Abstract
【解決手段】電力制御ユニットは、その前後をフロントブラケットとリアブラケットで支持されつつ、モータを収容するハウジングの上方に隙間を有して固定されている。フロントブラケットは、ハウジングに固定される基部と、基部から電力制御ユニットへと延びている支持部を備えている。前方から電力制御ユニットに加わる荷重によって支持部が後方に倒れるとき、電力制御ユニットの下面がハウジングと接触する前に支持部がハウジングと接触する。

ここで、記号G、T、A、Bは、電力制御ユニットとハウジングの側面視において、次の通り定義される。まず、支持部が倒れる前の電力制御ユニットの下面と並行な直線であってフロントブラケットの基部と支持部の連結点を通る直線を基準線とする。記号Aは、支持部が倒れてハウジングに接触したときに連結点とハウジングの下面前端を通る直線が基準線に対してなす角度(角度A)を表す。記号Bは、支持部が倒れる前の連結点と下面前端を通る直線が基準線に対してなす角度(角度B)を表す。記号Gは、支持部が倒れる前の電力制御ユニットの下面とハウジングとの間の隙間の間隔(隙間間隔G)を表す。記号Tは、支持部の連結点から下面前端までの長さ(長さT)を表す。(数式1)の技術的意義は発明の詳細な説明にて図解する。

Claims (3)
- 走行用のモータを駆動する電力制御ユニットの車両の前部空間における車載構造であり、
前記電力制御ユニットは、その前後をフロントブラケットとリアブラケットで支持されつつ、前記モータを収容するハウジングの上方に隙間を有して固定されており、
前記フロントブラケットは、前記ハウジングに固定される基部と、当該基部から前記電力制御ユニットへと延びている支持部を備えており、
前方から前記電力制御ユニットに加わる荷重によって前記支持部が後方に倒れるとき、前記電力制御ユニットの下面が前記ハウジングの上面と接触する前に前記支持部が前記ハウジングと接触するように、前記支持部と前記ハウジングの幾何学的関係が規定されていることを特徴とする車載構造。 - 前記幾何学的関係は、
前記電力制御ユニットと前記ハウジングの側面視において、
前記支持部が倒れる前の前記電力制御ユニットの下面と並行な直線であって前記支持部と前記基部との連結点を通る直線を基準線とし、
前記支持部が倒れて前記ハウジングと接触したときに前記連結点と前記下面の前端を通る直線が前記基準線に対してなす角度Aと、
前記支持部が倒れる前の前記連結点と前記前端を通る直線が前記基準線に対してなす角度Bと、
前記支持部が倒れる前の前記電力制御ユニットの下面と前記ハウジングとの間の隙間の間隔Gと、
前記連結点から前記前端までの長さTが、

の関係を満たすことである、請求項1に記載の車載構造。 - 前記支持部と前記ハウジングの一方の突起が設けられており、前記支持部が後方に倒れたときに、前記突起が前記支持部と前記ハウジングの他方と接触することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車載構造。
