Claims (8)
- 圧縮機、熱源側熱交換器、膨張弁および利用側熱交換器が配管にて接続されて冷媒を循環させる冷媒回路と、
前記冷媒回路における各前記熱交換器の間の冷媒の一部を前記圧縮機の入口側にバイパスさせる冷却用分岐配管と、
前記冷却用分岐配管に介在されており前記圧縮機の運転を制御する電気回路に設けられたパワー素子を前記冷媒の一部により冷却する冷却器と、
前記冷却用分岐配管の前記冷却器よりも上流側にのみ設けられた絞り弁と、
前記パワー素子の温度を検出する素子温度検出器と、
前記素子温度検出器の検出温度に基づき前記絞り弁を開制御または閉制御する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記熱源側熱交換器が熱交換する周囲の空気温度を検出する空気温度検出器をさらに備え、
前記制御部は、前記素子温度検出器の検出温度または前記空気温度検出器の検出温度に基づき前記絞り弁を開制御する一方、前記素子温度検出器の検出温度および前記空気温度検出器の検出温度に基づき前記絞り弁を閉制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。 - 前記絞り弁は、開閉弁であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記冷却用分岐配管の前記冷却器よりも上流側に前記絞り弁と並列して設けられた固定絞り部を備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記絞り弁は、膨張弁であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記冷却用分岐配管の前記冷却器よりも下流側に固定絞り部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記冷却用分岐配管の前記冷却器よりも上流側であって前記絞り弁よりも下流側に固定絞り部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記冷媒回路における各前記熱交換器との間の前記冷媒の一部を前記圧縮機の入口側にバイパスさせる過冷却用分岐配管と、前記過冷却用分岐配管に設けられて前記冷媒の一部を膨張させる過冷却用膨張弁と、前記過冷却用分岐配管の前記過冷却用膨張弁の下流側に設けられて前記過冷却用膨張弁を経た前記冷媒と前記冷媒回路の前記冷媒とを熱交換させる過冷却熱交換器と、を含む過冷却回路を含み、
前記冷却用分岐配管は、前記過冷却回路よりも前記利用側熱交換器寄りにて前記冷媒の一部を導入する位置に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
