Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a divided core divided for each magnetic pole tooth in a rotating electrical machine, and a method for manufacturing the divided core.
Conventionally, there is a split core as a core for a stator of a rotating electric machine. The divided core is obtained by stacking and fixing two or more core sheets made of a magnetic material while being divided for each magnetic tooth unit. The core sheet includes a yoke part, a tooth part extending in a direction perpendicular to the yoke part, and a shoe part extending from both side surfaces of the tip part of the tooth part. After winding a copper wire or aluminum wire around the teeth part of a split core formed by laminating and fixing such a core sheet, a plurality of split cores are connected in an annular shape so that the tooth part faces the center of the circle. Thus, a stator core is obtained (see Patent Document 1).
The invention according to
However, in the split core manufactured by the method according to
Variations in the width and depth of the weld bead cause variations in eddy currents generated by the interlinkage magnetic flux from the rotor. Furthermore, since the demagnetizing field that cancels the eddy current also varies, there is a problem that the cogging torque increases because the amount of magnetic flux interlinked varies.
The present invention was made to solve the above-described problems, and a split core that can suppress an increase in cogging torque due to variations in welding state while suppressing investment in a mold and a welding machine, And it aims at providing the manufacturing method of a split core.
The split core of the rotating electrical machine according to the present invention includes a yoke part, a teeth part extending in a direction perpendicular to the yoke part, and a core sheet including two shoe parts protruding from both side surfaces of the tip part of the tooth part,
It has a weld bead for laminating and fixing a plurality of core sheets,
Convex portions and concave portions are alternately formed in the stacking direction on the end surface perpendicular to the rotation direction of the shoe portion.
According to the split core configured as described above, in a rotating electrical machine having a stator configured with such a split core, the cogging torque is suppressed by artificially increasing the number of magnetic pole teeth, and the welding state It is possible to suppress an increase in cogging torque that occurs due to variations in the above.
Hereinafter, a split core according to the present embodiment and a method of manufacturing the split core will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a split core according to
After winding a coil made of a copper wire or an aluminum wire around the
The
The
That is, in this case, a total of four
The
10 to 13 are process diagrams showing the method for manufacturing the
FIG. 11 is a diagram showing a second step of laminating the
FIG. 12 is a diagram showing a third step of aligning the
FIG. 13 is a perspective view showing a fourth step of welding the
In general, when the
Moreover, by repeating the press molding of the
As shown in FIG. 18, eddy current 18 a is generated in the
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 19, in the case of the split core 1b having the
FIG. 20 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the
As described above, the interlinkage magnetic flux 17e of the split core 1b obtained by subtracting the interlinkage magnetic flux 17d from the interlinkage magnetic flux 17a is larger than the interlinkage magnetic flux 17c, and the magnetic attractive force generated by the
Thus, by providing the
In FIG. 1, the five
As described above, by suppressing the cogging torque that increases due to variations in the
22 to 25 are process diagrams showing a method for manufacturing a split core according to the second embodiment. The split core manufactured according to the second embodiment is the same as the
FIG. 24 is a perspective view showing a third step of welding the aligned
Thereafter, using the same method as the second step shown in FIG. 23, the four surfaces are aligned with high accuracy. The
By adopting the method for manufacturing a split core as described above, it is possible to provide a robust split core even if variations occur in welding as in the first embodiment. In addition, it is possible to construct a production line that can reduce the equipment cost and reduce the processing cost. Furthermore, by combining a plurality of
FIG. 26 is a perspective view (A) and (B) showing a split core according to the third embodiment. The place to weld with respect to the

In addition, the place of welding in an outer peripheral side end surface is divided
30 is a perspective view showing a split core according to the fourth embodiment. FIG. 30A is a perspective view seen from the tooth side, and FIGS. 30B and 30C are perspective views seen from the yoke side. . The shape of the
FIG. 31 is a front view showing a state in which a current flows when a staggered weld as shown in the present embodiment is provided, and FIG. 32 is a case where one straight weld as shown in the third embodiment is provided. It is a front view which shows the state through which the electric current flows. As shown in FIG. 31, the
