5. ポリエステルフィルムを構成するポリエステルが、共重合ポリエステルを含有することを特徴とする上記第1〜第4のいずれかに記載の離型フィルム。
6. 共重合ポリエステルが、芳香族ジカルボン酸成分と、エチレングリコール及び、分岐状脂肪族グリコール及び/又は脂環族グリコールを含むグリコール成分を構成成分とすることを特徴とする上記第1〜第5のいずれかに記載の離型フィルム。
7. 離型層が、オレフィン系樹脂、フッ素系樹脂から選ばれる少なくとも1種の樹脂を含むことを特徴とする上記第1〜第6のいずれかに記載の離型フィルム。
8. オレフィン系樹脂が、環状ポリオレフィン又はポリメチルペンテンであることを特徴とする上記第7に記載の離型フィルム。
