Abstract
【解決手段】成形すべきガスケットの延長形状と対応する所定のパターンで基板1の表面に接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、基板1を金型内に設置して型締めすることにより基板1と金型10の内面との間に画成されるキャビティ40に未硬化の成形材料を充填して硬化させる工程と、からなり、塗布工程において、キャビティ40の延長方向に沿って延びる接着剤の主塗布領域31と、キャビティ40の外側で金型10と密接可能な接着剤の部分塗布領域32と、キャビティ40の外側の位置からキャビティ40の内側の位置に達する接着剤の非塗布領域33を形成する。

Description
すなわち本発明に係る基板一体型ガスケットの製造方法は、成形すべきガスケットの延長形状と対応する所定のパターンで基板の表面に接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、前記基板を金型内に設置して型締めすることにより前記基板と前記金型の内面との間に画成されるキャビティに未硬化の成形材料を充填して硬化させる工程と、からなり、前記塗布工程において、キャビティの延長方向に沿って延びる前記接着剤の主塗布領域と、前記キャビティの外側で前記金型と密接可能な前記接着剤の部分塗布領域と、前記キャビティの外側の位置から前記キャビティの内側の位置に達する前記接着剤の非塗布領域を形成することを特徴とするものである。

Claims (1)
- 成形すべきガスケットの延長形状と対応する所定のパターンで基板の表面に接着剤を塗布する塗布工程と、前記基板を金型内に設置して型締めすることにより前記基板と前記金型の内面との間に画成されるキャビティに未硬化の成形材料を充填して硬化させる工程と、からなり、前記塗布工程において、キャビティの延長方向に沿って延びる前記接着剤の主塗布領域と、前記キャビティの外側で前記金型と密接可能な前記接着剤の部分塗布領域と、前記キャビティの外側の位置から前記キャビティの内側の位置に達する前記接着剤の非塗布領域を形成することを特徴とする基板一体型ガスケットの製造方法。
