ジャケット、端壁、ステム・ピストンための環状ガイド及びステム・ピスト間で規定された加圧ガスのための室15と、
ステム・ピストン14の過行程が発生したことを示す指示装置17と
を具備する。
Claims (9)
- 管状のジャケット(11)と、
端壁(12)と、
ステム・ピストン(14)のための向かい側の環状ガイド(13)であって、前記ジャケット(11)から軸線方向(X)に突出する環状ガイド(13)と、
前記環状ガイド(13)を貫通して配置されたステム・ピストン(14)と、
前記ジャケット、前記端壁、前記ステム・ピストンのための前記環状ガイド及び前記ステム・ピストンによって規定された加圧ガス(15)のための室と、
前記ステムピスント(14)の過行程が発生したことを指示する指示装置(17)と
を具備し、
前記指示装置(17)は、
前記ジャケット(11;111;311)と前記環状ガイド(13;213)との間の対応した座(19)内に部分的に挿入され、前記環状ガイド(13;213)における端部(21;221)の外側面(20)を囲む環状本体(18;118;218)を含み、
前記環状本体は、前記ジャケット(11;111;311)内に径方向に突出し且つジャッケト(11)と一体化した要素(22)に軸線方向(X)に当接している、
過行程指示装置を備えたガスシリンダアクチュエータ(10)。 - 前記環状本体(18)は円筒状で且つ前記環状ガイド(13)における前記端部(21)の外側面と前記ジャケット(11)の内面(25)における軸線方向(X)の延長面(24)との間に規定された円筒状の占有空間(23)内に収まる輪郭をなし、前記延長面(24)は前記外側面(20)を囲んでいる、請求項1に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記環状本体(18;118;218)は、塑性変形可能、又は、変形可能且つ破損可能、又は、塑性変形無しで破損可能な金属からなっている、請求項1又は2に記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記座(19)からの前記環状本体(18)の離座を防止すべく構成された引き抜き防止手段を更に具備する、請求項1〜3の何れかに記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記引き抜き防止手段は、前記環状本体(18;118)から突出する内周径方向突起(28)を含み、
該内周径方向突起(28)は、前記環状ガイド(13)の前記外側面(20)に形成された対応の外周座(29)内に挿入されている、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。 - 前記引き抜き防止手段は、前記環状本体(118)から突出する外周径方向突起(130)を含み、
前記外周径方向突起(130)は、前記ジャケット(111)の外側面(125)に形成された対応の内周座(131)内に挿入されている、請求項1〜4の何れかに記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。 - 前記環状本体(218)は、前記環状ガイド(213)の前記端部(221)に締まり代をもって嵌合されている、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記環状本体(318)は、前記ジャケット(311)の端部(341)内に前記環状本体(318)の一部(318a)が締まり代をもって挿入されることで、前ジャケット(311)に結合されている、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
- 前記ジャケット(11)内に径方向に突出し且つ前記ジャケット(11)と一体化した前記要素(22)は引き抜き防止リングによって構成され、
前記引き抜き防止リングは、
前記ジャケット(11)の内面(25)に形成された座(32)内の第1部分と、
前記ジャケット(11)の内部に向けて径方向に突出する第2部分と
を有し、
前記第2部分は、向かい側の前記環状ガイド(13)の引き抜き防止肩(33)に当接している、請求項1〜8の何れかに記載のガスシリンダアクチュエータ。
