Abstract
Description

本願は、表面下の吸収材アレイの送達のための方法および光照射治療の方法に関する。
同様に、多汗症を治療するために、光吸収粒子を汗腺内に注入し、次いで、皮膚を光によって処理し、これによって、汗腺を熱的に損傷させ、不活性にすることができる。損傷形態は、密度、深さ、および一回の注入当たりの量の調整によって、制御可能である。
Claims (20)
- 皮膚を治療するための方法であって、
ある量の光吸収材を前記皮膚下の目標区域に所定パターンで所定深さに注入することと、
前記光吸収材に選択された波長の光を照射し、これによって、少なくとも1つの熱損傷区域を生じさせることと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記注入は、単一ニードルを用いる注入を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記注入は、マイクロニードルアレイを用いる注入を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光吸収材の注入は、前記マイクロニードルアレイの前記ニードルの少なくとも1つと流体接続しているリザーバを押し込むことを含んでいる、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記リザーバの押込みは、手動によって行なわれてもよいし、または送達装置を用いて行なわれてもよい、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記所定パターンは、規則正しく離間した行列を備えている、請求項1に記載の方法.
- 前記所定パターンは、不規則である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光吸収材は、約800nmから約1,200nmの間の波長の光を吸収するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光吸収材の照射は、前記光吸収材を約700nmから約1,200nmの波長域の光に露光させることを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ある量の光吸収材の注入は、約50μmから約2mmの間の深さに注入することを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱損傷区域の直径は、約50μmから約1mmの間にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光吸収材の照射によって、複数の熱損傷区域が生じるようになっており、前記熱損傷区域の密度は、約10区域/cm2から約15,000区域/cm2の間にある、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記目標区域における吸光係数は、約1.0(L/cm)から約1,000(L/cm)の間にある、請求項1に記載の方法。

マイクロニードルのアレイと、
前記マイクロニードルの少なくとも1つに流体接続された、光吸収材を含む流体を保持するように構成されたリザーバと、
を備える、装置。 - 前記アレイは、規則的な行列に配置されたマイクロニードルを備えている、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記アレイは、不規則パターンに配置されたマイクロニードルを備えている、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、患者の治療部位に適応するように輪郭付けされている、請求項14−16のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、大きなマイクロニードルアレイを備えるプラットフォームまたは複数のマイクロニードルアレイを備えるプラットフォームである、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、各々が少なくとも1つのマイクロニードルに流体接続された少なくとも2つのリザーバを備えている、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、矩形形状または楕円形状を備えている、請求項14に記載の装置。
