Abstract
Description
− 配向機能(orientation function) − これは、Pavlov氏によって1927年に発見され、「新しい事象に対して払われる注意」として記述される、
− 配向反応(orientation reaction)の習慣(habituation) − これは、Sokolov氏によって1963年に記述され、通常の環境で継続するかかる事象に対して必ずしも反応しなくてよいことの学習を含む。
(a)スイッチを切っていなかった電話やコンピュータなど。
(b)隣室からの、又は窓の外の交通からの、又は部屋に入ってくる権限のない人からのノイズ。
(c)物が落ちる音や、試験リーダーのくしゃみ、咳、のどをきれいにするための音や同様のノイズ。
(d)窓の外の交通からの光、又は雷雨からの稲光、又は同様の光干渉。
Claims (17)
- 人の自殺の危険性の評価において使用するための装置であって、前記装置が、自殺の危険性のある鬱病の人を検出するために、人の指における皮膚電気活性を測定する測定ユニット(1)を含み、前記測定ユニットが、特定の実験的に良く規定された音信号又は音声を人に伝達して、対象の人からの皮膚電気応答の分析のための信号を与えるように配置されているものにおいて、前記装置が、前記指の皮膚電気活性を測定するための測定ユニット(1)に加えて、人の血液量の変化の形態の前記信号又は音声からの音刺激に対する配向反応を測定するための手段、並びにノイズ干渉を検出するための一つ以上のマイクロホン(17,18)をさらに含み、マイクロホンの信号が、信号分析に含められる皮膚電気応答信号と並列に伝達されることを特徴とする装置。
- 血液量の変化の形態の配向反応の測定が、フォトプレスチモグラフィ法によって行なわれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- フォトプレスチモグラフィ法が、対象の人の指(21)における末梢血液量の変化の測定を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- フォトプレスチモグラフィ法が、対象の人の額(22)を通した脳の前頭葉における中枢血液量の変化の測定を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- フォトプレスチモグラフィ法が、対象の人の指(21)における末梢血液量の変化の測定、及び対象の人の額(22)を通した脳の前頭葉における中枢血液量の変化の測定を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 測定ユニットが、ヘッドホン(2)を介して前記音信号又は音声を伝達するように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 測定ユニットからの応答信号が、ラップトップ型コンピュータ(3)で分析されるように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 測定ユニット(1)によって提供される音信号又は音声が、試験される人の皮膚電気及びフォトプレスチモグラフィ活性の測定中に、幅広く変化する時間間隔で、例えば約40秒の間隔で、特定の試験スケジュールに従って繰り返されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 額を介した脳の前頭葉における中枢フォトプレスチモグラフィによって配向反応を測定するための前記手段が、試験される人の額(22)に隣接して配置された発光及びセンサー手段を含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記発光及びセンサー手段が、試験手順中に試験される人の額から適切な距離まで、ヘッドホンから延びるアームの上に位置されていることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- マイクロホン(17)が、測定ユニット(1)の上側(4)に隣接して位置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- マイクロホン(18)が、ヘッドホン(29)に隣接して位置されているか、及び/又は試験手順中に試験される人の頬から特定の距離まで延びるアームの上に位置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- マイクロホンが、可聴音、即ち試験される人の鼓膜に到達する音を検出するためにヘッドホンの左側及び右側に別々に位置されていること、及びマイクロホンの信号が、信号分析に含まれる皮膚電気応答信号(10)と並列して送信されるように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 試験される人からの脈拍応答を測定するための手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 脈拍応答が、ECGにおける二つのR波の間の間隔(L)として測定されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 脈拍応答が、ECG増幅器によって測定されることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記ECG増幅器が、ヘッドホンのヘッドバンドから延びるアームの上の発光器とセンサーとの間に位置された電極と、測定ユニットの上部(4)の細長い皮膚電気電極(6)との間の電位差を測定するように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の方法。
