Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1-7 show one embodiment of the curtain wall of the present invention. This curtain wall constitutes the outer wall of the building. As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the curtain wall 1 is fixed to the housing 44 of the building and the verticals 1, 1,... Are provided at regular intervals in the left-right direction. In the opening portion defined by the squares 1, 1,... And the squares 2, 3,. Glass (multi-layer glass) 10 is attached to the opening corresponding to the vision part 14 in the range from the floor 12 to the ceiling 13 on each floor, and the opening corresponding to the spandrel part 15 in the range from the ceiling 13 to the floor 12 on the upper floor is A panel unit 4 comprising a glass (single plate glass) 16 formed by a four-round frame with an upper frame 17, a lower frame 18, and left and right vertical frames 19, 19 is mounted. This curtain wall is of a knock-down type in which the vertical 1, seamless 2, 3, glass 10 and panel unit 4 individually brought into the construction site are assembled at the construction site. By allowing the unit 4 to be attached from the indoor side, it can be constructed without installing a scaffold on the outdoor side.

As shown in FIG. 2, the stand 1 is configured by combining an outdoor side member 5 and an indoor side member 6 made of an aluminum extruded profile. The outdoor member 5 is formed in a hollow trapezoidal cross-section elongated in the front-rear direction that largely protrudes to the outdoor side, and the outdoor member 5 is a member that bears strength. On the indoor side wall 20 of the outdoor member 5, a slit 22 into which the hollow portion 21 on the outdoor side of the indoor member 6 is inserted is formed in the center in the left-right direction, and claw pieces 23, 23 are formed on both sides of the slit 22. Projecting toward the indoor side, and the ridges 24, 24 projecting toward the indoor side on the outside thereof.
The indoor side member 6 integrally has a narrow hollow portion 21 that is inserted into the slit 22 of the outdoor side member 5 and a wide hollow portion 25 that projects laterally to the indoor side. The wide hollow portion 25 is formed to have substantially the same width as the indoor side wall 20 of the outdoor member 5, and the spandrel is formed between the indoor side wall 20 of the outdoor member 5 and the wide hollow portion 21 of the indoor member 6. A panel holding groove 7 for holding the vertical frame 19 of the panel unit 4 mounted on the portion 15 is formed.
As shown in FIG. 7, the outdoor member 5 is provided across the spandrel part 15 and the vision part 14, and the indoor member 6 is provided only in the spandrel part 15. And the indoor side member 6 is being fixed to the housing 44 of the building with the fastener 26. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, aluminum piece members 27 are provided on the upper and lower ends of the indoor member 6 of the vertical 1 by being inserted into the hollow portion 21 on the outdoor side from above and below. The piece material 27 has a bolt insertion hole 28 provided horizontally in the indoor / outdoor direction, and the bolt 29 is passed through the bolt insertion hole 28 from the indoor side to hold the bolt 29 in the piece material 27. It is. A nut 30 is fixedly provided on the outdoor member 5 of the vertical 1, and a threaded portion 29 a of a bolt 29 protruding from the piece material 27 is screwed into the nut 30. Therefore, by operating the head 29b of the bolt 29 from the indoor side and rotating the bolt 29, the outdoor member 5 to which the nut 30 is fixed moves in the indoor / outdoor direction, and accordingly the groove width of the panel holding groove 7 Can be adjusted.

