Abstract
Description
また、5番ノズルから100barの圧力及びランダム振動を通じて所定の間隔を置いて形成される縞模様を除去した。交絡されたアラミド生地を乾燥温度240℃で60秒間乾燥工程を経て巻回して基本重量180g/m2の防刃生地を得た。
デュポン社製Kevlarを原糸として用い、60番手2合糸、85x75筋/5cm、基本重量140g/m2のアラミド織物を準備した。
Claims (6)
- ウォーターパンチングによりアラミド不織布をアラミド原糸で形成された高強度繊維体に交絡させる段階を含むことを特徴とするウォーターパンチングを用いた防刃生地の製造方法。
- 前記高強度繊維体の組織は平織り及び綾織りの中から選択された組織であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォーターパンチングを用いた防刃生地の製造方法。
- 前記アラミド原糸は紡績糸40番手3合糸〜60番手2合糸ものであるか、500〜600デニールのフィラメント糸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォーターパンチングを用いた防刃生地の製造方法。
- 前記繊維体の密度は30x30筋(経糸x緯糸)〜85x85筋(経糸x緯糸)/5cmであり、基本重量は100〜200gsmであり、空気透過度は5cm3/cm2/s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォーターパンチングを用いた防刃生地の製造方法。
- 前記不織布は3〜6デニールの繊度を有するアラミド繊維からなり、基本重量は40〜70gsmであり、空気透過度は100cm3/cm2/s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のウォーターパンチングを用いた防刃生地の製造方法。
- 50〜250barの水圧でウォーターパンチングを行うことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のウォーターパンチングを用いた防刃生地の製造方法。
