- 前記チャネルは、前記***の前記上側にある1つより多くの流出開口部の中へ開放する、請求項1〜2のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記接着表面は、中心点を有し、前記***の前記上側は、中心点を有し、
前記接着表面の前記中心点および前記***の前記上側の前記中心点は、相互に対向している、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のデバイス。 - 前記トラフは、少なくとも1つの排出開口部を備える、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記保持デバイスは、好ましくは、前記トラフの前記上縁に適用される少なくとも1つの溝またはレールにわたって、前記顕微鏡スライドの移動を可能にする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記トラフはさらに、前記接着表面を乾燥させるための少なくとも1つの空気ノズルを提供される、請求項6に記載のデバイス。
- 前記ポンプデバイスは、前記固定化反応相手と接触している任意の液体が、前記流出開口部の方向から吸引されることを可能にする、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記デバイスの中への前記顕微鏡スライドの挿入を可能にする、輸送デバイスをさらに備える、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記***の前記上側にある前記流出開口部、前記***の前記上側、および前記接着表面は、前記液体が前記デバイスに導入されるときに、前記少なくとも1つの液体が前記固定化反応相手に沿って接線方向に流動するように設計される、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 前記保持デバイスは、少なくとも1つの顕微鏡スライド、好ましくは、複数の顕微鏡スライドを収容し、保持するように具備されるフレームを備え、収容後、前記接着表面は、前記フレーム上に静置している前記顕微鏡スライドのその側面上に位置している、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のデバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの顕微鏡スライド、好ましくは、複数の顕微鏡スライドを収容するように具備されるフレームを備える、保持デバイスであって、
前記顕微鏡スライドは、固定化反応相手を含有する、少なくとも1つの接着表面を有し、
収容後、前記顕微鏡スライドの前記接着表面は、前記フレーム上に静置している前記顕微鏡スライドのその側面上に位置しており、
収容後、前記接着表面は、前記流出開口部から流出する液体との接触にアクセス可能であるように位置付けられる、保持デバイス。 - 前記少なくとも1つの顕微鏡スライド、好ましくは、複数の顕微鏡スライドをさらに備える、請求項12に記載の保持デバイス。
- 前記フレームは、好ましくは、ハンドルを提供される、少なくとも1つの外側壁を有する、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のデバイスまたは保持デバイス。
- 前記フレームの前記外側壁は、前記保持デバイス、したがって、前記接着表面を前記デバイスの中に位置付けることに適している外形を有する、請求項14に記載のデバイスまたは保持デバイス。
- 固定化反応相手を少なくとも1つの液体と接触させるための方法であって、
a)固定化反応相手を含有する少なくとも1つの顕微鏡スライドを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のデバイスを提供するステップと、
b)前記少なくとも1つの液体が前記固定化反応相手と接触するまで、前記送給要素を介して前記流出開口部の方向へ前記少なくとも1つの液体を導入するステップと
を含む、方法。 - c)第2の液体が前記固定化反応相手と接触するまで、前記送給要素を介して前記流出開口部の方向へ、前記第2の液体、随意に、さらなる液体を導入するステップをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- d)洗浄液が前記固定化反応相手と接触するまで、前記送給要素を介して前記流出開口部の方向へ前記洗浄液を導入するステップをさらに含み、
ステップd)は、ステップa)、b)、またはc)のそれぞれの前および/または後に実行することができる、請求項16〜17のいずれかに記載の方法。 - 前記洗浄液の導入は、請求項1〜11または14〜15のうちのいずれかに記載のデバイスが完全に汚染物質を取り除かれるまで実行される、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの液体、前記第2の液体、随意に、さらなる液体および/または洗浄液の導入、好ましくは、前記少なくとも1つの液体および第2の液体、随意に、さらなる液体および前記洗浄液の両方の導入の後に続いて、
e)前記チャネルを介して前記接着表面の方向から、前記少なくとも1つの液体または第2の液体、随意に、さらなる液体または前記洗浄液を前記固定化反応相手から吸引する付加的なステップがある、請求項16〜18のいずれかに記載の方法。 - ステップa)は、請求項12〜16のいずれかに記載の保持デバイスの中の前記少なくとも1つの顕微鏡スライドの収容と、請求項1〜11または14〜16のうちのいずれかに記載のデバイスの中への前記保持デバイスの後続の挿入とを含む、請求項16〜20のいずれかに記載の方法。