As shown in FIG. 1, the meshes 2 and 3 are attached to the upper and lower ends of the indoor member 6 of the vertical 1 via brackets 31a and 31b, respectively. The mesh 2 attached to the upper end of the vertical interior member 6 is positioned below the glass 10 of the vision unit 14 and receives the indoor side surface of the glass 10 on the ridge 32 provided on the upper part of the outdoor side wall. An internal glass spacer 33 is attached, and a sealing material 34 is provided in the gap between the indoor side surface of the glass 10 on the internal glass spacer 33 and the seamless outdoor side surface. A locking portion 35 that locks the upper frame 17 of the panel unit 4 attached to the span drel portion 15 is provided on the lower portion of the seamless outdoor wall so as to protrude outward and upward. The locking portion 35 has an inclined surface 35a that is inclined upward toward the outdoor side.
The mesh 3 attached to the lower end portion of the vertical room interior member 6 is positioned above the glass 10 of the vision unit 14, and a pressing edge 8 for supporting the glass 10 from the indoor side is detachable on the lower surface of the mesh 3. Is provided. A locking portion 36 that locks the lower frame 18 of the panel unit 4 is provided on the lower portion of the seamless outer side surface of the seamless unit 3 so as to protrude outward and upward. The locking portion 36 also has an inclined surface 36a that is inclined upward toward the outdoor side. Further, the locking portion 36 projects outward from the upper seamless locking portion 35 above.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the panel unit 4 attached to the spandrel portion 15 is made of a glass (single plate glass) 16 having four rounds of an upper frame 17, a lower frame 18, and left and right vertical frames 19, 19 made of aluminum. As shown in FIG. 10, the frame is dropped into the upper and lower panel holding grooves 7 of the vertical floors 1, 1 as shown in FIG. The lower frame 18 is attached by being engaged with the above-described engagement portions 35 and 36 of the invisible meshes 2 and 3.
As shown in FIG. 1, the upper frame 17 is combined with the mesh 2 at the upper end of the vertical interior member 6 to form a glass holding groove 37 a that holds the lower edge of the glass 10 of the vision unit 14. On the upper side of the indoor side surface of the upper frame 17, a locked portion 38 that locks with the seamless locking portion 35 is provided in a downward hook shape, and an airtight member 39 is provided below the hooked portion 38. The locked portion 38 has an inclined surface 38 a that faces the inclined surface 35 a of the seamless locking portion 35. Therefore, when the locked portion 38 of the upper frame 17 is locked to the second locking portion 35, the upper frame 17 is drawn to the indoor side, and the airtight material 39 attached to the indoor side surface of the upper frame 17 is seamless. Crimp to the outer surface of No.2. A glass floor plate 40 is installed on the upper surface of the upper frame 17, and the glass 10 of the vision unit 14 is received by the glass floor plate 40. A pressing edge 9 is detachably attached to the outdoor side of the upper surface of the upper frame 17. The pressing edge 9 has a glass support piece 42 that supports the glass 10 from the outdoor side via the gasket 41, and a hanging piece 43 that hangs down to the outdoor side of the upper frame 17. Thus, the upper frame 17 can be hidden by having the hanging piece 43 on the pressing edge 9.
As shown in FIG. 1, the lower frame 18 is a glass that holds the upper edge of the glass 10 of the vision unit 14 together with the mesh 3 at the lower end of the vertical interior member 6 and the pressing edge 8 attached to the lower surface thereof. A holding groove 37b is formed. On the indoor side surface of the lower frame 18, a locked portion 45 that locks the seamless locking portion 36 is provided in a downward-facing hook shape, and an airtight member 39 is provided above the hooked portion 45. The locked portion 45 has an inclined surface 45 a that faces the inclined surface 36 a of the seamless locking portion 36. Therefore, when the locked portion 45 of the lower frame 18 is locked to the seamless locking portion 36, the lower frame 18 is drawn to the indoor side, and the airtight material 39 attached to the indoor side surface of the lower frame 18 is seamless. Crimp to the outdoor side of No. 3. The locked portion 45 of the lower frame 18 has a shorter protruding length toward the indoor side than the locked portion 38 of the upper frame 17, and when the panel unit 4 is dropped from above, the lower frame 18. The to-be-latched part 45 is prevented from being caught by the upper unobtainable locking part 35. Further, the lower frame 18 is provided with a glass support piece 46 suspended from the end portion on the outdoor side. A gasket 41 is attached to the lower end portion of the glass support piece 46 so as to face the room. The upper edge is supported from the outdoor side. A pressing edge 48 is detachably provided on the outdoor side of the upper surface of the lower frame 18. The pressing edge 48 has a glass support piece 50 that supports the glass 16 of the panel unit 4 from the outdoor side via a gasket 49, and a hanging piece 51 that overlaps the outdoor side of the glass support piece 46 of the lower frame 18. Thus, the glass support piece 46 of the lower frame 18 can be hidden by having the hanging piece 51 on the pressing edge 48.
As shown in FIG. 2, the vertical frame 19 is formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section that squeezes the side edge of the glass 16, and an airtight material 39 is mounted on the side of the room. On the outdoor side surface of the vertical frame 19, a ridge 52 is provided inside the ridge 24 of the vertical chamber outer member 5, thereby restricting the vertical frame 19 from coming off the panel holding groove 7 of the vertical 1. ing.
The glass 16 of the panel unit 4 is supported by the gasket 49 on the outdoor side and the sealing material 53 on the indoor side of the upper and lower frames 17 and 18 and the vertical frame 19.

