament yarn is obtained. The mouth 1 is inserted with an elastic yarn and knitted with a crimp monofilament yarn. A bottom 3 is made by sewing the terminal of the body part 1 with a sewing thread.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for producing a draining garbage bag used for collecting garbage by draining water, and in particular, draining garbage attached to an inner wall surface of a draining basket provided at a corner of a kitchen or a drain outlet. The present invention relates to a bag manufacturing method.

Conventionally, various types of drained garbage bags such as knitted fabric, non-woven fabric, paper, or synthetic resin film have been used. Among these, as a knitted product, one obtained by knitting monofilament yarn is known (Patent Document 1). Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the mouth portion 1 is knitted with multifilament yarn while inserting elastic yarn, the main body portion 2 is knitted with monofilament yarn, and the end of the main body portion 2 is sewn with sewing thread and closed. The bottom 3 is known. Such a draining garbage bag is used in such a manner that the body part 2 drains water to collect garbage and the like, and when garbage or the like is collected, the mouth part is bound or discarded.

By the way, the main body 2 is knitted by supplying monofilament yarn to the yarn feeder of the cylindrical knitting machine. However, the size of the stitch sometimes fluctuates due to fluctuations in yarn feeding tension. That is, when a monofilament yarn having a high yarn feed tension is hooked on a monofilament yarn having a low yarn feed tension to form a stitch, the monofilament yarn having a low yarn feed tension is pulled to increase the stitch, while the yarn feed tension is increased. The stitches formed with strong monofilament yarns sometimes became smaller (FIG. 3). The fluctuation of the yarn feeding tension increases as the knitting speed of the cylindrical knitting machine increases. Therefore, if the knitting speed of the cylindrical knitting machine is slowed, fluctuations in the yarn feeding tension can be reduced and fluctuations in the stitch size can be reduced, but this is inferior in productivity. If a large stitch exists in the main body 2, raw garbage or the like leaks from the stitch and stains the inner wall surface of the draining basket.

In addition, the monofilament yarn is fed to the yarn feeder of the cylindrical knitting machine, the crimped multifilament yarn is fed to the other yarn feeder, and the course knitted with the monofilament yarn and the course knitted with the crimped multifilament yarn. A draining garbage bag having a main body 2 configured is also known (Patent Document 2, Claim 4). However, in the monofilament yarn and the crimped multifilament yarn, crimping is expressed in the latter, so that the stretch is high, and the stretch rate is greatly different between the two. Therefore, if the crimped multifilament yarn is stretched during knitting, the crimped multifilament yarn contracts after knitting, the course knitted with the crimped multifilament yarn shrinks, and the body portion 2 is constricted. was there. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to slow the knitting speed and lower the yarn feeding tension during knitting to suppress the elongation of the crimped multifilament yarn, but this is inferior in productivity.

An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a drained garbage bag that does not easily leak garbage even if a large stitch exists in the main body 2 without causing a decrease in productivity.

This invention solves the said subject by using a specific draw yarn when knitting the main-body part 2. As shown in FIG. That is, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a draining garbage bag for knitting a mouth portion 1 and a main body portion 2 with a cylindrical knitting machine, wherein the main body portion 2 is an aligned yarn obtained by aligning monofilament yarn and crimped multifilament yarn. The yarn is knitted by feeding it to the yarn feeder of the cylindrical knitting machine and knitted by feeding only the monofilament yarn to the other yarn feeder, thereby comprising only the course constituted by the aligned yarn and the monofilament yarn. The present invention relates to a method for producing a draining garbage bag comprising a course.

In the present invention, the mouth portion 1 and the main body portion 2 are knitted by a cylindrical knitting machine. A cylinder knitting machine has a large number of needles planted around the entire circumference of the cylinder, feeds the yarn from the yarn feeder, hooks the fed yarn to each needle, and knits the stitches by the vertical movement of each needle. Machine to obtain knitted fabric. The mouth 1 may be knitted by a conventionally known method. For example, the mouth portion 1 is knitted with a multifilament yarn while inserting an elastic yarn. Since the mouth portion 1 is a portion that is locked to the upper edge of the draining basket, it is preferable that a highly elastic elastic thread is inserted to facilitate locking by the stretchability. Specifically, it is preferable to knitted with crimped multifilament yarn and insert elastic yarn. The crimped multifilament yarn is a multifilament yarn having bulkiness and stretchability, and is preferable because it has stretchability that can follow the elastic yarn and does not hinder the stretchability of the mouth portion 1. A crimped multifilament yarn can be obtained, for example, by false twisting a multifilament yarn. As the elastic yarn, it is preferable to use a polyurethane monofilament yarn. As the crimped multifilament yarn, polyester crimped multifilament yarn, nylon crimped multifilament yarn, or the like is used. The number of knitting courses of the mouth 1 is arbitrary, but is generally about 1 to 7 courses. The knitting structure of the mouth portion 1 is also arbitrary, but generally a rib knitting structure is used, and elastic yarn is inserted into this knitting structure.

