Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a charging device that accommodates a plurality of cables and enables charging of a vehicle with the cables.
In recent years, electric vehicles and rechargeable hybrid vehicles (so-called plug-in hybrid vehicles) have been put into practical use, and various charging devices that charge these vehicles have been proposed. In addition, a charging device has been proposed in which a charging cable for supplying charging power to the vehicle is housed in a housing, and the cable is inserted into and removed from the housing. For example, there is a configuration in which a cable is wound around and accommodated in a drum with respect to the insertion / extraction of the cable in the housing. For this reason, a charging device that uses a moving pulley to carry out and pull in a cable is considered (for example, see Patent Document 1).
By the way, with the widespread use of electric vehicles and the like in recent years, the demand for vehicle charging has been expanded, and the forms of charging devices are also diversifying. For example, there are generally AC charging using AC power and DC charging using DC power for charging the vehicle, and it is conceivable that the AC charging and DC charging can be realized with one charging device. In addition, it is conceivable to charge a plurality of vehicles at the same time with one charging device. In these cases, a configuration is required in which a plurality of cables are accommodated in the casing of the charging device, and each of these cables can be taken in and out individually.
In this regard, in the above-mentioned
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and has as its main object to provide a charging device that has a compact configuration and is easy to use.
Hereinafter, means and the like effective for solving the above-described problems will be described while showing functions and effects as necessary. In the following, for ease of understanding, the reference numerals of the corresponding components in the embodiments of the invention are appropriately shown in parentheses, but are not limited to the specific configurations shown in parentheses.

