Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a scanning endoscope that acquires an endoscopic image by scanning illumination light.
In recent years, endoscopes have been widely used in the medical field and industrial field. In addition, there is a scanning endoscope suitable for performing endoscopy by reducing the diameter of the insertion portion and inserting it into a thin lumen.
For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2012-147831 as a first conventional example discloses a scanning position correction apparatus suitable for correcting a scanning position error over the entire scanning range. The scanning probe has a flexible tube covered with a flexible outer cis, and a distal end portion is provided at the distal end of the flexible tube. Yes. Further, the vicinity of the base of the tip is configured to be bent by a remote operation by a hand operation unit.
The pulsed light emitted from the light source is transmitted (guided) by the optical fiber accommodated over the entire length of the scanning probe, and the optical fiber disposed in the distal end provided at the distal end of the flexible tube. It is injected from the injection end. A piezoelectric actuator is bonded to the base of the tip of the optical fiber with an adhesive, and together with the piezoelectric actuator, the base is fixed in the inner sheath (coaxially disposed inside the outer sheath) with a support. . In the annular space between the inner peripheral surface of the outer sheath having flexibility and the outer peripheral surface of the inner sheath, a plurality of detection fibers (light receiving fibers) are uniformly arranged over the entire circumference, The return light from the subject is transmitted by the detection fiber and detected by the light receiving unit.
Also, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2015-89440 as a second conventional example, a scanning type endoscope that can promote the recovery of the transmittance of the light receiving fiber without unnecessarily increasing the diameter of the insertion portion. A mirror system is disclosed. In this system, a light guide fiber that guides illumination light supplied from a light source unit and emits it from a light exit surface in the insertion portion, and light incident on a light incident surface from the outside. And a light receiving fiber for guiding the light to the detection unit.
The distal end portion of the insertion portion is provided with an actuator portion that swings the light emitting side end portion of the light guiding fiber and a light incident side end portion of the light receiving fiber.
The light incident surface of the light receiving optical fiber is fixedly disposed around the light emitting surface of the lens of the condensing optical system at the distal end surface of the distal end portion.
Further, at the distal end portion of the insertion portion, an end portion on the light emitting side of the light guide fiber is disposed so as to penetrate, and a ferrule having an actuator portion disposed on the outer surface, a hollow cylindrical housing, an actuator portion, and A holding member for holding the ferrule in the housing is provided.
In both the first conventional example and the second conventional example, the light of the fiber that guides the illumination light is received in the vicinity of the proximal end of the distal end portion (which is assumed to form a hard portion where the actuator is disposed). An optical light-shielding portion that prevents leakage into the optical fiber is not disclosed.
Since the proximal end side of the hard part is composed of a flexible member, if the operation of inserting the scanning endoscope into the bent part is repeated, the light receiving fiber is hard part. It may break near the base end of.
If the light receiving fiber breaks near the base end of the hard part, the light leaked from the light guiding fiber enters the light receiving fiber from the broken part, and noise is generated against the return light incident on the front end surface of the light receiving fiber. Thus, the image quality of the image due to the return light is deteriorated.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a scanning endoscope that can reduce leakage light incident on a light receiving fiber and prevent deterioration in image quality.
A scanning endoscope according to an aspect of the present invention guides illumination light for illuminating a subject, emits light from a tip, and is provided around the fiber and is a member harder than the fiber. A light-shielding hard part, an actuator provided on the hard part, for oscillating the fiber, and receiving light from the subject at the tip, and the entire length of the hard part from the tip of the hard part A light-receiving fiber that guides light to a base end that is longer than the light-receiving fiber, and light that is provided between the fiber and the light-receiving fiber at least near the base end of the hard portion and reflects or absorbs light And a shielding part.
According to the present invention, it is possible to reduce leakage light incident on the light receiving fiber and prevent deterioration in image quality.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)

As shown in FIG. 2, on the inner side of the cylindrical member 13 (cylindrical member

Accordingly, with the base end held or fixed, for example, by applying a drive signal having an opposite phase (expanding one and contracting the other) to the

The scanning endoscope 2 according to the present embodiment guides illumination light for illuminating a subject 5 and forms an
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. In the scanning endoscope 2 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the base end of the
In this case, the outer peripheral surface near the base end of the
In such a scanning endoscope 2, if insertion of the
As shown in FIG. 4, since the light receiving
On the other hand, as the adhesive 22 for fixing the tip of the fiber
For this reason, when the vicinity of the proximal end of the
The diagram on the left side in FIG. 5 shows a state where the vicinity of the proximal end of the
In this case, the leaked light leaked from the adhesive 22 enters the light receiving

The leakage light that leaks from the

For this reason, in the figure on the left side of FIG. 5, there is an arrow indicating that leakage light leaks outside the adhesive 22, but on the left side of FIG. There is no arrow.
In the present embodiment, it is possible to obtain an image with good image quality that eliminates the occurrence of the portion Ih in which the luminance level becomes high, with respect to the image of FIG. 6A in a state where the
As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to reduce (substantially prevent) leaked light incident on the light receiving fiber and prevent deterioration in image quality.
In addition, it is possible to prevent deterioration in image quality with a simple configuration.
FIG. 7 shows the structure of the distal end side of the
In the first embodiment, from the position near the proximal end (rear end) of the
Therefore, in the structure shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the
The light-shielding
More specifically, the
Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment. The present modification has almost the same function and effect as the first embodiment. Moreover, according to this modification, since it is not necessary to provide the
In the example shown in FIG. 8, the tip of the light shielding tube 14 'is fixed to the inner surface of the auxiliary
In this case, a sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 9 is as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, a cylindrical light-shielding tube 14 'that is light-shielding and flexible is disposed in a state of being substantially in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the light-receiving
Therefore, this modification also has substantially the same effect as the first embodiment or the first modification.
In addition, in this modification, for example, as shown in FIG. 9, for example, an appropriate length that is about several centimeters to 10 centimeters from the distal end of the
Preventing the
For example, as the cylindrical light-shielding tube 14 'having the length La, the breakage can be prevented with a member mixed with a material that is slightly less flexible (or hard to bend) than the flexibility of the light-shielding tube 14' itself. A member (indicated by
