Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 表面処理組成物用の充填剤であって、該充填剤は粒子を含み、該粒子は、それぞれの粒子に正の表面電荷を与える表面コーティングを有することを特徴とする充填剤。
- 前記粒子が、0.01μmから5mmの間の範囲、好ましくは0.1μmから1mmの間の範囲、より好ましくは1μmから100μmの間の範囲にある担体粒子径(d50)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充填剤。
- 前記粒子が、タルク、雲母、ガラスビーズ、ガラスパウダー、アルカリ土類金属炭酸塩、好ましくはCaCO3、カオリン(天然のおよび/またはか焼された)、石英、石英粉およびケイソウ土を含む群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の充填剤。
- 前記表面電荷が、pH10未満、好ましくはpH11未満、より好ましくはpH12未満、最も好ましくはpH13未満でカチオン性であることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の充填剤。
- 前記表面コーティングが、担体粒子の重量に対して0.1〜20重量%(重量による%)、好ましくは0.5〜10重量%、より好ましくは1〜7.5重量%の比率で粒子中に存在することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の充填剤。
- 前記表面コーティングが、ポリマー、好ましくはアミノ基を含むポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の充填剤。
- 前記表面コーティングがアニオンを束縛し、および/またはアニオンと錯体形成するのに適していることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の充填剤。
- 前記表面コーティングが無色であり、アニオンとそれの組み合わせも無色であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の充填剤。
- 前記表面処理組成物が木材処理組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の充填剤。
- 担体粒子と、前記それぞれの粒子に正の表面電荷を与える表面コーティングとを含む粒子の木材の処理のための使用。
- 前記木材処理を使用して木材のブリードを軽減することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の使用。
- 前記粒子が表面処理組成物の成分であり、前記表面処理組成物が好ましくは液体であり、より好ましくは懸濁液であることを特徴とする、請求項10または請求項11のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記表面処理組成物が、50μmから1000μmの間、好ましくは100μmから500μmの間、より好ましくは200μmから300μmの間の湿潤フィルム厚さで塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の使用。
- 前記表面処理組成物中の前記粒子が、最大50重量%、好ましくは1〜30重量%、より好ましくは2〜20重量%、最も好ましくは3〜15重量%の比率で添加されることを特徴とする、請求項12または請求項13のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記表面処理組成物中の前記粒子および特にその表面コーティングがプロトン化され、好ましくは複数回プロトン化され、前記表面処理組成物が、13未満、好ましくは1から12の間、より好ましくは3から11の間、最も好ましくは5から10の間のpHを有することを特徴とする、請求項12から14のいずれかに記載の使用。
