Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive film in which an increase in viscosity due to heating is suppressed and can be peeled lightly, and a surface protection sheet or film using the same.
A surface protective sheet is bonded to the surface of the optical member or resin plate having a relatively smooth surface in order to protect it from scratches and dirt generated during manufacturing, processing, and conveyance. As the surface protective sheet, an adhesive film in which an adhesive layer is formed on a base material is generally used.
Since the surface protective sheet is required to prevent unintentional peeling (including partial peeling) during manufacture, processing, and conveyance of the product, it needs to have a certain level of adhesive strength. On the other hand, the surface protection sheet is also required to be able to be peeled with a small force when the user intentionally peels off at the stage of finally using the product. However, there is a problem of so-called pressure-sensitive adhesive, in which the adhesive strength of the surface protective sheet increases due to heat treatment with the surface protective sheet bonded to the product or exposure to high temperature during transportation. . In order to suppress this, studies on resin compositions that form an adhesive layer are underway.

Examples of the method for forming the pressure-
In order to make the resin composition into a resin film, a conventional method of processing a resin composition made of polyolefin into a film can be used. For example, a resin film is manufactured by shape | molding a resin composition in a sheet form with a well-known melt extruder etc., and cooling the molded object (sheet-like molded object) shape | molded in the sheet form then. Specifically, the resin composition is supplied to a melt extruder heated to a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point (Tm) to Tm + 150 ° C. to melt the resin composition, for example, from a die such as an inflation die or a T die. A resin film can be formed by extruding into a sheet and then rapidly solidifying the extruded sheet-shaped molded body with a cooling drum or the like that is blown or rotated.
As a melt extruder, well-known extruders, such as a single screw extruder, a twin screw extruder, a vent extruder, a tandem extruder, can be used according to the objective.
樹脂フィルムは、シート状成形体を少なくともMD(Machine Direction)方向またはTD(Transverse Direction)方向の一軸方向に延伸処理することで得られる。 The resin film can be obtained by stretching the sheet-like molded body in at least a uniaxial direction of MD (Machine Direction) or TD (Transverse Direction). The MD direction is the extrusion direction when the sheet-like molded body is extruded using a melt extruder, and the TD direction is the extrusion direction when the sheet-like molded body is extruded using a melt extruder. The directions are orthogonal. A known stretching method can be used as a method of stretching the sheet-like molded body. For example, the sheet-shaped molded body is stretched in a uniaxial or biaxial direction by longitudinal uniaxial stretching, longitudinal uniaxial multistage stretching, transverse uniaxial stretching, longitudinal and transverse sequential biaxial stretching, longitudinal and transverse simultaneous biaxial stretching, or a combination thereof. .
The pressure-sensitive adhesive strength measured after the pressure-sensitive adhesive film according to the present invention was stored at 23 ° C. for 1 day and returned to room temperature, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive strength measured after the pressure-sensitive adhesive film according to the present invention was stored at 80 ° C. for 1 day The ratio of (adhesive strength after 80 ° C. × 1 day / adhesive strength after 23 ° C. × 1 day, hereinafter referred to as “adhesive strength increase rate”) is preferably less than 10 and more preferably less than 2. The rate of increase in the adhesive strength is an index for the progress of the adhesion, and the smaller this is, the more the adhesion progress is suppressed. The rate of increase in adhesive strength is preferably 0.5 or more, more preferably 1 or more, from the viewpoint of maintaining adhesive strength. However, the lower limit is not determined unless it peels off.
