Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a fluid injection and agitation device, and more particularly to a fluid injection and agitation device that can efficiently inject and agitate a second fluid into a first fluid with a simple configuration.
In general, when mixing two or more types of fluids, for example, when uniformly dispersing various powders and chemicals added to the fluid, a step of injecting chemicals and the like, and a step of stirring other than an automation machine Is often a separate process. In addition, tools and devices for injection are used in the injection step, and tools and devices for stirring are used in the stirring step.
If stirring is not performed, mixing after injection will use convection due to temperature differences and concentrations of each fluid, etc., and expect diffusion of substances. In that case, it will take a lot of time. It has become.
In the case of mixing of reactive substances or heating by steam injection or the like, it is desired to perform stirring quickly.
Conventionally, for example, an in-container liquid stirring device that mixes liquid in a container so as to be uniform is known (see Patent Document 1).
The container liquid stirrer disclosed in
However, the in-container liquid stirring device disclosed in
That is, the above-mentioned liquid stirring apparatus in the container is configured to rotate the rotation shaft having the stirring blade attached to the tip by driving the air motor. This stirring blade is normally in a downward state, and when rotated, it is opened in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis by centrifugal force. The air motor is supported by a clamp, and the clamp is attached to a telescopic mounting base. It has been. For this reason, the number of parts is large and the structure is complicated.
In addition, the stirring blade is formed in a thin blade shape, and since the rotating shaft is long, there is a risk of unexpected injury if it is not handled carefully.
Furthermore, in the container liquid stirring apparatus disclosed in
By the way, the necessity of stirring two or more types of fluids is not limited to, for example, mixing the liquid in the container.
That is, for example, in lakes and ponds, it is necessary to agitate stagnant water so as to suppress mass growth of blue-green algae.
Here, in many lakes and ponds, there is almost no convection of water in the interior, so the water remains accumulated and often becomes stagnant.
For this reason, especially in the case of lakes and ponds where there is little water flow, especially in the summer, water flies occur to cover the surface of the water, creating a nasty smell to create an anaerobic environment, and causing aquatic organisms to be deficient in oxygen. Etc.
Countermeasures for blue sea cucumber include pumping and removing by pumping, radiating ultrasonic and ultraviolet light to destroying blue sea bream cells, and convection from the low temperature layer at the bottom to reduce the temperature of the upper water generated by blue sea bream. A wide range of technologies such as water flow generators and methods that use the updraft caused by rising air released from the aeration device, and water quality improvement methods for the inflowing rivers to reduce the nutrients of the sea bream, Research and development is being conducted as a large-scale, wide-ranging approach to cope with the occurrence of aoko.
However, any of these methods requires a large-scale facility, is technically difficult, and increases the cost of the facility, so that a practical method that requires low cost has not yet been obtained.
One example of the difficulty in measures against blue-green sea bream is that the conditions of the location where the water area exists are different, and the combination ratios of the factors that cause the growth of blue-green algae are different.
For example, even with a single nutrient device, the mineral components obtained by dissolving the components of the soil and rocks that form the lake are various, and if there are inflow rivers, the nutrient components contained in the rivers are also different. Or, of course, the type of aquatic life is different.
As a result, one measure is rarely sufficient. It is also necessary to take measures to prevent adverse effects on other aquatic organisms as countermeasures against blue-green sea urchins. Furthermore, even if it is not a problem in large-scale water areas, it is necessary to satisfy issues such as quietness and scenery in water areas near the residence. It has become.
As described above, once the auko is proliferated in large quantities, various harmful effects occur, and it is difficult to remove the aoko. Therefore, if large-scale growth of cyanobacteria such as blue-green algae can be suppressed, naturally large-scale generation of blue-green algae can be suppressed.
In order to prevent the occurrence of sea cucumber, water such as lakes and ponds is always in convection, which eliminates the stagnation of the water and prevents the temperature difference between the surface and lower layers of the water. It is important to eliminate the oxygen deficiency. And in order to always produce convection in water of lakes and ponds, it is an indispensable condition to stir the water efficiently.
Therefore, for example, when the liquid stirring device in the container of
That is, in the above-described liquid stirring apparatus, the liquid is only stirred by the rotating stirring blade, and the range of influence of the stirring is narrow. Therefore, even if the water in the lake and pond is agitated, the water in the vicinity of the rotation range of the agitation blade is only agitated. In order to mix the surface layer and the lower layer, it is necessary to use a large-scale power that generates a large amount of high-speed water flow, and it is not possible to eliminate an oxygen deficient state such as the bottom of the water.
As a result, it is difficult to suppress the large-scale generation of the water-bloom using the in-container liquid stirring device of
Also, not limited to lakes and ponds, for example, when replacing pool water or injecting disinfectant, conventionally, it is expected to mix naturally, or disinfect disinfectant pre-diluted with a bucket or the like near the outlet of the circulation pump In most cases, it was a cautionary call, etc., and it took time to fully disperse. Therefore, it is necessary to sufficiently agitate these fluids even when the water in the pond or the pool is replaced or the disinfectant is injected.
(Object of invention)
The present invention has been proposed in order to solve the above-described problems, and a fluid injection and agitation device that can efficiently inject and agitate a second fluid into a first fluid with a simple configuration. Its purpose is to provide.
In order to achieve the above object, a fluid injection and agitation apparatus according to the present invention includes a flexible nozzle that is formed of a flexible material and has a tube portion that ejects a second fluid into the first fluid at the tip. A fin portion of the flexible nozzle acting in a forward wave motion by the self-excited vibration of the flexible nozzle that is generated in the ejection of the second fluid in the first fluid acts on the first fluid. A fluid injection and agitation device for agitating the first fluid,
A nozzle holding body for holding the flexible nozzle and a fluid supply means for supplying the second fluid to the nozzle holding body are provided.
According to the fluid injection and agitation device of the present invention, when the second fluid is supplied to the flexible nozzle, the flexible nozzle causes self-excited vibration by the injection of the second fluid, and advances by the self-excited vibration. Since the fin portion of the flexible nozzle that has a sexual wave motion acts on the first fluid and swings irregularly, the second fluid is ejected in a dispersive manner, and the first fluid is moved by the whirling motion of the tube portion. Stir.
As a result, the second fluid can be efficiently injected and stirred into the first fluid with a simple configuration.

