Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to antenna technology, and more particularly, to an antenna corresponding to a plurality of frequencies and a vehicle using the antenna.
例えば、GPS(Global Positioning System)帯の円偏波用アンテナの外側に、DTV(Digital Television)帯のループアンテナが配置される(例えば、特許文献1参照)。 When a plurality of antennas having different uses and reception frequencies are installed in a vehicle such as an automobile, the antenna elements of the respective antennas are integrated on one substrate in order to reduce the arrangement space. For example, a loop antenna in a DTV (Digital Television) band is disposed outside a circularly polarized antenna in a GPS (Global Positioning System) band (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Although the size of the antenna is reduced by adopting the double loop structure, the bandwidth is narrowed because the single wavelength loop antenna is used for the DTV band. As bandwidth decreases, antenna performance deteriorates.
The present invention has been made in view of such a situation, and an object thereof is to provide a technique for improving antenna performance even if it is small in size.
In order to solve the above problems, an antenna according to an aspect of the present invention includes a first feed element that resonates at a first frequency, a second feed element that resonates at a second frequency higher than the first frequency, The first feed element is disposed substantially orthogonal to the first feed element and the second feed element is common to the ground element, and the second feed element is disposed substantially orthogonal to the second feed element. And a parasitic element coupled to the. The length of the first feed element in the longitudinal direction is longer than the half wavelength of the second frequency.
Another aspect of the present invention is a vehicle. The vehicle includes a glass connected to a roof end of the vehicle and an antenna attached to the glass. The antenna is disposed substantially orthogonal to the first feed element, a first feed element that resonates at a first frequency, a second feed element that resonates at a second frequency higher than the first frequency, and the first feed element. A ground element that is common to the element and the second feeding element, and a parasitic element that is disposed substantially orthogonal to the second feeding element and is electrically coupled to the second feeding element. The length of the first feeding element in the longitudinal direction is longer than the half wavelength of the second frequency, and the first feeding element is disposed substantially orthogonal to the roof end.
According to the present invention, the antenna performance can be improved even with a small size.
本実施例に係るアンテナは、GPS、DTV、ITS(Intelligent Transport Systems)に対応する。 Before specifically describing the embodiment of the present invention, an outline of the present embodiment will be described. The embodiment relates to an antenna provided on a transparent film and installed in a vehicle. The antenna according to the present embodiment corresponds to GPS, DTV, and ITS (Intelligent Transport Systems). Here, circular polarization of 1575.42 ± 3 MHz (1.575 GHz band) is used for GPS, linear polarization of 470 to 710 MHz is used for DTV, and 755.5 to 764 for ITS. Linear polarization of .5 MHz (765 MHz band) is used.
As the number of wireless systems increases, it is assumed that multiple antennas will be installed on the windshield, but considering the limitations on driver visibility, miniaturization and higher performance of antennas are required. . Miniaturization of the antenna is realized by arranging antenna elements corresponding to a plurality of radio systems at high density. However, when a plurality of antennas are arranged at high density, the plurality of antennas are coupled to each other, and good antenna characteristics cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the double-loop structure is adopted as described above, it becomes a one-wavelength loop antenna shape, so that the band is narrowed in the DTV band and the ITS band, and their characteristics are deteriorated. In order to cope with this, the antenna according to the present embodiment is configured by a planar monopole antenna.
FIG. 1 shows an appearance of a
The
FIG. 2 is a front view of the
The
The
The
The
When the three parameters of the length of the
The
FIG. 3 is a front view of another
FIGS. 4A and 4B are front views of still another
In FIG. 4B, the
FIG. 5 shows the element length L1 vs. efficiency characteristics of the
6A and 6B show the characteristics of the element length L1 versus the right-handed polarization gain and the axial ratio in the
FIG. 7 shows the characteristic of the angle α versus the right-handed polarization gain in the

第1LNA404はLNA(Low Nosie Amplifier)である。

Here, the direction of the antenna when the
FIG. 10 is a front view of an
On the other hand, in the case of the orientation of the

As described above, the in-

RF部42は、RF(Radio Frequency)に対応して動作する。 RF部42には、LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)、ミキサ、AGC(Automatic Gain Control)、A/D変換部も含まれる。

また、RF部42には、PA(Power Amplifier)、ミキサ、D/A変換部も含まれる。
As a transmission process, the RF unit 42 performs frequency conversion on the baseband packet signal input from the modem unit 44 to generate a radio frequency packet signal. Further, the RF unit 42 transmits a radio frequency packet signal from the
ここで、通信システム100は、OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)変調方式に対応するので、変復調部44は、受信処理としてFFT(Fast Fourier Transform)も実行し、送信処理としてIFFT(Inverse Fast Fourier Transform)も実行する。
The modem unit 44 demodulates the baseband packet signal from the RF unit 42 as a reception process. Further, the modem unit 44 outputs the demodulated result to the processing unit 46. Further, the modem unit 44 modulates the data from the processing unit 46 as a transmission process. Further, the modem unit 44 outputs the modulated result to the RF unit 42 as a baseband packet signal. Here, since the

On the other hand, when the extraction unit 52 has not received the packet signal of the base station, the extraction unit 52 estimates that the extraction unit 52 exists outside the
The carrier sense unit 54 receives information regarding the timing of the frames and subframes and the vehicle transmission period from the extraction unit 52. The carrier sense unit 54 measures the interference power by executing carrier sense during the vehicle transmission period. Moreover, the carrier sense part 54 determines the transmission timing in a vehicle transmission period based on interference power. More specifically, the carrier sense unit 54 stores a predetermined threshold value in advance, and compares the interference power with the threshold value. If the interference power is smaller than the threshold value, the carrier sense unit 54 determines the transmission timing. When the carrier sense unit 54 is instructed by the extraction unit 52 to execute carrier sense, the carrier sense unit 54 determines the transmission timing by executing CSMA without considering the frame configuration. The carrier sense unit 54 notifies the generation unit 62 of the determined transmission timing.
The acquisition unit 58 includes a GPS receiver, a gyro sensor, a vehicle speed sensor, and the like (not shown). Based on data supplied from the GPS receiver, the presence position, the traveling direction, the moving speed, and the like (hereinafter, “position” (Collectively referred to as “information”). The existence position is indicated by latitude and longitude. Since a known technique may be used for these acquisitions, description thereof is omitted here. The acquisition unit 58 outputs the position information to the generation unit 62.

The transfer determination unit 56 extracts a message header from the packet signal. When the packet signal is directly transmitted from the
