Abstract
【解決手段】 モータ部と運動変換機構部と操作部とターミナル部を備えた電動アクチュエータであって、前記モータ部のロータコアを支持する中空回転軸が転がり軸受によって回転自在に支持され、前記運動変換機構部が前記中空回転軸に連結されると共にボールねじを備え、このボールねじのボールねじナットが前記中空回転軸の内部に配置され、前記操作部が前記運動変換機構部に連結された電動アクチュエータにおいて、前記中空回転軸に前記転がり軸受の内側軌道面が形成されていることを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- モータ部と運動変換機構部と操作部とターミナル部を備えた電動アクチュエータであって、前記モータ部のロータコアを支持する中空回転軸が転がり軸受によって回転自在に支持され、前記運動変換機構部が前記中空回転軸に連結されると共にボールねじを備え、このボールねじのボールねじナットが前記中空回転軸の内部に配置され、前記操作部が前記運動変換機構部に連結された電動アクチュエータにおいて、前記中空回転軸に前記転がり軸受の内側軌道面が形成されていることを特徴とする電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記内側軌道面が形成された前記転がり軸受が玉軸受であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記運動変換機構部は、前記ボールねじナットの回転を減速する減速機を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記減速機が遊星歯車減速機であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記転がり軸受の内側軌道面が前記ボールねじナットの軸方向幅の内側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記中空回転軸の両端が複数の転がり軸受によって支持され、これらの転がり軸受間の軸方向範囲内にスラスト軸受が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記スラスト軸受が前記複数の転がり軸受の軸方向位置の中央部に近い位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記スラスト軸受がスラスト針状ころ軸受であることを特徴とする請求項6又は請求項7に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
- 前記ターミナル部が前記電動アクチュエータのケーシング間に軸方向に挟持されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電動アクチュエータ。
