Claims (20)
- 医療装置であって、
電動手術具と、
前記電動手術具を電源に接続するように適合された一対の接続部と、
前記一対の接続部のうちの少なくとも1つの接続部に電気的に結合される終止回路であって、
監視回路と、
作動停止回路と
を備える、終止回路と
を備え、
前記監視回路は、トリガイベントに続く所定の作動停止パターンが満たされるまで、前記一対の接続部における電流を監視することによって、所定の作動停止パターンを検出するように構成され、
前記作動停止回路は、前記所定の作動停止パターンの発生に基づいて前記電動手術具をディセーブルするために、前記一対の接続部のうちの1つ以上の接続部を遮るように構成され、
前記医療装置は、前記電源を含むコンソールから取り外し可能である、医療装置。 - 前記電動手術具は、DCモータ、ACモータ、および双極電気手術電極の整合した対のうちの1つである、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記トリガイベントは、前記電動手術具が電源供給される最初の時点、前記電動手術具が最初に電力供給される最初の時点の持続時間の開始、および前記電動手術具が最初に電力供給される最初の時点の前記持続時間の終了のうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記トリガイベントに続く前記所定の作動停止パターンは、経過時間の持続時間、電流が前記電動手術具に印加される前記時間の合計持続時間、もしくは電流が前記電動手術具に印加される離散回数のカウント、またはそれらの組み合わせのうちの1つを含む、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記作動停止回路は、前記電動手術具に接続された前記一対の接続部間の短絡回路を生成することと、前記一対の接続部のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて開回路を生成することとのうちの少なくとも1つによって、前記一対の接続部のうちの1つ以上の接続部を遮る、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記電動手術具は、前記コンソールによって監視することができる電気信号を生成するように構成され、
前記作動停止回路は、前記電気信号が、エラー状態を引き起こすために変更されるように、前記一対の接続部のうちの少なくとも1つに対し、1つまたは複数の電気部品を追加または除去することによって、前記一対の接続部のうちの1つ以上の接続部を遮る、請求項1に記載の医療装置。 - 前記終止回路のための電力を取り出すために、前記終止回路から前記電動手術具接続部までの接続を更に備える、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記監視回路における蓄積素子を更に備え、前記蓄積素子に蓄積された電荷に基づいて経過時間から前記作動停止パターンを検出する、請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記作動停止パターンの前記検出に基づいて、固定の開位置または閉位置を達成するための、前記作動停止回路に応答する遠隔切替え要素を更に備える、請求項8に記載の医療装置。
- 医療装置であって、
電動手術具と、
前記電動手術具を電源に接続するように適合された少なくとも1つの電動手術具接続部と、
コントローラが、前記電源に、前記電動手術具に電力を提供するよう指示するように、前記コントローラに作動信号を選択的に提供するように構成された作動回路と
を備え、前記作動回路は、
作動スイッチと、
前記作動回路を前記コントローラに接続する一対の作動回路接続部と、
前記一対の作動回路接続部のうちの少なくとも1つに電気的に接続された終止回路と、
を備え、前記終止回路は、
監視回路と、
作動停止回路と
を更に備え、
前記監視回路は、トリガイベントを検出し、前記トリガイベントに続く所定の作動停止パターンが満たされるまで、前記一対の作動回路接続部のうちの1つまたは複数の作動回路接続部または前記少なくとも1つの電動手術具接続部における電流を監視するように構成され、前記作動停止回路は、前記所定の作動停止パターンに基づいて前記作動回路をディセーブルするための前記一対の作動回路接続部のうちの1つまたは複数の作動回路接続部を遮るように動作可能であり、
前記医療装置は、前記電源を含むコンソールから取り外し可能である、医療装置。 - 前記コンソールは、前記コントローラを含む、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 前記作動回路および前記終止回路は、各々が、独立した電源に接続するように構成される、請求項10に記載の医療装置。
- 医療装置であって、
コントローラに信号を与えるように構成される識別回路であって、前記コントローラが、識別信号および作動信号の認識時に、電動手術具に電力を供給するための命令を電源に与えるようにする、識別回路を備え、
前記識別回路は、
監視回路と、
作動停止回路と
を備え、
前記監視回路は、トリガイベントを検出し、前記トリガイベントに続く所定の作動停止パターンが満たされるまで前記識別回路を監視するように構成され、前記作動停止回路は、前記識別回路を変更して、前記識別信号が、前記コントローラに、前記電動手術具に電力を供給するための命令を前記電源に与えさせないよう変更されるようにし、
前記医療装置は、前記コントローラを含むコンソールから取り外されるように構成される、医療装置。 - 前記トリガイベントは、前記識別回路が電源供給される最初の時点の開始である、請求項13に記載の医療装置。
- 前記トリガイベントに続く前記所定の作動停止パターンは、経過時間の持続時間であり、前記作動停止回路は、前記識別回路内の短絡回路を生成すること、一対の識別回路接続部のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて開回路を生成することのうちの1つによって、および前記電気信号が前記コンソールによってエラー状態であると読み取られるよう変更されるように、前記一対の識別回路接続部のうちの少なくとも1つに対し電気コンポーネントを追加または除去することによって、前記識別回路を変更するように構成される、請求項13に記載の医療装置。
- 医療装置であって、

前記電動手術具を電源に接続する少なくとも1つの電動手術具接続部と、

前記監視回路は、トリガイベントを検出するように構成され、前記トリガイベントに続く所定の作動停止パターンが満たされるまで前記装置内の電流の少なくとも一部を監視するように動作可能であり、これに応答して、前記作動停止回路は、前記装置が前記電動手術具に電力を提供できないようにし、
前記医療装置は、前記コントローラを含むコンソールから選択的に取り外されるように構成される、医療装置。 - 前記一対の接続部に電流を供給するための発生器へのインタフェースを更に備え、前記終止回路は、前記発生器に、治療電流の供給を中止させるために前記インタフェースの特性を変更するように動作可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記終止回路は、前記作動回路をディセーブルすることによって、前記電動手術具に流れる電流を遮るように構成される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記終止回路は、治療回路または前記作動回路をディセーブルすることによって、前記電動手術具に流れる電流を遮るように構成される、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記終止回路は、治療回路から電力を受信する、請求項1に記載の装置。
