Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for treating groundwater.
In general, in underground excavation work, in order to moderate moisture in the excavation work part, excavation is performed in a state in which the groundwater in the excavation part is pumped up near the ground surface in advance and the groundwater level is lowered before excavation. At this time, in order to reduce the influence of the reduction of the discharge amount of sewage and the lowering of the water level around the site, a recharge method for returning groundwater to the ground again may be adopted.
However, in the conventional recharge method and groundwater treatment method, the ground in the vicinity of the screen of the recharge well (water injection well) is likely to be clogged, and it has been difficult to maintain the water injection performance of the recharge well for a long time.
In view of this, various techniques have been proposed for removing clogging substances contained in groundwater pumped from the excavated portion near the surface before excavation on the surface.
For example,
However, since the clogging prevention device disclosed in the above-mentioned
As a result of intensive studies, the present inventor has found that iron contributes significantly in addition to SS components such as clay particles as the cause of clogging of the ground near the recharge well. Normally, iron in groundwater exists in a divalent form (bivalent iron), but even if it is pumped to the ground surface through a sealed pipe, as in a conventional recharge system, deep well If a slight amount of air is touched inside the (pumping well) or the recharge well, it will change to a trivalent form (trivalent iron, that is, insoluble iron). In particular, trivalent iron causes significant clogging in the ground on the water injection side and the screen and filter material of the recharge well even at low concentrations. For example, the inventor has studied the configuration of a groundwater treatment method for preventing trivalent iron from reaching the vicinity of the water injection portion of the recharge well, and has completed the present invention.
This invention is made | formed in view of the said situation, and provides the processing method of the groundwater which can prevent the clogging of the ground which returns the groundwater once stored in the recharge construction method.
The groundwater treatment method according to
According to the configuration described above, in the groundwater, the concentration of trivalent iron that causes clogging of the ground that returns the stored groundwater and the injection well of the groundwater recharge system is sufficiently low, so the groundwater is returned to the ground. However, clogging of the water injection well in the ground and groundwater recharge system is extremely difficult to occur.
The groundwater treatment method according to
According to the above-described configuration, in the groundwater, the concentration of the SS component that can cause clogging of the ground and the injection well of the groundwater recharge system in addition to iron is sufficiently low, so even if the groundwater is returned to the ground, And clogging of the water injection well of the groundwater recharge system become even less likely to occur.
The groundwater treatment method according to
According to the above-described configuration, by adding an oxidizing agent to the pumped ground water, the divalent iron in the ground water is oxidized and the trivalent iron is intentionally deposited. By removing the precipitated trivalent iron, clogging-causing components in the groundwater are removed. Therefore, even if the groundwater from which the clogging-causing component is removed is returned to the ground, clogging of the ground and the water injection well of the groundwater recharge system hardly occurs.
The groundwater treatment method according to
According to the above-described configuration, by adding a reducing agent to the pumped-up groundwater, oxidation of divalent iron in the groundwater is suppressed and the reduced state is maintained. By maintaining the reduced state of divalent iron in the groundwater, clogging of the ground and the water injection wells of the groundwater recharge system will hardly occur even if this groundwater is returned to the ground.
According to the groundwater treatment method of the present invention, the amount of trivalent iron produced from divalent iron in the pumped groundwater is suppressed as much as possible. Therefore, when the pumped-up groundwater is returned to the ground, clogging of the ground can be prevented well. Thereby, the water flow performance of the recharge system can be maintained well, and clogging of the ground and the water injection well of the recharge system can be prevented.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a groundwater treatment method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the drawings used in the following description are schematic, and the ratios of length, width, and thickness are not necessarily the same as actual ones, and can be changed as appropriate.
First, the groundwater pumped using a normal recharge well (pumped well) or the like will be described.
Table 1 shows a list of groundwater components collected in three different regions in Japan. In the table, “Nd.” Indicates that no detection (ie, a very small amount) was detected. As can be seen from Table 1, the pH value of groundwater varies depending on the collection area and collection location, and the components contained in the groundwater and the characteristics of the groundwater are also various. For example, the components in Example 1, the conductivity is relatively low, CL is an anion - and SO 4 2-quantities, even small amounts of Ca 2+ is a cation. On the other hand, in the component example 2 and the component example 3, the electrical conductivity is relatively high, and the component example 3 is about twice or more that of the component example 1. It is an anion CL - and SO 4 2-quantities, often the amount of Ca 2+ is a cation. In component Example 2, although relatively small amount of Na + is a cation, the component Example 1, the amount of Na + has tripled slightly less than the amount of Na + component Example 2, the component Example 3 the amount of Na + is reached 6 times slightly less than Na + in an amount of components example 2. In Component Example 3, the amount of iron reaches about 20 times the amount of iron in Component Example 1 and is about 8 times the amount of iron in Component Example 2. Furthermore, in Component Example 3, the amount of manganese reaches 20 times or more the amount of manganese in Component Example 1 and Component Example 2.
As shown in Table 1, the inventor conducted experiments and analyzes in detail in order to investigate the relationship between groundwater having various components and characteristics and clogging of the ground.
FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of a test apparatus when performing a column test in which water assuming groundwater pumped by a recharge well or the like is passed with a constant head difference H (ie, H shown in FIG. 1). It is. In the test apparatus shown in FIG. 1, the inner diameter D of the
First, as the above-mentioned target component, an SS component derived from a component in the ground and contained in a large amount in groundwater or the like was selected, and a column test was performed using the apparatus configuration shown in FIG. FIG. 2 shows the column test described above, in which tap water (SS component concentration is less than 0.01 mg / L) is mixed with the amount of carion clay as SS component from 1 mg / L to 50 mg / L in the amount indicated in the graph. It is a graph which shows the measurement result of the passage time dependence of the amount of passing water at the time. The measurement result at the time of performing the above-mentioned column test using only tap water used for the experiment is also shown. FIG. 3 is a graph showing the result of normalizing the water flow rate with the initial water flow rate of the water WF to the
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, when the concentration of the SS component in water is 1 mg / L, it does not reach tap water, but the rate of decrease in water flow rate is approximately linear with respect to the elapsed water flow time. I know that there is. However, when the concentration of the SS component in the water is 5 mg / L or more, it can be said that when a certain amount of water passage time elapses, the water flow amount decreases rapidly and the Toyoura sand S is clogged. The elapsed time when the water flow rate decreases rapidly is shorter in inverse proportion to about 5000 minutes, about 4000 minutes, and about 100 minutes as the SS component concentration in the water increases to 5 mg / L, 10 mg / L, and 50 mg / L. Become. Therefore, as already known, in the groundwater recharge system or the like, when returning the groundwater pumped up to the ground, the groundwater is treated so as to sufficiently and well prevent clogging of the ground at the water injection point. For this, it can be said that it is important that the concentration of the SS component in the groundwater is lower than at least 5 mg / L, preferably lower than 1 mg / L.
Subsequently, the present inventor has focused on the iron component in groundwater, which has not been analyzed in detail for the relationship with the clogging of the ground. In the groundwater in the ground including the groundwater exemplified in Table 1, iron exists in a divalent state, that is, as divalent iron having solubility. The divalent iron in the groundwater is oxidized when it is exposed to the air when the groundwater is pumped to the ground, etc., becomes trivalent and precipitates as trivalent iron.
Therefore, in order to investigate in more detail the relationship between the trivalent iron in the water and the clogging of the ground, the concentration of the trivalent iron in the water was changed, and a column test was performed using the apparatus configuration shown in FIG. FIG. 4 shows the flow rate of water when the above-mentioned column test is performed by changing the concentration of trivalent iron in water from 0.05 mg / L to 0.5 mg / L as indicated in the graph. It is a graph which shows the measurement result of time dependence. The measurement results when the above-described column test is performed using tap water (the concentration of trivalent iron is 0.01 mg / L to 0.02 mg / L) used in the experiment are also shown. FIG. 5 is a graph showing the result of normalizing the water flow rate with the initial water flow rate of the water WF to the
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, when the concentration of trivalent iron in the groundwater is 0.1 mg / L or more, there is a difference in the value on the horizontal axis, but the change in the value on the vertical axis It is shown that the value drops rapidly, that is, clogging is likely to occur in Toyoura sand S. The point to be noted here is that the concentration of trivalent iron in groundwater that is likely to be clogged in Toyoura sand S is significantly lower than the concentration of SS component that is likely to be clogged in Toyoura sand S. .
As mentioned above, in addition to SS components such as clay particles that were considered to be the main cause of clogging of the ground near the recharge well, the clogging of the ground contributed significantly even at low concentrations of iron. For the first time.
Therefore, in order to treat groundwater so that clogging of the ground can be sufficiently and satisfactorily prevented when returning the pumped groundwater to the ground in a groundwater recharge system, etc., the concentration of trivalent iron in the groundwater Is at least below 0.1 mg / L, preferably below 0.05 mg / L, more preferably below 0.01 mg / L.
In the case where trivalent iron is contained in water, such as when divalent iron in groundwater is oxidized and deposited as trivalent iron, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. Hei 8-196721 discloses a method for removing this trivalent iron. Examples thereof include a method of filtering water with a spring-type filter exemplified by the disclosed liquid filtration filter element and the spring-type filter filtration device disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 1822317. The spring type filter is made of stainless steel (SUS) made of a very rust-resistant material into a special wire shape, and after applying this pre-coating material to a spring type filter with this hard spring wire wound in a coil shape, This is based on the concept of removing the residue adhering to the precoat material together with the precoat material. Such a spring type filter has a particularly excellent self-cleaning effect and backwashing regeneration function.
Conventionally, the above-mentioned spring type filter has been used mainly for wastewater (turbid water) treatment, but in the filtration process, the precoat material (that is, filter aid) that coats the spring type filter at the first stage is appropriate. The particle diameter (that is, the filtration accuracy) to be filtered by the spring type filter can be determined. In addition, precise filtration can be realized at high speed and low pressure. By utilizing such a self-cleaning effect and filtering water containing trivalent iron with a spring-type filter, the trivalent iron can be almost removed.
Basically, an additive such as a flocculant is unnecessary for the spring type filter.