As described above, the panel holding groove 7 of the vertical 1 can be adjusted in the groove width by operating the bolt 29 held on the piece material 27, and the panel unit 4 can be When dropping between 1 and 1, as shown in FIG. 12A, the bolt 29 is loosened to widen the width of the panel holding groove 7. Then, the panel unit 4 is dropped into the panel holding groove 7 of the vertical 1, 1, and the locked portions 38, 45 of the upper and lower frames 17, 18 are locked to the seamless locking portions 35, 36. After that, the bolt 29 is tightened. Then, as shown in FIG. 12B, the outdoor member 5 of the vertical 1 is drawn toward the indoor side, and the vertical frame 19 of the panel unit 3 is pushed by the protrusion 24 of the vertical outdoor member 5 accordingly. Then, the airtight material 39 attached to the indoor side surface of the vertical frame 19 is drawn to the indoor side and pressed against the indoor wall of the panel holding groove 7. That is, the panel unit 4 has all four frames 17, 18, 19 drawn to the indoor side, and the airtight material 39 attached to the indoor side surface of each frame is crimped to the meshes 2, 3 and the stand 1, Thereby, high water tightness is obtained.

As described above, the glass 10 of the vision unit 14 is attached to the opening formed by the verticals 1, 1,. Installed from the indoor side. As shown in FIG. 5, a standing auxiliary material 54 is attached to the indoor side of the outdoor member 5 of the stand 1 in the vision unit 14 while being locked to the claw piece 23. The standing auxiliary material 54 has a panel support piece 55 that extends in the left-right direction and supports the side edge of the glass 10 from the outdoor side, and a prospective piece 56 that extends to the indoor side. 56 is connected with a heat insulating material 57 made of resin. The pressing edge 11 is detachably attached to the prospective piece 56 from the indoor side, and the side edge portion of the glass 10 is held in the glass holding groove 37 c formed by the standing auxiliary material 54 and the pressing edge 11. A gasket 41 is attached to the panel holding piece 55 of the vertical auxiliary material 54, and a sealing material 34 is filled in a gap between the pressing edge 11 and the glass 10.
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper edge portion of the glass 10 includes a mesh 3 attached to the lower end portion of the vertical indoor side member 6, a lower frame 18 of the panel unit 4 locked to the outdoor side of the mesh 3, and It is held in a glass holding groove 37b formed by a pressing edge 8 attached to the lower surface of the mesh 3. The lower edge portion of the glass 10 is attached to the upper surface 17 of the panel unit 4 and the upper frame 17 which are locked to the outer side of the room 2 of the vertical chamber interior member 6, the outer surface of the seamless wall 2. It is held in a glass holding groove 37 a formed by the pressing edge 9. Similarly to the glass 16 of the panel unit 4, the glass 10 of the vision unit 14 is also supported by the gasket 41 on the outdoor side and the sealing material 34 on the indoor side in all four rounds.

Next, the construction procedure of the curtain wall will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 8, the towers 1, 1,... At this time, only the indoor side member 6 is provided on the indoor side of the vertical outdoor side member 5, and the vertical auxiliary member 54 is not attached. Next, as shown in FIG.
Next, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, the panel unit 4 is dropped from the indoor side of the upper floor into the panel holding groove 7 of the vertical floor 1, 1. At this time, as shown in FIG. 12A, the bolt 29 held by the piece material 27 is loosened to widen the width of the panel holding groove 7. When the panel unit 4 is dropped from above, the locked portions 38 and 45 formed on the interior side surfaces of the upper frame 17 and the lower frame 18 are locked to the locking portions 35 and 36 of the seamless 2 and 3, The panel unit 4 is held at a predetermined height position. Then, as shown in FIG.12 (b), the bolt 29 is tightened and the standing room outer side member 5 is drawn in the indoor side, and the panel unit 4 is fixed.
Next, after attaching the vertical auxiliary material 54 to the vertical 1, 1,..., The glass 10 of the vision unit 14 is put into the opening below the panel unit 4 from the indoor side as shown in FIGS. . Thereafter, the pressing edges 8 and 11 are attached to the seamless 3 and the vertical 1, respectively, and the glass 10 is fixed by filling the inner side of the peripheral portion of the glass 10 with the sealing material 34.