According to the above configuration, since the first cable and the second cable are accommodated in the housing in the charging device, and each can be taken in and out according to the movement of the first and second pulleys. Thus, the vehicle can be charged by selectively using any of the cables. Moreover, since each moving pulley is provided in the housing | casing in the position which overlaps in the direction (thickness direction) which becomes front and back with respect to the front of a housing | casing, the width | variety of a charging device (housing | casing) is not extended excessively. In both cases, a plurality of cables can be stored in the housing. As a result, it is possible to realize a charging device that has a compact configuration and is easy to use.
The second invention has a first power source (44) and a second power source (54) for moving each of the movable pulleys in the up-down direction, and the first power source and the second power source are in the housing. It is characterized by being arranged in a straight line in the width direction of the body.
In the configuration having a power source for each moving pulley, the first power source and the second power source are arranged in a straight line in the width direction of the housing, so that each motive power in the housing can be increased without increasing the thickness of the housing. Source can be accommodated. As a result, the charging device can be made compact.
3rd invention has a 1st motor (44) as said 1st power source, has a 2nd motor (54) as said 2nd power source, and each said motor is the width direction of the said housing | casing. The motor output shaft is arranged so as to be aligned on a straight line or a substantially straight line.
In the configuration in which the first motor and the second motor are used as the power source of each movable pulley, each motor is arranged so that the motor output shafts are arranged in a straight line or a substantially straight line in the width direction of the case. Each motor can be accommodated in the housing without increasing the number. As a result, the charging device can also be made compact.
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, the first moving pulley and the second moving pulley are provided at a central position in the width direction of the housing, and the first motor and the second motor are the first moving pulley. In addition, at the positions on both sides of the second moving pulley, the tip end side of the motor output shaft is respectively arranged toward the side of each moving pulley.
In the configuration in which each moving pulley is arranged near the central portion in the width direction of the housing, an empty space can be provided on both sides of the moving pulley, and each motor can be suitably arranged using this empty space. In this case, although the size of the motor in the direction along the motor output shaft is large due to its structure, each motor can be suitably arranged while taking into account the size of the motor output shaft.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the first moving pulley and the second moving pulley are provided so that the positions of the central axes (42a, 52a) of the respective moving pulleys are different in the width direction of the casing. It is characterized by being.
Since the central axes of the first and second pulleys are set at different positions in the width direction of the housing, the cables guided by the respective pulleys in the housing can be shifted in the housing width direction, and the cables can be connected to each other. It can be difficult to get tangled. Therefore, smooth insertion / extraction of each cable can be realized. In addition, since the central axes are separated from each other, it is possible to realize a suitable configuration such that the moving mechanism can be easily attached to each moving pulley, and the maintenance property is good.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, a guide rail (39) extending in the vertical direction is provided at a position between the central axes (42a, 52a) of the first and second pulleys. The rail has a function of guiding the first moving pulley in the vertical direction and a function of guiding the second moving pulley in the vertical direction.
In the configuration in which the central axes of the first and second pulleys are different from each other in the width direction of the housing, the guide rails are provided at positions between the central axes, so that Moving pulleys can be placed next to each other. In this case, simplification of the configuration can be achieved by providing the guide rail with a guide function for both of the movable pulleys.
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, there is provided a first constant pulley (41) and a second constant pulley that guide the first cable and the second cable, respectively, closer to the connector than the first and second pulleys. 51), the first moving pulley and the second moving pulley are provided at a central portion in the width direction of the housing, and the first fixed pulley and the second constant pulley are each of the moving pulleys. The first cable and the second cable are respectively inserted into and removed from both side portions of the housing via the first constant pulley or the second constant pulley. And
In the configuration including the first constant pulley and the second constant pulley on the connector side of each dynamic pulley, the respective constant pulleys are respectively arranged at positions on both sides of each dynamic pulley in the center in the width direction of the housing. One cable and the second cable can be taken in and out from both sides of the housing via each fixed pulley. In this case, for each cable, the mechanism required for taking in and out can be arranged in a distributed manner on the left and right in the front view, and the thickness reduction of the housing can be suitably realized.
In addition, in the configuration in which each fixed pulley is disposed at both sides of each movable pulley in the center in the width direction of the housing, each lower pulley (or upper space) is used for each moving pulley. A motor can be arranged. In this case, it becomes easy to arrange these motors on a straight line (related to the fourth invention). Therefore, the power mechanism of each movable pulley can be suitably installed without increasing the thickness of the housing.
According to an eighth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a first constant pulley (41) and a second constant pulley (guide pulley) for guiding the first cable and the second cable, respectively, closer to the connector than the first and second pulleys. 51) and a first feed roller (48) and a second feed roller (58) provided in a state where the cable is sandwiched between the fixed pulley on the outer peripheral side of each of the fixed pulleys, and each of the feed rollers. A first feed motor (49) and a second feed motor (59) that are rotationally driven are provided.
A first feed motor for providing a first feed roller and a second feed roller for feeding a cable, and rotating each feed roller in a configuration including a first constant pulley and a second constant pulley on the connector side of each moving pulley The second feed motor is provided. In this case, the cable can be smoothly inserted and removed from the housing.
According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, in the initial state in which the cables are accommodated in the housing, the direction of the cables extending from the respective pulleys is different from the moving direction of the respective pulleys.
In the initial state in which each cable is accommodated in the housing, if the direction of the cable extending from each moving pulley is different from the moving direction of each moving pulley, the direction of the cable changes according to the movement of the moving pulley. . In this case, the proximity state of each cable changes according to the position of the moving pulley, and the inconvenience that mutual interference occurs between the cables can be suppressed.
The tenth invention is characterized in that the first cable is an AC charging cable (21) and the second cable is a DC charging cable (22).

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the charging
The
Each
The fixed pulleys 41 and 51 are provided in the upper part in the
In this embodiment, since the
Here, the
The
As described above, the diameters of the AC charging
Between the
The moving direction of the
Next, a more detailed configuration of the drive means of each
The
In addition, a
FIG. 5 is an explanatory view showing the movement of the
The
A
The insertion and removal of the
In the
FIG. 6 is a block diagram showing an electrical configuration of the charging
The
When charging the vehicle C using the
In this case, the
Thereafter, when charging of the vehicle C is completed, the
In a state where the
8 to 16 show the configuration of the charging
As mentioned above, according to the structure of this embodiment explained in full detail, the following outstanding effects are acquired.
According to the above configuration, the
In the configuration in which the motor pulleys 42 and 52 are provided with
Furthermore, the
Since the central axes 42a and 52a of the
A
The fixed pulleys 41 and 51 are respectively arranged at positions on both sides of the
Further, in the configuration in which the fixed
Since the
In the initial state in which the
The

In the above embodiment, the
