Claims (11)
- 自動車車軸(1)における、特にトーションビームアクスルにおける配置の為のゴム・固体支承部(21,22)であって、その際、ゴム・固体支承部(21,22)が、固体の少なくとも二つのディスクと、その間に配置されたゴム層(24)からディスク状に構成されているゴム・固体支承部において、
ゴム・固体支承部(21,22)の軸方向(A)において、外側に配置されたディスク(23)が、外側に向かって起立するよう向けられたカラー部(35)を有することを特徴とするゴム・固体支承部。 - 三つのディスク(23,33,34)が、互いに平行に間隔をあけて配置されており、その際、ディスク(22,33,34)の間に、各一のゴム層(24)が配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム・固体支承部。
- 全ての三つのディスク(23,33,34)の間隔(38,39)が同じであること、又は各二つのディスク(23,33,34)の間の間隔(38,39)が互いに異なっていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のゴム・固体支承部。
- 軸方向(A)において外側に位置する両方のディスク(23,33,34)が、外側に向けられて起立する各一つのカラー部(35)を有することを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のゴム・固体支承部。
- 固体が金属材料、特に鋼材料であること、又は固体がプラスチック材料であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のゴム・固体支承部。
- ディスク(23,33,34)がゴムに貼着されていること、又はゴムが、ディスク(23,33,34)上で加硫処理されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のゴム・固体支承部。
- ディスク(23,33,34)が外側を完全にゴムスキンに取り囲まれていることを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のゴム・固体支承部。
- ゴムスキンが、ゴム層(24)と一体かつ材料統一的に形成されていること、又は、ゴムスキンが別体式に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のゴム・固体支承部。
- ゴム・固体支承部(1)が、軸方向(A)でこれを貫通する開口部(43)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のゴム・固体支承部。
- 開口部(43)が、その内側側面(44)において同様にゴムスキンを設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9のいずれか一項に記載のゴム・固体支承部。
- 放射方向強度の軸方向強度に対する比率が、1:30から1:100の区間にあることを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載のゴム・固体支承部。