Here, the self-excited vibration and the forward wave motion will be briefly described.
First, self-excited vibration will be described.
There are at least three actions as the action of the self-excited vibration nozzle on the fluid.
The first is an injection action. This is an action of injecting water or air (second fluid) fed from the
The second is a spraying action. This is because the
The third is a stirring action. This is because the
These three actions are performed at the same time, and do not occur alone, and all stop when the injection is stopped.
Next, the forward wave motion will be described.
The forward wave motion is a wave motion in which the bending point is directed from the base end portion of the
This flow generates friction at the contact point between the flow of the first fluid in the new environment to the injection point of the
In addition, the flow caused by the forward wave motion is a power source that promotes convection with respect to the first fluid, and has a larger force that promotes a larger flow than the case of only the wake caused by the jet flow of the

The switching of the
In other words, detailed responses must be different depending on the water quality and aquatic plants such as lakes and ponds, the types of rocks in lakes and lakes, the components of rivers flowing in, sunlight and seasons.
For example, when there are aquatic plants and a certain amount of algae, they are switched between daytime and nighttime due to the difference in sunlight. When algae photosynthesize, the amount of oxygen in the water during the day is high, but it is low at night.
Even so, algae and the like consume oxygen at night, so it becomes an environment where fish suffers from oxygen shortage at night. In such a case, it is only necessary to switch to air at night to control the oxygen concentration to some extent.
As a rough guideline, the water supply is turned on at daytime and turned off at night, while the air is turned off at daytime and turned on at night.
In order to control the feed amount of water or air, that is, the flow rate, the pressure gauges 37 and 38 are checked while the switching

Next, an application example 1 of the fluid injection stirring apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.

