Claims (13)
- − コンプレッサハウジング(3)を有するコンプレッサ(2)を有し、
− タービンハウジング(5)を有するタービン(4)を有し、
− 流れ開口部(9)を開放又は閉鎖する遮断要素(7)を有するコンプレッサ側及び/又はタービン側の給気圧力調節装置(6)を有する、排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)であって、
−前記遮断要素(7)が、ガイド(8)の長手方向中心線(LM8)に沿って長手方向に変位可能であるように前記ガイド(8)に取り付けられるスライドの形態であり、
−前記流れ開口部(9)が、前記ガイド(8)の前記長手方向中心線(LM8)に対して少なくとも実質的に直角(α)に配置される、排気ガスターボチャージャ(1)。 - 前記スライド(7)が、スライドロッド(11)に接続されるスライドヘッド(10)を有する、請求項1に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スライドヘッド(10)が、円筒状ガイドと、内部空間(12)内を指すシール壁部(13)とを有するポット状の形状である、請求項2に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スライドヘッド(10)が、円筒状外壁(15)と、前記外壁(15)に隣接する正面壁(16)とを有する円筒状のガイドスピゴット(14)に取り付けられる、請求項3に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記外壁(15)が、前記ガイドと、前記ガイドのシール壁部(13)とによって前記スライドヘッド(10)を案内する、請求項4に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記流れ開口部(9)が前記外壁(15)に配置される、請求項4又は5に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スライドヘッド(10)が、前記流れ開口部(9)を閉鎖する閉位置と、前記流れ開口部(9)を開放する開位置との間で移動可能である、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スライド(7)がアクチュエータ(17)によって作動されることができる、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記給気圧力調節装置(6)が、前記タービン(4)の前記タービンハウジング(5)のウェイストゲート装置の形態である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記給気圧力調節装置(6)がコンプレッサバイパス装置の形態である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スライドヘッド(10)及び前記スライドロッド(11)が一体に形成される、請求項2〜10のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記スライド(7)が、ガイドスリーブ(23)によって前記タービンハウジング(5)で案内される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
- 前記ガイドスピゴット(14)及び前記タービンハウジング(5)が一体に形成される、請求項4〜12のいずれか一項に記載の排気ガスターボチャージャ。
