Abstract
Description
Ca10(PO4)6−x(SiO4)x(OH)2−x
によって表すことができる。
Ca10(PO4)4(SiO4)2
で表される。
カルシウム又はカルシウム含有化合物と、リン含有化合物と、ケイ素含有化合物とを準備する工程と、
これらの化合物をアルカリ性pHにおいて水相内で反応させることにより沈殿を生成する工程と
を含む方法を提供する。
カルシウム又はカルシウム含有化合物と、リン含有化合物と、ケイ素含有化合物とを混合する工程を包含する1つ又は複数の水性沈殿工程と、
1つ又は複数の水性沈殿工程により生成され、集合された生成物を加熱する工程と、
を含む方法により得られる組成物を提供する。
Ca10(PO4)6−x(SiO4)x(OH)2−x
を表し、式中xは、ドーピングのレベルに等しい。
10CaO+4.2H3PO4+1.8Si(OC2H5)4→Ca10(PO4)4.2(SiO4)1.8(OH)0.2
上式は、合成pHが≧8であるとの条件で正しい。
0.1モルのCaO=5.6079g、
0.042モルのH3PO4=4.842g(出発材料の85重量%を補償するように調整した)、
0.018モルのTEOS=3.750g。
10CaO+4H3PO4+2Si(OC2H5)4→Ca10(PO4)4(SiO4)2
上式は、合成pHが≧8であるとの条件で正しい。
0.1モルのCaO=5.6079g、
0.04モルのH3PO4=4.842g(出発材料の85重量%を補償するように調整した)、
0.02モルのTEOS=3.750g。
Claims (31)
- 生体医学用途向けの、リンシリケートカルシウム(CPS、Ca10(PO4)4(SiO4)2)を含むバイオセラミック組成物の製造方法であって、
カルシウム又はカルシウム含有化合物と、リン含有化合物と、ケイ素含有化合物と、を準備する工程と、
前記化合物をアルカリ性pHにおいて水相内で反応させることにより、沈殿を生成する工程と、
を備える方法。 - 前記リンシリケートカルシウムが、前記組成物中に、主相として、70重量%以上、好ましくは80重量%以上の量で存在する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- カルシウム対リン酸塩+シリケートのモル比が、約10:6である、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- リン酸塩対シリケートのモル比が、約5:1〜約4:2である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- リン酸塩対シリケートのモル比が、約4.2:1.8〜約4:2である、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記カルシウム含有化合物が、カルシウム塩である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記カルシウム塩が、水酸化カルシウム、塩化カルシウム、硝酸カルシウム及び/又は硝酸カルシウム水和物の1種又は複数から選択される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記リン含有化合物が、リン酸塩及び/又はリン酸の一方又は両方から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記リン含有化合物が、リン酸アンモニウム及び/又はリン酸の一方又は両方から選択される、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ素含有化合物が、シリケートである、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記シリケートが、テトラエチルオルトシリケート(TEOS)及び/又は酢酸ケイ素(silicon acetate)の一方又は両方から選択される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記シリケートが、20重量%以下、好ましくは12〜20重量%、より好ましくは17〜20重量%の量で、材料中に存在する、請求項10又は請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記pHが8〜13である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記pHが10〜12である、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 溶液のpHを所望のpHに調整するためにアルカリを添加する、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリが、水酸化アンモニウムである、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記沈殿が生じた後、前記沈殿は1000℃〜1600℃の範囲の温度まで加熱される、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記沈殿が、1100℃〜1500℃、好ましくは1200℃〜1300℃の範囲の温度まで加熱される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記沈殿が、1〜120時間、好ましくは2〜32時間、より好ましくは4〜32時間加熱される、請求項17又は18に記載の方法。
- 加熱温度から試料を冷却する工程と、場合によって加熱後のアニーリングステップを行う工程と、をさらに含む、請求項17〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- リンシリケートカルシウム(CPS、Ca10(PO4)4(SiO4)2)を含み、請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる、合成バイオセラミック組成物。
- リンシリケートカルシウムを主相として、好ましくは50重量%以上、より好ましくは60重量%以上、含む、請求項21に記載の合成バイオセラミック組成物。
- リンシリケートカルシウムを主相として含み、
二次副相に、ヒドロキシアパタイト、シリケート置換ヒドロキシアパタイト、アルファ−リン酸三カルシウム、ベータ−リン酸三カルシウム、ブルシャイト、モネタイト、リン酸四カルシウム、リン酸八カルシウム、ピロリン酸カルシウム、シリケートカルシウム、酸化カルシウム、炭酸カルシウム、非晶質リン酸カルシウムガラス、非晶質シリケートカルシウムガラス及び/又は非晶質リンシリケートカルシウムガラスの1種又は複数を含む、請求項21又は22に記載の合成バイオセラミック組成物。 - リンシリケートカルシウム相が、全結晶相組成物のおよそ98(±2)重量%を構成する、請求項21〜23のいずれか一項に記載の合成バイオセラミック組成物。
- 前記リンシリケートカルシウム相が、全結晶相組成物の50〜98重量%、好ましくは70〜98重量%、より好ましくは90〜98重量%を構成する、請求項21〜23のいずれか一項に記載の合成バイオセラミック組成物。
- 副成分として非晶質相も含有する、請求項21〜25のいずれか一項に記載の合成バイオセラミック組成物。
- 請求項21〜26のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む、合成骨材料、骨インプラント、骨移植片、骨補填材、骨足場、充填材、コーティング又はセメント。
- 主相としてリンシリケートカルシウム(CPS、Ca10(PO4)4(SiO4)2)を含む合成バイオセラミック組成物であって、二次相がヒドロキシアパタイト及び/又はヒドロキシアパタイト様相を含む組成物。
- 主相としてリンシリケートカルシウム(CPS、Ca10(PO4)4(SiO4)2)を含む合成バイオセラミック組成物であって、二次相が、アルファ−リン酸三カルシウム、アルファ−リン酸三カルシウム様相、ベータ−リン酸三カルシウム及び/又はベータ−リン酸三カルシウム様相の1種又は複数を含む組成物。
- 主相としてリンシリケートカルシウム(CPS、Ca10(PO4)4(SiO4)2)を含む合成バイオセラミック組成物であって、
二次相が、
(i)ヒドロキシアパタイト及び/又はヒドロキシアパタイト様相;及び、
(ii)アルファ−リン酸三カルシウム及び/又はアルファ−リン酸三カルシウム様相の一方又は両方;及び/又は、
(iii)ベータ−リン酸三カルシウム及び/又はベータ−リン酸三カルシウム様相;
を含む、組成物。 - 請求項28〜30のいずれか一項に記載の組成物を含む、合成骨材料、骨インプラント、骨移植片、骨補填材、骨足場、充填材、コーティング又はセメント。
