Claims (14)
- 管状本体と、少なくとも2つの終端キャップと、を備えた、特にハイブリッド駆動のためのエネルギー貯蔵器用のバッテリーハウジングであって、前記終端キャップは本体内に挿入され且つそれぞれ1つの閉鎖プレートを具備し、前記閉鎖プレートは前記本体の長手方向で内側にずれて配置され且つ前記本体のハウジング壁を支持しており、前記終端キャップはそれぞれ前記本体と溶接されており、前記バッテリーハウジングのすべての接合箇所が別個の結合要素なしに形成されている、バッテリーハウジング。
- 前記本体及び前記終端キャップは、それぞれ同一の材料特性を有する材料、特に鋼又は合金鋼からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 最高で4つの、特に最高で3つの連続した流体密の溶接シームを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記本体は、それぞれC形状に折り曲げた2つの板材から成形されており、前記板材は、実質的に方形の管形状に形成されるようにそれら長手方向縁部で溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記閉鎖プレートは、前記本体の長手方向軸に対して実質的に垂直に延び、且つ、電気接続及び/又は流体接続を行うための開口部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記終端キャップは、それぞれ1つの環状の縁フランジを具備し、前記縁フランジは、前記閉鎖プレートと一体的に形成されて、前記本体の長手方向で外側に延びて前記本体と溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記縁フランジは、前記本体の端側の端縁部と同一平面で終端している外縁部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記本体を車両に固定するのに適している少なくとも1つの固定フランジが前記本体に溶接されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記本体及び前記終端キャップはそれぞれ、2mm〜5mm、特に2.5mm〜4mm、特に2.8mm〜3.5mm、特に3mmの壁厚を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 前記バッテリーハウジングは、少なくとも前記本体の長手方向で、重力(g)の少なくとも20倍、特に少なくとも30倍、特に少なくとも40倍、特に少なくとも50倍の衝突力の影響下で形状安定であることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジング。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリーハウジングと、少なくとも1つの冷却エレメントと、円筒セルとして形成されたバッテリーセルからなる少なくとも1つのセルブロックと、を備えた、特にハイブリッド駆動のためのバッテリーであって、前記冷却エレメント及び前記セルブロックが前記バッテリーハウジングの内部に配置されている、バッテリー。
- 前記冷却エレメントは前記セルブロックと前記バッテリーハウジングとの間に配置されており、前記冷却エレメントと前記バッテリーハウジングとの間に圧力バッグが設けられていて、前記圧力バッグは、硬化したプラスチックを有し、且つ、前記バッテリーハウジングが前記圧力バッグを越えて内側に向けられた緊定力を前記冷却エレメント及び前記セルブロックに及ぼすように、前記バッテリーハウジングを少なくとも部分的に外方に膨らませることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリー。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリーハウジング及び/又は請求項11又は12に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリーを備えた自動車、特にハイブリッド車。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーハウジング又は請求項11又は12に記載のバッテリー又は請求項13に記載の自動車を製造するための方法において、
− 鋼板を折り曲げてC形状を形成するステップと、
− 2つのC形状の長手方向縁部を溶接して四角中空形状を備えた前記本体を形成するステップと、
− 2つの終端キャップを前記本体の端側に配置し、前記終端キャップが前記四角中空形状の内部に配置されるステップと、
− 前記終端キャップを前記本体と溶接するステップと、
を備える方法。