The glass 10 of the vision unit 14 can be attached / removed from the indoor side as described above, but the glass 10 can also be removed to the outdoor side during maintenance after construction. The procedure at this time will be described. As shown in FIG. 16, the pressing edge 9 provided on the outer side of the invisible 2 located below the glass 10 is removed, and the glass floor plate 40 is also removed. Then, the glass 10 falls down and escapes from the upper glass support piece 46. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 17, the glass 10 is removed to the outdoor side from between the verticals 1, 1 by the left and right type. When the glass 10 is attached, the procedure is reversed.

As described above, the curtain wall has the outdoor member 5 and the indoor member 6 in which the vertical 1 is divided in the expected direction, and the panel holding groove 7 is formed by the outdoor member 5 and the indoor member 6. The panel holding groove 7 is formed so that the width of the panel holding groove 7 can be adjusted. The panel holding groove 7 is fitted with the panel unit 4 (panel). Since the panel unit 4 is fixed by being pulled toward each other, when the panel unit 4 is fitted into the panel holding groove 7 in the vertical 1, the width of the panel holding groove 7 can be made wider than the fixed groove width. The panel unit 4 can be easily attached to the vertical panel holding groove 7. This curtain wall is excellent in water tightness by pulling the outdoor member 5 and the indoor member 6 of the vertical 1 to each other and fixing the panel unit 4, and further, the indoors of the frames 17, 18, 19 on the four circumferences of the panel unit 4. By providing the airtight material 39 on the side surface and press-bonding the airtight material 39 to the vertical 1 and the meshes 2 and 3, the watertightness is further enhanced. Further, since the groove width of the panel holding groove 7 can be adjusted by operating the bolt 29 from the indoor side, the workability is further improved.
Moreover, the construction method of this curtain wall can be constructed without a scaffold by dropping and attaching the panel unit 4 between the interiors 1 and 1 of the lower floor from the indoor side of the upper floor. This shortens the construction period, reduces costs, and improves workability.
Furthermore, since this curtain wall drops the panel unit 4 between the uprights 1 and 1 from above and locks the panel unit 4 to the joints 2 and 3, the panel unit 4 can be mounted easily. Since the panel unit 4 locks the two places of the upper frame 17 and the lower frame 18 to the joints 2 and 3, it can be attached stably and can secure stable watertightness. Furthermore, the engaging portions 35 and 36 of the insignificant 2 and 3 and the engaged portions 38 and 45 of the upper and lower frames 17 and 18 have inclined surfaces 35a, 36a, 38a, and 45a facing each other. Since the upper and lower frames 17 and 18 are attracted to the indoor side by being locked, the watertightness is further enhanced.
In this curtain wall, the glass 10 is placed in a state in which the indoor-side pressing edge 11 of the vertical 1, 1,... And the invisible 3 indoor-side pressing edge 8 located above the glass 10 of the vision unit 14 are removed. Since it can be built from the inside, it can be constructed without a scaffold. Moreover, since the glass 10 can be removed to the outdoor side by removing the pressing edge 9 on the outdoor side located on the lower side of the glass 10, maintenance from the outdoor side is possible.
1 and 4, the curtain wall is arranged so that the upper frame 17 and the lower frame 18 of the panel unit 4 overlap the outer sides of the plain units 2 and 3, and the upper frame 17 of the panel unit 4 Since the lower frame 18 also serves as a member that supports the glass 10 of the vision unit 14, the horizontal frame can be thinly found, and the appearance and interior design are excellent.
In addition, since the outdoor member 5 projecting to the outdoor side of the vertical 1, 1,... Is used as a strength member, the curtain wall does not project the vertical 1, 1,.
Furthermore, this curtain wall supports both the glass 16 of the spandrel portion 15 and the glass 10 of the vision portion 14 with the gaskets 41 and 49 attached on the outside, so that the dirt on the outside surface caused by rain on the sealing material is removed. Can be prevented.
