Abstract
【課題】勤怠・ストレスチェック同時入力デバイス
【解決手段】出勤時間・退社時間の打刻時に、打刻と同時にストレスチェックの質問を入力することを可能にする様々なデバイスを用意することにより、ストレスチェック情報を全従業員から漏れなく収集する機能を提供し、毎日のストレスチェック情報により、メンタルの状態のトレンドが把握できるため、より有効なストレスチェック情報を収集を可能としている。

Description
本発明は、勤怠管理技術に関し、特に従業員に対するメンタルヘルス情報の入力を支援するメンタルヘルス入力機能を持った勤怠入力技術に関する。
近年、メンタルヘルスの問題により、勤務に支障がでるなど、大きな社会問題となってきている。不調者の増加が社会問題となっている。改正労働安全衛生法に基づくストレスチェック制度も開始される予定で、企業ではこれに対応するストレスをチェックするためのしくみが必要とされている。

メンタルのストレスチェックを計測するには、ストレスチェックのシートなどが利用されているが、回答の正確性、実施の頻度など、多くの課題がある。これは、ストレスチェックのための入力が適切なタイミングで行われず、さらに入力をするときに身構えてしまうような入力形式であることが課題である。このような入力の問題により、メンタルの不調の早期発見ができないという問題となっている。
本発明はこのような課題を解決するためのものであり、従業員のストレスチェックのしくみをいかに簡単に、もれなく行うかということを目的としている。
このような目的を達成するために、本発明にかかるストレスチェック入力システムは、ストレスチェック入力機能が付属する勤怠時間を入力するシステムであり、勤怠情報の入力は必須であるため、このタイミングでストレスチェック情報を入力できれば、入力漏れを減らすことが可能である。
次に、本発明の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。
図１に勤怠およびストレスチェックの入力形態例を示す。出社や退社の打刻時に、ストレスの状態を把握するための簡易的な質問の入力を促し、質問の入力後、「出社」あるいは「退社」ボタンを押すことにより、打刻が行われる。

図２に、ストレスチェックの入力ポリシー選択画面例を示す。打刻をする前に、ストレスチェック入力が必須か、ストレスチェック入力がなくても打刻ができるかを選択可能としている。

- 勤怠の打刻と、従業員のストレスチェックのための質問を同時に入力することを可能として、入力のためのポリシーを変更可能とした勤怠打刻・ストレスチェック質問入力デバイス。
