Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 多孔質成形体を製造するための方法であって、
金属および/または合金および/またはセラミックを含む粉体と樹脂/活性剤混合物とを含む粉体混合物を提供するステップ(a)と、
上記粉体混合物を、成形工具に形成されたキャビティ内にコアシューティングによって導入するステップ(b)と、
上記成形工具内で上記粉体混合物を凝固させて成形体を得るステップ(c)と、
上記成形体を、該成形体内に存在する有機成分および/または該成形体内に存在するガスを取り除くために加熱する工程(d)と、
上記成形体を、焼結作業によって再凝固させるステップ(e)とを含んでいる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1において、
上記ステップ(a)において提供される上記樹脂/活性剤混合物は、上記粉体混合物の全重量に対して0.5〜5重量%含まれている
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1または2において、
上記ステップ(b)における導入を、加圧ガスを用いて流動的に実行する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項3において、
上記加圧ガスは、圧縮された空気、窒素またはアルゴンを含んでいる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項において、
上記ステップ(c)における凝固を、上記成形工具内への少なくとも一の反応性ガスの導入によって実行する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項5において、
上記反応性ガスは、アミドを含んでいる
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項において、
上記ステップ(d)において、上記成形体を25〜700℃まで加熱する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項において、
上記ステップ(d)における加熱を、中性、酸化性または還元性雰囲気の中で実行する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか1項において、
上記ステップ(e)において、上記焼結作業を還元性、浸炭性または中性雰囲気の中で実行する
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項において、
上記ステップ(c)における凝固の間または後において、上記成形体が固まるまで該成形体に機械的圧力を作用させない
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項において、
上記多孔質成形体を、フィルタ手段の構成要素として、またはシリンダライナとして設計する
ことを特徴とする方法。
