乾熱滅菌済みのガラス容器に、実施例及び比較例で得られた各整髪剤組成物を２０ｇ入れ、上記菌懸濁液を０．２ｍｌ接種して、表１に示す温度で培養を行った。二種混合菌（Ｅｓｃｈｅｒｉｃｈｉａ ｃｏｌｉ ＮＢＲＣ３９７２（大腸菌）、Ｓｔａｐｈｙｌｏｃｏｃｃｕｓ ａｕｒｅｕｓ ＮＢＲＣ１３２７６（黄色ブドウ球菌））、Ｐｓｅｕｄｏｍｏｎａｓ ａｅｒｕｇｉｎｏｓａ ＮＢＲＣ１３２７５（緑膿菌）、及びＣａｎｄｉｄａ ａｌｂｉｃａｎｓ ＮＢＲＣ１５９４（カンジダ菌）については接種後１、７日後に、Ａｓｐｅｒｇｉｌｌｕｓ ｂｒａｓｉｌｉｅｎｓｉｓ ＮＢＲＣ９４５５（クロカビ）については７、１４日後に、各試料を１ｇずつ抜き取り、生理食塩水で希釈したものを寒天培地に混釈して４８時間培養し、試料中の残存菌数を算出した。残存菌数（単位：ＣＦＵ）を表２，３に示す。表２，３中、「＜１０」は１０ＣＦＵ未満であることを示す。 20 g of each hairdressing composition obtained in Examples and Comparative Examples was placed in a glass container that had been sterilized by dry heat, 0.2 ml of the cell suspension was inoculated, and cultured at the temperature shown in Table 1. .
