Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an endoscope in which an imaging element is built in a distal end portion of an insertion portion.
Endoscopes are used for in-vivo observation and treatment, or for inspection and repair in industrial plant equipment.
The endoscope includes an optical endoscope and an electronic endoscope (hereinafter also referred to as an electronic endoscope). The optical endoscope includes an illumination unit that irradiates an observation target region, an objective lens that faces the observation target region, an image guide fiber bundle that guides subject light captured by the objective lens, and a base end surface of the image guide fiber bundle. An eyepiece lens and the like provided to face each other.
In contrast, an electronic endoscope performs photoelectric conversion by detecting an illumination unit that irradiates an observation target part, an imaging optical system that collects an observation image of the observation target part, and imaging light condensed by the imaging optical system. And an image pickup device, a signal cable for transmitting a photoelectrically converted image signal, and the like.
In an electronic endoscope, a leakage current generated from a high-frequency treatment instrument flows into the image sensor, noise is included in the image signal captured, or static electricity charged to the user flows into the image sensor. It is necessary to prevent the imaging unit including
Therefore, in the conventional electronic endoscope, the metallic tip part main body constituting the tip part is used as a metal member constituting the exterior of the endoscope, or a metal mesh-like tube or a helical tube disposed in the insertion part. , And further to the patient ground of the video processor so that leakage current and static electricity do not affect the image sensor.
In recent years, an electronic endoscope in which a hard portion at the distal end of the insertion portion is made of resin has been proposed. In Patent Document 1, leakage current affects the image of the image sensor while suppressing an increase in size as much as possible. An electronic endoscope that can prevent the above is disclosed. In this electronic endoscope, a lead wire for connecting the CCD reinforcing frame and the cable comprehensive shield is provided. The leading end side of the conducting wire is electrically connected to the CCD reinforcing frame by solder, and the proximal side is electrically connected to the cable comprehensive shield by solder.
However, when the conductive wires are electrically connected with solder as shown in the electronic endoscope of Patent Document 1, a joint portion by solder may cause the insertion portion to have a large diameter. For this reason, the work of electrically connecting the conductive wires with solder is one of the troublesome work for the worker.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides an endoscope having a distal end frame formed of an insulating member that is excellent in workability and reliably prevents leakage current and static electricity from flowing to an image sensor. The purpose is to do.
An endoscope according to an aspect of the present invention includes a long and long insertion portion including a conductive member, a metal lens frame built in a distal end side of the insertion portion, and an imaging element on which light is imaged. An imaging unit, a tip frame provided on the tip side of the insertion portion and formed of an insulating material having a fixing hole to which the lens frame is fixed, and an inner peripheral surface of the fixing hole of the tip frame are formed. And a circuit pattern electrically connected to the conductive member.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it is excellent in workability | operativity and can implement | achieve the endoscope which has the front-end | tip frame formed with the insulating member which prevented the leakage current and static electricity from flowing into an image sensor reliably.

In the endoscope 1 of the present embodiment, the objective lens frame 24 constituting the objective
As described above, the objective lens frame 24 constituting the objective
As a result, according to the endoscope 1 of the present embodiment, when static electricity or leakage current is conducted to the objective lens frame 24, the static electricity or leakage current is transferred from the objective lens frame 24 to the seventh pattern 12g. And then conducted to the
Thereafter, static electricity or leakage current is conducted to the tip bending piece 2mf integrally fixed to the
In the above description, conduction is ensured by fixing with a conductive adhesive. However, if the impedance is much smaller than the current flowing through the CCD, static electricity or leakage current is conducted to the
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the
However, although not shown, the seventh pattern 12g is provided on the entire inner surface of the small-
In the above-described embodiment, the
In this case, the
