Abstract
Description
(a)ハードウェアのみの回路インプリメンテーション(例えば、アナログおよび/またはデジタル回路だけのインプリメンテーション)、そして、
(b)(i)プロセッサの組合せ、または、(ii)プロセッサ/ソフトウェア(デジタルシグナルプロセッサを含む)の部分、ソフトウェア、および、協働して、モバイル電話またはサーバなどの装置に、種々の機能を実行させるメモリに適用できるような、回路とソフトウェア(および/またはファームウェア)との組合せ、および、
(c)たとえソフトウェアまたはファームウェアが物理的に存在しないとしても動作のためにソフトウェアまたはファームウェアを必要とするマイクロ・プロセッサ、または、マイクロ・プロセッサの部分などの回路、
のすべてを指す。
Claims (20)
- ポータブル電子デバイスのボディであって、
該ボディは、その中で規定される1つ以上のパーフォレーション・アパーチャを含む伝導性カバーと、少なくとも部分的に前記パーフォレーション・アパーチャを充填するフィラーと、前記伝導性カバーに近接し、前記1つ以上のパーフォレーション・アパーチャを通して、放射するように構成される近接場コイルと、
を備える、ポータブル電子デバイスのボディ。 - 前記近接場コイルは、前記伝導性カバーと一体化される、請求項1に記載のポータブル電子デバイスのボディ。
- 前記近接場コイルは、前記伝導性カバーから形成される、請求項2に記載のポータブル電子デバイスのボディ。
- 前記近接場コイルは、前記近接場コイルに隣接する前記伝導性カバーの部分と同じ平面に配置される、請求項2または3に記載のポータブル電子デバイスのボディ。
- 前記1つ以上のパーフォレーション・アパーチャは、前記近接場コイルから外向きに放射状に伸びる、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項に記載のポータブル電子デバイスのボディ。
- 前記フィラーは、プラスチック、インク、セラミック、鉄または粘着性材料のうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載のポータブル電子デバイスのボディ。
- 前記フィラーは、陽極酸化層、電着コーティング、マイクロ・アーク弧酸化層、粉末コーティング、または、ペイントのコーティングを備える、請求項6に記載のポータブル電子デバイスのボディ。
- 前記ポータブル電子デバイスの前記ボディは、メッキされた、または、覆われた伝導層を更に備え、前記近接場コイルは、また、前記メッキされた、または、覆われた伝導層と一体化される、請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載のポータブル電子デバイスのボディ。
- 前記近接場コイルは、外部に面している第1および第2の側面と、前記ポータブル電子デバイスの内部とのそれぞれを有し、前記ポータブル電子デバイスの前記ボディは、前記近接場コイルの前記第2の側面が、プラスチック同時成形サポート構造に面するように位置する前記プラスチック同時成形サポート構造を更に備える、請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項に記載のポータブル電子デバイスのボディ。
- 前記近接場コイルの間に位置するフェライト・シートと、前記ポータブル電子デバイスの1つ以上の他の伝導性コンポーネントと、を更に備える請求項1ないし9のいずれか1項に記載のポータブル電子デバイスのボディ。
- その中で規定される1つ以上のパーフォレーション・アパーチャを含む伝導性カバーを備えるボディと、少なくとも部分的に前記パーフォレーション・アパーチャを充填するフィラーと、前記伝導性カバーに近接し、前記1つ以上のパーフォレーション・アパーチャを通して、放射するように構成される近接場コイルと、ボディの中で配置され、前記近接場コイルと通信している電子回路と、を備えるポータブル電子デバイス。
- 前記近接場コイルは、前記伝導性カバーと一体化される、請求項11に記載のポータブル電子デバイス。
- 前記近接場コイルは、前記伝導性カバーから形成される、請求項12に記載のポータブル電子デバイス。
- 前記近接場コイルは、前記近接場コイルに隣接する前記伝導性カバーの部分と同じ平面に配置される、請求項12または13に記載のポータブル電子デバイス。
- 前記1つ以上のパーフォレーション・アパーチャは、前記近接場コイルから外向きに放射状に伸びる、請求項11ないし14のいずれか1項に記載のポータブル電子デバイス。
- 前記ポータブル電子デバイスは、モバイル電話、パーソナル携帯情報機器(PDA)、ラップトップ・コンピュータ、タブレット・コンピュータ、ナビゲーション・システム、音楽プレーヤ、または、ゲーム・プレーヤのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項11ないし15のいずれか1項に記載のポータブル電子デバイス。
- ポータブル電子デバイスの伝導性カバーの内部で、1つ以上のパーフォレーション・アパーチャを規定するステップと、
少なくとも部分的に前記パーフォレーション・アパーチャを充填するステップと、
近接場コイルが、前記1つ以上のパーフォレーション・アパーチャを通して、放射するように構成されるように、前記伝導性カバーに近接する近接場コイルを提供するステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記伝導性カバーに近接する前記近接場コイルを提供するステップは、前記近接場コイルを前記伝導性カバーと一体化することを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記近接場コイルを前記伝導性カバーと一体化することは、前記伝導性カバーから前記近接場コイルを形成することを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記近接場コイルを前記伝導性カバーと一体化することは、前記近接場コイルに隣接する前記伝導性カバーの部分と同じ平面に前記近接場コイルを形成することを含む、請求項18または19に記載の方法。
