Abstract
Description
内部に成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダの後端部が取付けられる前方サポートと、
前記シリンダの内部において回転自在且つ進退自在とされる射出部材と、
前記射出部材を回転させる回転駆動部と、
前記回転駆動部および前記射出部材を支持すると共に、前記前方サポートの後方において前記前方サポートに対し進退する後方サポートと、
前記回転駆動部の前方で前記後方サポートに取付けられ、前記射出部材に作用する荷重を検出する荷重検出器とを有する、射出成形機が提供される。
図1は、第1実施形態による射出装置が搭載される射出成形機の内部構造の側面図である。図2は、第1実施形態による射出装置が搭載される射出成形機の側面図である。図3は、第1実施形態による射出装置が搭載される射出成形機の上面図である。各図面において、X方向、Y方向およびZ方向は互いに垂直な方向であり、X方向はシリンダ41の軸方向、Y方向はフレームFrにおけるガイドGdの固定面に対し平行な方向、Z方向はフレームFrにおけるガイドGdの固定面に対し垂直な方向である。
図4は、第2実施形態による射出装置の一部を破断して示す側面図である。本実施形態の射出装置40Aでは、上記第1実施形態の射出装置40とは異なり、射出モータ46が荷重検出器47を介して前方サポート51に取付けられる。以下、相違点について主に説明する。

Claims (2)
- 内部に成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダの後端部が取付けられる前方サポートと、
前記シリンダの内部において回転自在且つ進退自在とされる射出部材と、
前記射出部材を回転させる回転駆動部と、
前記回転駆動部および前記射出部材を支持すると共に、前記前方サポートの後方において前記前方サポートに対し進退する後方サポートと、
前記回転駆動部の前方で前記後方サポートに取付けられ、前記射出部材に作用する荷重を検出する荷重検出器とを有する、射出成形機。 - 内部に成形材料が供給されるシリンダと、
前記シリンダの後端部が取付けられる前方サポートと、
前記シリンダの内部において進退自在とされる射出部材と、
前記射出部材を支持すると共に、前記前方サポートの後方において前記前方サポートに対し進退する後方サポートと、
前記前方サポートおよび前記後方サポートの一方に取付けられ、前記前方サポートに対し前記後方サポートを進退させることで、前記射出部材を進退させる進退駆動部と、
前記前方サポートおよび前記後方サポートの前記一方と前記進退駆動部とに取付けられ、前記射出部材に作用する荷重を検出する荷重検出器とを有する、射出成形機。
