Description
Claims (18)
- 心拍数データを処理する方法であって、
少なくとも1日間の監視期間にわたり記録された使用者の心拍数データを得ることと、
前記使用者の生体測定データに応じて前記心拍数データを処理して、前記監視期間にわたる前記使用者の集計心拍動値を決定することと、
母集団調査データを用いて前記集計心拍動値を統計的に当てはめることにより、1つ以上の生活習慣病を発症する前記使用者のリスクを示す前記使用者の健康リスク指標を決定することと、
使用者インターフェースを用いて、前記健康リスク指標を前記使用者に提供することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記生体測定データが、前記使用者の安静時心拍数値および前記使用者の最大心拍数値を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記監視期間が、少なくとも5日間である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記監視期間にわたり前記使用者の脈拍を感知して一連の脈拍測定値を生成することと、前記一連の脈拍測定値から前記集計心拍動値を決定することと、を更に含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記集計心拍動値を決定する前に、前記一連の脈拍測定値にモデルに基づく推定基準を適用することと、前記一連の測定値からの品質基準を満たさないいずれの個々の脈拍測定値も、更なる処理から除外することと、を更に含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記モデルに基づく推定基準がカルマンフィルタである、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記方法がノイズ推定を含み、前記品質基準が、得られたノイズ推定値に依存する、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記モデルに基づく推定基準が存在する場合、その適用後に、前記一連の脈拍測定値を外挿して、前記監視期間にわたる均一に分布した一連のデータ点または連続心拍数関数を生成することを更に含む、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記処理が、前記心拍数データ、前記心拍数データから導出された均一に分布した一連のデータ点、または前記心拍数データから導出された連続関数を、安静時心拍数値を引き、結果を最大心拍数値と前記安静時心拍数値との差で割ることにより、正規化することを含む、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記集計心拍動値が、前記監視期間にわたる前記強度スコアまたは強度関数のオイラー積分和または定積分として決定される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記感知が周期的であり、前記周期的な感知の標本抽出頻度が経時的に可変であり、
前記標本抽出頻度が、前記使用者の心拍数が第1の所定の閾値を超えて上昇したという決定に応答して上昇され、かつ/または
前記標本抽出頻度が、前記使用者の心拍数が第2の所定の閾値未満に低下したという決定に応答して低下される、請求項4、または請求項4に直接もしくは間接的に従属する請求項5から13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 周期的に繰り返され、繰り返し期間が、
前記方法が連続的に繰り返されるように前記監視期間と等しいか、または
前記方法がスライディングウィンドウ式で行われるように前記監視期間より短い、請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記使用者の前記集計心拍動値またはそれから導出された値および生体測定データについて低域通過フィルタを用いて前記使用者のピーク有酸素能力を推定することを更に含む、請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から16のいずれか一項に記載の方法を行うためのコンピュータ実行可能命令を含む、コンピュータプログラム製品。
- 心拍数データを処理するためのシステムであって、前記システムが、
少なくとも1日間の監視期間にわたり使用者の心拍数データを受信するように構成されたデータ入力と、
プロセッサであって、
前記使用者の生体測定データに応じて前記心拍数データを処理して、前記監視期間にわたる前記使用者の集計心拍動値を決定するように、かつ
母集団調査データを用いて前記集計心拍動値を統計的に当てはめることにより、1つ以上の生活習慣病を発症する前記使用者のリスクを示す前記使用者の健康リスク指標を決定するように構成された、プロセッサと、
前記使用者への提供のために使用者インターフェースに前記健康リスク指標を提供するように構成されたデータ出力と、
を含む、システム。