During normal operation of the spring filter of the spring filter, water to be treated is introduced into the spring filter, and the filtered water flows out from the outlet of the spring filter. The self-cleaning effect of the spring type filter is that when the filtration efficiency falls below the specified efficiency, backwashing air and water are injected and pressure from the inside to the outside of the spring type filter is automatically added and controlled. Is done. As a result, so-called backwashing is performed, and clogging components such as trivalent iron captured by the spring-type filter can be collected and discarded as a concentrated liquid via a drain pipe or the like.
また、プレコート材としては、シリカ#600H(平均粒径:38μm、通過率:2.2darcy、製造元:中央シリカ株式会社)を使用した。
Therefore, water containing trivalent iron was filtered using a spring-type filter filtration device (manufacturer: Monobe Engineering Co., Ltd.). The flow rate per spring of the spring type filter was made constant at 1 L / min, and the concentration of trivalent iron in the water flow was adjusted to 2 mg / L. Under such conditions, the pressure change in the spring type filter was measured. As the precoat material,
FIG. 6 is a graph showing the dependence of the internal pressure of the spring type filter on the elapsed time of filtration. FIG. 7 is a graph showing the filtration elapsed time dependence of the flow rate of filtered water from the outlet of the spring filter.
As shown in FIG. 6, as the trivalent iron in the water adheres to the precoat material as the filtration time elapses, the resistance for passing the precoat material increases, and the constant flow rate shown in FIG. , 3.0 L / min) is increased (the internal pressure of the spring filter). In other words, this means that trivalent iron in the water is efficiently removed during the filtration process. In the spring type filter filtration device, when the internal pressure reaches a predetermined value (for example, 200 kPa in FIG. 6), it is possible to easily return to the initial state by performing reverse cleaning and attaching a new precoat material to the spring filter again. it can.
FIG. 8 shows the setting conditions described above for water in which the concentration of trivalent iron in water was changed from 0.05 mg / L to 0.5 mg / L as indicated by the numerical values in the graph in response to the experimental results described above. 4 is a graph in which the measurement result of the flow time dependency of the flow rate when the above-mentioned column test is performed is added to the graph of FIG. 4 after being filtered with a spring type filter filtration device (manufacturer: Monobe Engineering Co., Ltd.). .
As shown in FIG. 8, in the treated water filtered by the spring-type filter filtration device, the trivalent iron is well removed, so the amount of water flow does not decrease and is almost ideally linear with respect to the elapsed time of water flow. It can be seen that it is. In other words, it was confirmed that the treated water filtered by the spring-type filter filtration device was almost the same as tap water and was not clogged. The clogging cause substance is removed from the water filtered by the spring type filter, and even if it is returned to the ground, even if it is returned from the water injection well to the ground, for example, in a groundwater recharge system, the clogging of the ground is sufficient and It turns out that it has become the water quality which can be prevented well.
Although experimental results are not shown, it has been confirmed that manganese, like iron, can affect the clogging of the ground at a relatively low concentration.
The present invention has been found based on the above-mentioned new findings.
A method for treating groundwater according to the present invention is a method for treating groundwater in a recharge method for returning pumped groundwater to the ground, wherein the concentration of trivalent iron in groundwater is lower than 0.1 mg / L. And
According to the method for treating groundwater according to the present invention, the groundwater causes clogging of the ground for returning groundwater or the injection well of the groundwater recharge system even at a relatively low concentration of 0.1 mg / L as described above. Therefore, even if the groundwater is returned to the ground, clogging of the ground and the water injection well of the groundwater recharge system can be prevented.
According to the groundwater treatment method of the present invention, the cause of clogging in the pumped-up groundwater is removed, but from the point of more reliably preventing clogging of the ground and the injection well of the groundwater recharge system, It is preferable that the concentration of the suspended substance is lower than 1 mg / L.
Specifically, in the groundwater treatment method according to the present invention, for example, an oxidant is added to the pumped groundwater, and trivalent iron generated by oxidizing divalent iron contained in the groundwater is removed from the groundwater. The groundwater from which trivalent iron has been removed may be returned to the ground.

In the groundwater W pumped from the pumping well 1, iron exists in a divalent state, that is, as divalent iron having solubility. The divalent iron in the groundwater W changes to trivalent iron when it is exposed to air or the like even during the process of pumping, or during the subsequent treatment.

As described above, the oxidizer Ox preferably contains sodium hypochlorite. The reaction with at least divalent iron in the groundwater W is instantaneously and reliably performed by sodium hypochlorite, and is precipitated as trivalent iron. Hypochlorous acid is advantageous not only because of its fast reactivity, but also because it is safe for use in disinfection of tap water. Moreover, the quick oxidation rate means that the reaction for eliminating the oxidizing power can be performed quickly. Further, the deactivation method such as passing through activated carbon can be easily performed.

また、プレコート材としては、シリカ#600H(平均粒径:38μm、通過率:2.2darcy、製造元:中央シリカ株式会社)等が好適であるが、地下水Wのろ過時の条件に合うように適宜変更することが好ましい。

The
As described above, in the
Due to the effects described above, in the
