Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システムであって、
エアロゾル発生装置と、
少なくとも一つのエアロゾル形成基体を含むエアロゾル形成カートリッジであって、使用時、前記エアロゾル形成カートリッジが前記エアロゾル発生装置内に少なくとも部分的に受けられるものと、
使用中に前記少なくとも一つのエアロゾル形成基体を加熱するように配置された少なくとも一つの電気ヒーターと、
少なくとも一つの空気吸込み口および少なくとも一つの空気出口とを備え、
使用時に、前記エアロゾル発生システムが前記少なくとも一つの空気吸込み口と前記少なくとも一つの空気出口との間に延びる気流チャネルをさらに含み、前記気流チャネルが前記エアロゾル形成基体と流体連通しており、また前記気流チャネルが1つ以上の乱流発生装置が配置されている内部壁表面を持ち、前記乱流発生装置が前記気流チャネルを通して引き出される空気の流れ内に乱流境界層を形成するように配置されている、エアロゾル発生システム。 - 前記乱流発生装置が前記内部壁表面上に1つ以上のくぼみまたはうねりを含む、請求項1に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記くぼみまたはうねりが0.3ミリメートル〜0.8ミリメートルの数平均最大深さを持つ、請求項2に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記くぼみまたはうねりが前記気流チャネルの前記厚さの15パーセント〜80パーセントの数平均最大深さを持つ、請求項2または3に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記乱流発生装置が前記内部壁表面に複数のくぼみを含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記複数のくぼみまたはうねりが3ミリメートル〜6ミリメートルの数平均最大直径を持つ、請求項5に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記気流チャネルが、前記チャネルの流れ面積が前記空気吸込み口から前記空気出口への下流方向に増大するディフューザー部分を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル形成カートリッジが、基層と、前記基層上に提供されている前記少なくとも一つのエアロゾル形成基体を含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記基層および前記少なくとも一つのエアロゾル発生基体は実質的に平面であり、相互に実質的に平行に配置されている、請求項8に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル形成カートリッジが、前記少なくとも一つのエアロゾル形成基体の上にあり、前記基層に固定されているトップカバーをさらに含み、前記少なくとも一つのエアロゾル発生基体が前記気流チャネルと流体連通するように、前記気流チャネルが前記トップカバーと前記基層の間で少なくとも部分的に画定される、請求項8または9に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記1つ以上の乱流発生装置が配置される前記内部壁表面が、前記トップカバーによって少なくとも部分的に形成される、請求項10に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記エアロゾル発生装置が、前記エアロゾル形成カートリッジが前記エアロゾル発生装置内に挿入された時に、前記少なくとも一つのエアロゾル形成基体および前記基層の上にある壁を含み、また前記少なくとも一つのエアロゾル発生基体が前記気流チャネルと流体連通するように、前記気流チャネルが前記エアロゾル発生装置の壁と前記基層の間に少なくとも部分的に画定される、請求項8または9に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記1つ以上の乱流発生装置が配置されている前記内部壁表面が、前記エアロゾル発生装置の壁によって少なくとも部分的に形成される、請求項12に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記乱流発生装置が前記内部壁表面積の30%〜100%を占める、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記少なくとも一つのエアロゾル形成基体がニコチンを含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム。