Here, a general evaporative cooler can immerse a drum with a honeycomb surface area with a large surface area in water and wet the surface and apply wind to it, or immerse a cloth or non-woven fabric with a high water supply rate in water. The temperature of the water is lowered by the heat of vaporization of the water, such as by blowing wind, and the heat of the air is taken away to lower the air to near the wet bulb temperature.
If the scale is small, the ratio of the surface area to the volume is large and the design is easy. However, as the scale is increased, the ratio of the surface area to the volume becomes relatively small, so there is a limit to the increase in size. Moreover, since the substance dissolved in water remains on the evaporation surface, it is necessary to periodically clean or replace the evaporation surface.
On the other hand, in the blower type cool air blower that uses the nozzle to randomly discharge water droplets into the indoor space, obtains contact with the air, evaporates, and takes away the heat of vaporization, the size of the room increases. However, since the water droplet density per space can be kept constant and the surface area is the sum of the surface of the water droplets, the problem of the ratio of the surface area to the volume that restricts general machines does not occur.
Further, the evaporation surface is a surface of a water droplet, and by selecting the particle size of the water droplet, it can be completely evaporated by receiving the wind of the
Further, unlike the conventional method, a complicated mechanism such as a mechanism for driving or replacing the drum type evaporator is not required.

Further, as shown in FIG. 15, the
In addition, the valve which controls the flow volume of water is provided in the vicinity of the handle part 73 (not shown).
Here, the conventional cleaning nozzle has a fixed nozzle ejection direction, and is made for the purpose of directing the nozzle toward the portion to be cleaned. Therefore, the tip of a barrel-shaped rod was a spout for a so-called gun-type handle.

Next, an application example 3 of the fluid injection stirring apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 17, the fluid injection and

Here, for example, in sake brewing, there is a process of sprinkling yeast on steamed raw rice, but it is difficult to evenly sprinkle, and it is said that a considerable season is necessary to be able to sprinkle evenly. It has been broken.
Also, for example, even in the operation of spraying uniformly with a spray gun for painting, it is necessary to change the spraying direction uniformly while frequently shaking the spray gun, and it is difficult to finish uniformly by simply spraying the coating liquid.
In the present embodiment, the present invention can also be applied to each operation as described above.
As described above, the present invention has been described with reference to each embodiment and each application example, but the present invention is not limited to each embodiment and each application example. Various changes that can be understood by those skilled in the art can be made to the configuration and details of the present invention. Further, the present invention includes a combination of some or all of the configurations of the above-described embodiments as appropriate.

Furthermore, the fluid injection and agitation device of the present invention can also be used when injecting a disinfectant solution when replacing water in a pool.
That is, although not shown, the fluid injection and agitation device is connected to, for example, the tip of the fluid hose to the nozzle on the nozzle holding body side that holds one nozzle, and the fluid hose is connected to the tap of the water supply on the pool side. The nozzle holder is installed in the vicinity of the outlet of the circulation pump of the pool.
Then, when the tap water is fed into the nozzle through the fluid hose, the flexible tube portion of the nozzle swings irregularly and agitates the water near the outlet of the circulation pump. Thereby, the thrown-in disinfectant can be stirred quickly and efficiently.
In the first to sixth embodiments, water or air as a fluid is injected into water (liquid) as a fluid and diffused and stirred. In the application examples 1 and 2, in the air Water as a fluid is injected and diffused. In Application Example 3, fine powder is ejected into the air by air pressure, but the method of using the flexible nozzle is not limited to this.
For example, it may be used as a method of injecting gas into the air, such as an example in which an aromatic gas is sprayed into a room or an example in which a sterilizing gas is injected into a sterilization chamber.
