Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for detecting a DC bias in a transformer core and a DC bias detection system for a transformer core, and is particularly suitable for detecting DC bias generated in a transformer core.
In a power system, a transformer may be connected to a circuit constituted by switching semiconductor elements such as an inverter or a power conversion device that converts DC power into AC power. AC power is input to the transformer, but when the circuit generates an AC waveform, an AC current that should be symmetric between the positive side and the negative side due to errors such as a shift in the switching timing of the semiconductor elements. The voltage waveform and current waveform become asymmetric, and this phenomenon may occur continuously over a plurality of periods. In such a case, the waveform showing the time variation of the magnetic flux of the iron core of the transformer, which is an integrated waveform of the primary voltage or the secondary voltage of the transformer, is deviated to one polarity side, so-called demagnetization. Occur.
Although the magnetic demagnetization continues to increase with time, the magnetization of the magnetic material including the magnetic steel sheet has a saturation characteristic. Therefore, the magnetic demagnetization stops when it reaches a certain position and becomes a steady state. This state is referred to as a state where the iron core is DC-biased. In this state, the maximum magnetization in the iron core has a different value in one half cycle of one excitation cycle and the other half cycle, and the maximum magnetization in one half cycle of one cycle is in the other half cycle. It becomes larger than the maximum magnetization.
Often, iron loss, excitation current, and noise are problems in transformer iron cores, but all of these have a non-linear characteristic with respect to magnetization and a curved curve. For this reason, in the half cycle in which the maximum magnetization has increased due to DC bias, excessive iron loss, excitation current, and noise are generated.
Techniques for forcibly suppressing this DC bias are proposed in Patent Documents 1 to 3, but for this purpose, it is necessary to detect the DC bias. That is, in order to suppress the DC bias, it is necessary to quantitatively control the parameters used for the suppression. Therefore, a technique for quantitatively measuring the amount of bias is required first. Furthermore, since transformers may handle high voltages, in such cases, it is necessary to avoid discharge accidents to the sensor used to measure DC bias, that is, to ensure safety. .
However, in the technique described in Patent Document 1, the exciting current of the transformer is measured by a current transformer. Since the magnitude of the excitation current is small compared to the magnitude of the load current and the excitation current is buried in the load current, it is not easy to accurately measure the excitation current when the load is connected to the transformer. Absent. Moreover, in the technique described in Patent Document 2, a search coil is arranged at substantially the center of the iron core, and the magnetic flux is detected by the search coil. Since the search coil is arranged in the transformer, it is necessary to secure a space for the search coil, which may increase the size of the transformer. In addition, when there is no such space, it is not possible to detect DC bias. Furthermore, it is not easy to sufficiently ensure the safety described above. In the technique described in Patent Document 3, the temperature of the iron core of the transformer is measured. In this case, there is a time delay between the occurrence of the DC bias and the temperature of the iron core rising. In addition, when the temperature around the transformer is high, such as the temperature of the insulating oil of the oil-filled transformer, it is not easy to accurately measure the increase in the temperature of the iron core due to DC bias.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to enable accurate and safe detection of direct-current bias magnetized in an iron core of a transformer.
In the method for detecting direct current magnetic demagnetization of a transformer core according to the present invention, vibration generated in the transformer core is attached to a vibration sensor attached to the outer surface of the transformer or a structure connected to the transformer. And a process.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In each figure, for convenience of explanation, only parts necessary for the explanation are simplified as necessary.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an example of a configuration of a DC magnetic bias detection system for a transformer core.
FIG. 1 shows an example in which the transformer to be detected for DC bias is an oil-filled transformer. Moreover, about the
The
The
The
The insulating
Note that the transformer to be detected for DC bias is not limited to the oil-filled transformer as shown in FIG. 1, and may be a dry transformer or a molded transformer. Moreover, the
In FIG. 1, a DC core magnetism detection system for a transformer core is for detecting DC magnetism generated in an
Most of the magnetic materials used for the
Since the vibration of the
The
From the viewpoint of measuring the vibration of the
The direction of vibration due to the magnetostriction phenomenon of the
The direction of vibration of the
In FIG. 1, the
From the above viewpoint, FIG. 1 shows an example in which the
Further, for a transformer that does not have the
In the example illustrated in FIG. 1, the
The DC bias
The hardware of the DC bias
The vibration
The
The demagnetization amount / demagnetization
As described above, when DC bias occurs, the vibration displacement waveform includes an excitation frequency component and its odd-order harmonic components. In this embodiment, an example of detecting the excitation frequency component of the vibration displacement waveform is described. Will be described. Therefore, first, the demagnetization amount / demagnetization
In the techniques described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, since the current flowing in the primary winding and the magnetic flux from the iron core are measured, if a DC bias is generated, the waveforms of these currents and magnetic flux are even harmonics. Wave component appears. On the other hand, in the present embodiment, the vibration of the
Next, the demagnetization amount / demagnetization
FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining an example of a method for deriving the amount and direction of direct-current bias. Specifically, FIG. 2A is a diagram illustrating an example of a
First, an example of a method for deriving the amount of bias of direct current bias will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 2 (a), when no DC bias is generated in the
On the other hand, when the DC magnetism occurs in the
For the
In addition, instead of the amplitude of the bias detection waveform, the effective value of the bias detection waveform, the average value in a half cycle, or the peak-to-peak (peak to peak) ) Value etc. may be used.
Next, an example of a method for deriving the direction (namely, polarity) of DC bias will be described with reference to FIG. First, in the state where there is no DC bias, the polarity of the bias detection waveform at the timing when the absolute value of the magnetization of the

In the example shown in FIG. 2B, the direction D2 (positive polarity) and the direction D3 (negative polarity) are obtained as the direction of DC magnetization from the
As described above, in the present embodiment, the case where the excitation frequency component of the vibration displacement waveform is changed to the bias detection waveform has been described as an example. However, when the odd-order harmonic component of the excitation frequency is extracted. In the above description, since the excitation frequency may be replaced with the odd harmonic frequency, detailed description thereof will be omitted. Further, if a frequency component that is not included when a DC bias is not generated is extracted from the vibration displacement waveform, it is not always necessary to detect the excitation frequency component or its odd-order harmonic component. However, since the frequency component included in the vibration displacement waveform increases in the order of the excitation frequency component and its odd-order harmonic components when DC bias is occurring, the odd-order harmonic components of the excitation frequency are extracted. It is desirable to extract the excitation frequency component.
