Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a front structure of a saddle-ride type vehicle.
Conventionally, a structure in which an ABS unit is arranged around the head pipe of a saddle-ride type vehicle has been disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1).
The ABS unit is connected to a brake component provided on the front wheel side that moves up and down via a pipe.
For example, some buffering mechanisms that constitute a suspension of a vehicle are provided with a main body portion that reduces impact and an adjustment portion that adjusts the expansion and contraction characteristics of the main body portion. One end of the main body is provided on the wheel side and the other end is provided on the vehicle body side, the adjustment part is provided on the vehicle body side, and the main body part and the adjustment part are connected via a pipe. As described above, in the buffer mechanism, the parts provided on the vehicle body side and the parts on the wheel side are connected to each other by the pipe, similarly to the ABS unit.
In the buffer mechanism, the pipe connected to the main body portion is bent and twisted as the wheel moves up and down, so that it is necessary to arrange the pipe to be further bent and twisted in terms of durability. On the other hand, it is desirable to shorten the piping so that it is easy to handle, does not interfere with other parts, and can further reduce costs.
An object of the present invention is to provide a front structure of a saddle-ride type vehicle capable of shortening the piping while improving the durability of the piping of the buffer mechanism.

The shock-absorbing mechanism of the present invention includes a main body part that relieves shock by expanding and contracting while swinging in the vertical direction and the front-rear direction; The adjustment unit is arranged so as to overlap the main body in a side view of the vehicle, so that the adjustment unit is arranged in the vertical direction and the front-rear direction by disposing the adjustment unit and the main body in the vehicle width direction. It can be arranged close to the main body while avoiding interference with the swinging main body. Accordingly, since the pipe connecting the main body part and the adjusting part can be shortened, the piping can be easily handled, the pipe can be arranged without interference with other parts, and the cost of the pipe can be reduced. Furthermore, by arranging the adjusting portion on the side of the vehicle body of the main body portion, the piping can be arranged so as to extend in the vehicle width direction. As a result, when the main body portion swings in the vertical direction and the front-rear direction, the piping can be routed so that the swing amount and the twist amount can be suppressed, and durability can be improved.

By arrange | positioning on the width direction outer side, adjustment operation of an adjustment part can be performed favorably.
In addition, an adjustment unit is disposed on one link support unit, and an ABS unit that controls the brake fluid pressure of a brake device that brakes the front wheels is disposed on the other link support unit, so that the adjustment unit and the ABS unit are connected to the vehicle body. By distributing and arranging the left and right link support portions of the frame, the right and left weight balance can be improved while suppressing the protrusion to the side of the vehicle body.
In addition, since the adjustment unit is disposed so as to overlap the ABS unit and the head pipe in a side view, the adjustment unit and the ABS unit overlap in the side view, so that the adjustment unit and the ABS unit protrude upward from the vehicle body. The left and right weight balance can be further improved while suppressing. In addition, since the adjustment unit and the head pipe overlap with each other in a side view, the adjustment unit can be arranged by effectively using the space formed on the side of the head pipe.
Further, the ABS unit is arranged so as to overlap the head pipe and the main body part in a side view, and the adjustment part and the ABS unit are arranged so as to overlap the left and right link support parts in a plan view. And the amount of protrusion in the vehicle width direction can be suppressed while protecting the ABS unit from below with the link support portion. In addition, the ABS unit can be arranged by effectively utilizing the space formed on the side of the head pipe.
The adjusting portion has an L-shaped outer shape that transmits power from the one shaft to the other shaft by engaging a worm wheel provided on the other shaft with a worm gear provided on one shaft. Since the adjustment part is disposed on one side and the rear side of the main body part on the inner side in the vehicle width direction of the left and right link support parts, the adjustment part can be protected by the left and right link support parts.
Further, the link arm is composed of an upper link and a lower link that are spaced apart from each other, and the adjustment unit is arranged between the upper link and the lower link in a side view, so that the adjustment unit, the upper link, and the lower link are arranged.

A cushion side piston is movably inserted into the cushion side oil chamber, and a plate-like retainer is provided adjacent to the cushion side piston. The retainer supports one end of a spring provided in the

The
The
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
According to this configuration, the
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, a
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the
Further, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the
5 and 6, the
