Abstract
Description
The technology of the present disclosure relates to a packaging film having high film forming property (take-off property) in extrusion film formation and high rigidity and thermal dimensional stability in the formed film.
As a packaging material used for foods and the like, generally, a heat-sealable property such as polyethylene and polypropylene is good, and an adhesive film with other laminated equipment is good and an inexpensive film is used. When manufacturing these packaging materials, an economical film forming method is required. Furthermore, as a physical property required for the packaging material, it is possible to provide rigidity for making the packaging material self-supporting when the packaging material is displayed as a product after filling the contents. Moreover, it is necessary that the bag is not damaged when an external force is applied to the packaging material.
In the prior art, in order to obtain a heat-sealable and high-rigidity film, for example, in Patent Document 1, a layer prepared by mixing a resin so that the high-rigidity layer serving as a base material has a high resin density, and heat Rigidity and heat sealability are obtained by forming a multilayer structure with a layer prepared by mixing and adjusting the resin so that the sealing layer is a layer having a low resin density.
Moreover, in order to obtain a highly rigid film, in patent document 2, in the form which pinches | interposes the center layer used as a base material in the film to form into a film, by using a material higher density than a base material layer up and down a base material layer, There is a technology to obtain rigidity.
However, in Patent Document 1, since a low-density layer and a high-density layer have a multi-layer structure, there is a difference in shrinkage between the high-density layer and the low-density layer when heat sealing is performed. There is a problem with sex.
In patent document 2, it is a three-layer structure of a high rigid layer and a base material layer, and since the high rigid layer is distribute | arranged to the film outermost layer, there exists a problem that the temperature at the time of heat-sealing becomes high temperature. In addition, since it has a three-layer structure, the hard high-density layer is low in flexibility, and when the high-density layer breaks, there are few flexible low-density layers that stop the breakage of the layer, so the film flexibility There is a problem that the performance decreases.
An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems. That is, a packaging sealant film having dimensional stability, flexibility, and impact resistance of the entire film is provided.
In one embodiment of the present invention, at least a low density layer and a high rigidity layer are laminated, the outermost layer is composed of the low density layer, and the density of the first main resin used for the low density layer is 0.890 g / cm 3 or more. 0.920 g / cm 3 or less, and the high-rigidity layer has a melt difference of 0.2% from the second main resin having a density difference of 0.005 g / cm 3 or less from the first main resin. It is characterized by having a configuration in which polypropylene composed of 06N or more and 0.20N or less is mixed.
By having a low-density layer and a high-rigidity layer, high rigidity that cannot be obtained with one low-density layer can be obtained. Further, when the density difference between the main resins used for the low-density layer and the high-rigidity layer is 0.005 g / cm 3 or less, thermal dimensional stability that cannot be obtained with a multilayer structure having a density difference is obtained. In addition, by dividing the high-rigidity layer capable of obtaining high rigidity and forming a multilayer structure alternately with the low-density layer, it is possible to provide a film having flexibility of the entire film.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and modifications such as design changes can be added based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art. These forms can also be included in the scope of the present invention. Each drawing is exaggerated as appropriate for easy understanding.

The main resin used for the low-
The film thickness of the

The melt tension of the
As the high melt tension polypropylene, a polypropylene having a melt tension of 0.06 N or more and 0.20 N or less can be used as appropriate.
The
The film thickness of the
The main resin used for the low-

Even when a plurality of layers are laminated, the main resin used for the low-
Further, the film thickness of the

(Additive)

Examples of anti-blocking agents such as fillers include acrylic particles, styrene particles, styrene acrylic particles and cross-linked products thereof, polyurethane particles, polyester particles, silicon particles, fluorine particles, copolymers thereof, and pyrophyllite. , Clay compounds particles such as talc, smectite, vermiculite, mica, chlorite, kaolin mineral, sepiolite, silica, titanium oxide, alumina, silica alumina, zirconia, zinc oxide, strontium oxide, aluminum hydroxide, strontium carbonate, strontium chloride, Strontium sulfate, strontium nitrate, strontium hydroxide, glass particles, and the like can be used as appropriate.
As a lubricant for improving slipperiness, for example, sucrose fatty acid ester, glycerin fatty acid ester, synthetic resin system is a hydrocarbon system such as liquid paraffin, paraffin wax, synthetic polyethylene wax, fatty acid system such as stearic acid, stearyl alcohol, Fatty acid amides such as stearic acid amide, oleic acid amide, erucic acid amide, and alkylene fatty acid amides such as methylene bis stearic acid amide and ethylene bis stearic acid amide can be suitably used.
As for the content of the lubricant for improving the slipperiness, the slipperiness becomes unstable in the laminating process with other base materials when taking up and when used as a packaging material when the addition amount is increased. Therefore, when used in the present invention, it is preferably used at 100 ppm or less based on the weight of the resin used.
(Functional layer)
Furthermore, the
The barrier layer is a layer having a function of improving the barrier property for protecting the packaging material from a gas such as oxygen contained in the air, water vapor, enclosed contents, and the like. Examples of the material include EVOH and aluminum. These metals can be used as appropriate.

In Examples 1 to 7, all the above-described determination criteria are satisfied. On the other hand, since Comparative Example 1 is composed of only the low-
By using the sealant film for packaging according to the present invention, dimensional stability can be obtained during heat sealing, and since it has rigidity when filled with the contents, it becomes a self-supporting packaging material. Moreover, since it has impact resistance when the packaging material is dropped after filling the contents, a packaging material having a low possibility of bag breaking can be obtained.