The main body 2 is knitted with a draw yarn and a monofilament yarn. That is, knitting is performed by supplying the aligned yarn to the yarn feeder and supplying the monofilament yarn to the other yarn feeder. The draw yarn is a monofilament yarn and crimped multifilament yarn that are drawn together, and both yarns are fed simultaneously to one yarn feeder. By using this draw yarn, the following effects occur. For example, if the yarn tension of the draw yarn is weak, the stitches to be knitted will be large, but the crimped multifilament yarn will not be stretched sufficiently without high tensile tension, and each single filament will be scattered. And bulky. Accordingly, there are single filaments scattered in a large stitch, and garbage or the like is caught by the single filaments, and is difficult to leak out of the garbage bag. In addition, when the yarn tension of the draw yarn is strong, the stitches to be knitted are small, but the crimped multifilament yarn is sufficiently stretched with a high tensile tension, so that each single filament is not easily scattered. It has become. Therefore, the presence of single filaments is small in small stitches, but because the stitches themselves are small, garbage and the like are unlikely to leak out of the garbage bag.

As the monofilament yarn in the draw yarn, polyester monofilament, nylon monofilament or the like is used, and the fineness thereof is about 11 to 33 dtex. Further, as the crimped multifilament yarn in the aligned yarn, polyester crimped multifilament yarn, nylon crimped multifilament yarn or the like is used, and the fineness thereof is about 22 to 40 dtex. The number of single filaments in the crimped multifilament yarn is about 5 to 20.

The main body 2 does not form stitches only with the aligned yarns, but feeds the monofilament yarns to other yarn feeders, thereby knitting the stitches only with the monofilament yarns. This is because if the main body 2 is knitted only with the draw yarn, the draining property is deteriorated. The knitting ratio of the draw yarn and the monofilament yarn is appropriately determined according to the use of the draining garbage bag, but when used as a draining garbage bag for household triangular corners and drains, it is based on one course of the drawing yarn. The monofilament yarn 3 course is preferably knitted alternately and sequentially. As the monofilament yarn, the same one as used in the draw yarn can be used. In addition, if the main-body part 2 is knitted only with crimped multifilament, the draining property of the draining garbage bag will deteriorate.

After the body part 2 is knitted, the terminal of the body part 2 facing the mouth part 1 is closed to form the bottom part 3. Although the method of forming the bottom part 3 is arbitrary, generally, the bottom part 3 is formed by sewing the end of the main body part facing the mouth part 1 with a sewing machine or the like. The bag provided with the mouth part 1, the main body part 2 and the bottom part 3 may be used as a drained garbage bag as it is, or may be used as a drained garbage bag after antibacterial processing is performed on the bag. What is necessary is just to immerse a bag in the aqueous solution containing chitosan etc. as an antibacterial process (refer patent document 1).

The manufacturing method of the draining garbage bag which concerns on this invention is performed by supplying a uniform yarn to one yarn feeder, when knitting a main-body part. The draw yarn is composed of a crimped multifilament yarn and a monofilament yarn. When the yarn tension is increased during knitting and the stitches are formed small, the single filament of the crimped multifilament yarn is not easily scattered, When the yarn feeding tension becomes weak and the stitches are formed large, the single filaments of the crimped multifilament yarn are scattered and bulky, and the single filaments are likely to exist in the large stitches. Accordingly, there is an effect that it becomes difficult for garbage to pass through large stitches, and a drained garbage bag is obtained in which the garbage does not leak out of the bag. In addition, the manufacturing method according to the present invention also provides an effect that productivity can be improved because a drained garbage bag is obtained in which garbage or the like hardly leaks out of the bag even if the production speed (knitting speed) is increased. . If crimped multifilament yarns are used instead of aligned yarns, as described in paragraph 0004, the expansion rate of monofilament yarns and crimped multifilament yarns is greatly different. It becomes difficult to increase the speed and productivity cannot be improved.
