Claims (10)
- 3次元(3D)プリンタにおいて、
中間転写面と、
前記中間転写面に造形材料を転写するように配置された造形材料現像ステーションと、
前記中間転写面に支持材料を転写するように配置された支持材料現像ステーションであって、前記造形材料現像ステーション及び前記支持材料現像ステーションが前記中間転写面に前記造形材料及び前記支持材料の層を転写する、支持材料現像ステーションと、
前記中間転写面に接触するように配置された平坦面を有するプラテンであって、前記プラテン又は前記プラテン上の既存の層が前記中間転写面に接触するたびに、前記中間転写面が前記プラテン又は前記プラテン上の既存の層に前記造形材料及び前記支持材料の層を転写するプラテンと、
前記プラテンが機械的プレーナーを通過するのにともない、前記プラテン上の前記層に接触して平坦化するように配置された前記機械的プレーナーとを備える、3Dプリンタ。 - 前記機械的プレーナーが、前記プラテンの前記平坦面に対して非平行且つ非垂直の角度に配置されたブレードを備える、請求項1に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記機械的プレーナーが、可動ブレードと、前記可動ブレードに接続されたアクチュエータとを備え、前記アクチュエータが、前記プラテンに向かって且つ前記プラテンから離れるように前記可動ブレードを移動させる、請求項1に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記機械的プレーナーが、固定位置にクリーニング構造を備え、前記アクチュエータが前記可動ブレードを、前記クリーニング構造を通過させるのにともない、前記クリーニング構造が前記可動ブレードに接触してクリーニングする、請求項3に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 3次元(3D)プリンタにおいて、
中間転写面と、
前記中間転写面に造形材料を転写するように配置された造形材料現像ステーションと、
前記中間転写面に支持材料を転写するように配置された支持材料現像ステーションであって、前記造形材料現像ステーション及び前記支持材料現像ステーションが前記中間転写面に前記造形材料及び前記支持材料の層を転写する、支持材料現像ステーションと、
前記中間転写面に接触するように配置された平坦面を有するプラテンであって、前記プラテン又は前記プラテン上の既存の層が前記中間転写面に接触するたびに、前記中間転写面が前記プラテン又は前記プラテン上の既存の層に前記造形材料及び前記支持材料の層を転写するプラテンと、
前記プラテン上の前記層の厚さを検出するセンサと、
前記プラテンが機械的プレーナーを通過するのにともない、前記プラテン上の前記層に接触して平坦化するように配置された機械的プレーナーと、
前記センサ及び前記機械的プレーナーに電気的に接続されたフィードバックループであって、前記機械的プレーナーが、前記センサによって判定された前記プラテン上の前記層の前記厚さに基づいて前記層から除去される材料の量を調整するフィードバックループとを備える、3Dプリンタ。 - 前記機械的プレーナーが、前記プラテンの前記平坦面に対して非平行且つ非垂直の角度に配置されたブレードを備える、請求項5に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記機械的プレーナーが、可動ブレードと、前記可動ブレードに接続されたアクチュエータとを備え、前記アクチュエータが、前記プラテンに向かって且つ前記プラテンから離れるように前記可動ブレードを移動させる、請求項5に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 前記機械的プレーナーが、固定位置にクリーニング構造を備え、前記アクチュエータが前記可動ブレードを、前記クリーニング構造を通過させるのにともない、前記クリーニング構造が前記可動ブレードに接触してクリーニングする、請求項7に記載の3Dプリンタ。
- 3次元(3D)プリンタにおいて、
転写定着ニップを有する中間転写ベルト(ITB)と、
前記ITBに造形材料を静電的に転写するように配置された造形材料現像ステーションと、
前記ITBに支持材料を静電的に転写するように配置された支持材料現像ステーションであって、前記造形材料現像ステーション及び前記支持材料現像ステーションが前記ITBに前記造形材料及び前記支持材料の層を転写する、支持材料現像ステーションと、
前記ITBに接触するように配置された平坦面を有するプラテンであって、前記プラテン又は前記プラテン上の既存の層が前記ITBの前記転写定着ニップに接触するたびに、前記ITBが前記プラテン又は前記プラテン上の既存の層に前記造形材料及び前記支持材料の層を転写するプラテンと、
前記プラテン上の前記層の厚さを検出するセンサと、
前記プラテンが機械的プレーナーを通過するのにともない、前記プラテン上の前記層に接触して平坦化するように配置された機械的プレーナーと、
前記センサ及び前記機械的プレーナーに電気的に接続されたフィードバックループであって、前記機械的プレーナーが、前記センサによって判定された前記プラテン上の前記層の前記厚さに基づいて前記層から除去される材料の量を調整するフィードバックループとを備える、3Dプリンタ。 - 前記機械的プレーナーが、前記プラテンの前記平坦面に対して非平行且つ非垂直の角度に配置されたブレードを備える、請求項9に記載の3Dプリンタ。
